Abstract

Background: The low achievement rate of exclusive breastfeeding certainly needs attention. The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding decreases every year in the South Kalimantan area, while the target is 80%, this is the task of nurses in providing education about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, especially for primiparous mothers. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of primiparous mothers and exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Pediatric Clinic of Sultan Suriansyah Hospital Banjarmasin. Methods: This study is a correlative study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 120 primiparous mothers who brought their children to the pediatric clinic from January to August. The number of respondents was 92 people who were taken using the side purposive technique. The research instrument was a checklist sheet questionnaire of knowledge of primiparous mothers and exclusive breastfeeding. Statistical tests using spearman rank correlation. Results: Statistics showed 51 primiparous mothers (73.9%) were categorized as having insufficient knowledge and did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Spearman rank correlation test obtained (p value = 0.000 < α = 0.05) which means there is a relationship between Primiparous Mother's Knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding at the Pediatric Clinic of Sultan Suriansyah Hospital, Banjarmasin City. Recommendation: It is hoped that this research can be an evaluation material to improve the quality of service at the Sultan Suriansyah Regional General Hospital, Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

The internet and social media like Instagram are often used contrary to ethical and moral values. Behaviors contrary to ethical and moral values are predominantly carried out by adolescents. Behaviors against ethical and moral values that are commonly practiced such as accessing pornographic sites and exploitation of sexuality. Teenagers with all their characteristics often lead to behaviors that are responded to by the community and should not be done by teenagers. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of social media (Instagram) with the morality of teenagers in SMP Negeri Y Banjarmasin. The research method uses quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The number of research samples is 71 respondents. The sample using Proportional Simple Random Sampling technique. Place of research at SMP Negeri Y Banjarmasin. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman Rank and the research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of social media (Instagram) with the ethics of adolescent morality, (p = 0,000 <0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.586 moderate relationship strength. Suggestions in this study can be used as a reference in enriching knowledge about the use of social media (Instagram) on the morality ethics of teenagers and can be used properly.

Abstract

In carrying out the sharia concept, Islamic financial institutions do not only focus on the practice of the contract, but also cover the entire existing system including the handling of conflicts that occur, but these conflicts are usually resolved using conventional-based conflict management, the purpose of this This research is conducted to examine conflict management in Islam so that it can be practiced in Islamic financial institutions. This research uses normative economic studies research methods with a literature review approach, this kind of method is used to examine research objects in accordance with Islamic norms or rules, the data used is primary data in the form of Al-Qur'an, hadith, books salaf books and secondary data in the form of books, journals and documents related to conflict management. The results of this study are that conflict management practiced in Islamic financial institutions has complied with the rules set by Islam by making compromises (deliberations), accommodation (yielding) for the sake of common interests, but the most important thing in overcoming conflicts in Islam is to have noble goals. by not harming other people in the sense that the main goal is to get happiness in the afterlife not for the sake of the world alone, because this is what really distinguishes it from conventional conflict management.

Abstract

Building the resilience of Islamic boarding schools and students is very necessary because it cannot be denied that the development of science and globalization and the increasing complexity of new problems that exist in today's life will be a challenge for Islamic boarding schools to continue to survive in today's era. The focus of this research namely regarding the role of the Syaichona Moh. Cholil Islamic Boarding School in maintaining resilience amidst a consumer culture. This research is qualitative. The data in this research comes from primary data and secondary data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in collecting the data which is then analyzed using interactive analysis. The results of this research show the role of the Syaichona Moh. Cholil Islamic Boarding School in building the resilience of students amid consumer culture includes improving the character education of students by treating consumption as the enemy and providing an example with a simple lifestyle, apart from that, Islamic boarding schools also implement rules of conduct so that students avoid wasteful behavior by implementing pocket money control, prohibitions. leaving the Islamic boarding school, prohibiting shopping in shops other than those belonging to the Islamic boarding school, and keeping students away from various advertisements and technology.
