Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat prokrastinasi yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok kognitif-perilaku  untuk membantu siswa mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi mereka. Angket prokrastinasi digunakan untuk mengukur skor prokrastinasi siswa. Dari angket prokrastinasi ditemukan bahwa yang menjadi subyek pada penelitian ini adalah delapan siswa XI IPS yang mendapat skor tinggi pada angket prokrastinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-post one group design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic non-parametrik dengan uji wilcoxon. Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ñ = 0 lebih kecil dibanding á = 4. Jadi hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi”terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan skor prokrastinasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan konseling kelompok kognitif perilaku” diterima. Artinya penerapan konseling kelompok kognitif perilaku dapat mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi siswa.

Abstract

Madurese known by the sense of self-esteem "typical" as "“ajina abha”" as well as a strong religiosity and synonymous with Islam. Needed to strengthen the resilience of youth in the face of obstacles or problems. This study is a preliminary study aimed to examine the dynamics of the relationship between self-esteem and religiosity with resilience in adolescents. This research is using quantitative methods. Quantitative methods are used to examine the relationship between self-esteem and religiosity with resilience. The results showed that there is a relationship between self-esteem and religiosity with resilience in adolescents Madura with a value of 0.01. Self-esteem and religiosity together to give effect to the resilience of 16.9%. This means that 83.1% of resilience in adolescents Madura is influenced by other variables. Esteem gives greater influence with significant value 0,311. While religiosity effect of 0.264. It can be concluded that self-esteem and religiosity have an influence on adolescents resilience in Madura.

Abstract

Existential-humanistic therapy helps people to achieve personal meanings of their existence by raising self-awareness and changing the deficient mindset in looking values and meanings of life. Existential philosophy gives an important contribution not only in providing conceptual basis of this therapy but also in determining the therapeutic techniques. Existentialism is a philosophical school that is more adequate than other schools of philosophy, such as empiricism, to understand of human beings as an individual. Meanwhile, humanism is highly valuing of human dignity in a way that of an individual occupies a central position in the theoretical-philosophical reflections as well as in the explanation of daily life practices. This article discusses the basic concepts of existential-humanistic therapy and describes how this approach places the self as the central focus in scientific inquiry and clinical practices.  Abstrak: Terapi humanistik eksistensial membantu manusia untuk mengenal kembali keberadan dan kesadaran dirinya. Terapi ini juga membantu manusia mengubah pola pikir yang salah dalam hal nilai-nilai dan makna hidup, yang merupakan sumber utama frustasi eksistensial. Pendekatan terapi ini dilandasi oleh filsafat eksistensialisme dan humanisme tidak hanya dalam konsep-konsep dasarnya tapi juga dalam berbagai langkah terapi. Eksistensialisme berupaya untuk memahami hakikat manusia sebagai individu. Sedangkan humanisme menjunjung tinggi nilai dan martabat manusia sedemikian rupa sehingga manusia menempati posisi yang sentral dan penting baik dalam perenungan filsafati maupun dalam praktis hidup sehari-hari. Tulisan ini mengkaji konsep dasar terapi eksistensial humanistik dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendekatan humanistik eksistensial mengembalikan pribadi manusia sebagai fokus sentral dalam kegiatan ilmiah dan praktik terapi klinis.

Abstract

This research aimed intent on testing corelation between sibling rivalries stress on children at SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. Work hypothesis that proposed is there is significant corelation between sibling rivalries with stress on children. Researcher using sample as big as 34 students from SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya, that chosen using purposive sampling. Namely with children criterion that aged 10-12 year on fifth grade and have sibling. This research applying quantitative correlation method. There are two scale that applied on this research, namely sibling rivalry and stress. Data collection method done by applying Likert scale. Instrument validity obtained by using content validity technique with assist from professional judgment. Data analysis technique that used on this research is Pearson product moment correlation analysis test. The instrument reliability test done by using alpha Cronbach reliability. From the result of sibling rivalry reliability scale test, obtained score as big as 0.935. It means that the score of measure is very reliable. And stress scale, obtained score as big as 0.925 that means the sore is very reliable. Based on the data analysis test that done by using product moment correlation by using signification rate 1%, it find out that sibling rivalry  have significant relation with stress for children as big as 0.000 and the direction of relation as big as 0.778. So there is corelation between sibling rivalries with stress on children.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara sibling rivalry dengan tingkat stres pada anak di SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. Hipotesis kerja yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sibling rivalry dengan stres pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 34 murid SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya, yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria anak yang berusia 10-12 tahun, duduk di kelas 5 dan mempunyai saudara kandung. Terdapat dua skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu skala sibling rivalry dan skala stres yang disusun dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Validitas alat ukur diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik validitas isi dengan bantuan profesional judgement. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah uji analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Pengujian reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan reliabilitas alpha cronbach’s. Uji reliabilitas skala sibling rivalry, mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,935, sedangkan skala stres sebesar 0,925, yang berarti keduanya sangat reliabel. Berdasarkan uji analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment dan dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 1%, maka diketahui bahwa sibling rivalry mempunyi hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat stres pada anak dengan besar korelasi sebesar 0,778. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara sibling rivalry dengan stres pada anak.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of outbound training in improving interpersonal conflict resolution skills in adolescents. Subjects were adolescents outbound training participants with age ranges between 16-19 years old on the Team Survival Outbound Prigen Pasuruan. The design of this study was a true experiment, with 10 participants who were registered as outbound training participant was being assigned as experiment group and 10 participants who were not registered as outbound training participant was being assigned to control group Sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling by selecting participants with low conflict resolution score. Data collecting method used was interpersonal conflict resolution questionnaire which resulting in an ordinal scale and was analysed using parametric statistic with t-test paired sample and independent t-test. Obtained score was t = 9.635 and p=0.000 (p<0.025), which means that the research hypothesis was accepted. In other words, there were a significant difference between adolescence interpersonal conflict resolution score prior- and post-intervention (outbound training) in α = 0.05%. Obtained score was t = 5.069 and p=0.000 (p<0.025), which means that the research hypothesis was accepted. It can be concluded, that there were a significant difference between adolescence interpersonal conflict resolution score prior- and post-intervention (outbound training) in α = 0.05%. Based on those results, it can be concluded that an effective implementation of outbound training can increase interpersonal conflict resolution skill in adolescence.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan outbound training dalam meningkatkan kemampuan resolusi konflik interpersonal pada remaja. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta remaja outbound training dengan rentang usia 16-19 tahun The Survival Outbound Team Prigen Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan true experiment yaitu kelompok eksperimen adalah 10 remaja yang terdaftar sebagai peserta outbound training dan kelompok kontrol adalah 10 remaja yang tidak terdaftar sebagai peserta outbound training. Pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni mereka yang memiliki skor resolusi konflik interpersonal rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket resolusi konflik interpersonal yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk ordinal dan menggunakan statistik  parametrik dengan paired sampel t test dan independent t test. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai t sebesar 9,635 dan p=0,000 (p<0,025) sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Artinya, ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap skor resolusi konflik interpersonal remaja antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan outbound training pada taraf α = 0,05%. Diperoleh nilai t sebesar 5,069 dan p=0,000 (p<0,025) sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Artinya, ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap skor resolusi konflik interpersonal antara remaja yang mendapat outbound training dan remaja yang tidak mendapat outbound training pada taraf α = 0,05%. Dari data analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan outbound training efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan resolusi konflik interpersonal remaja.

Abstract

Indonesia recently entered the rainy season, causing flooding in several areas, including in Jombang Regency, due to heavy rains. In light of this disaster, various physical and psychological supports are needed. Thus, emotional regulation is an important factor, because flood victims face difficult situations during disasters, ranging from loss of property to the most severe loss of family. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of emotional regulation training for flood victims in the Jombang area before and after the treatment. The subjects involved in this study were victims of the Jombang flood, which consisted of 30 children and 10 adults. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental research design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The data collection method used is by using a questionnaire with an ERQ (Emotional Regulations Questioner) scale. The data analysis technique used is to measure the difference between pretest and posttest. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the experimental group that was given the treatment experienced a significant increase in emotional regulation than the control group. This indicates that this training is able to improve emotional regulation for flood victims who experience the psychological impact of the disaster they experienced.
