Abstract

The process of processing smoked fish that does not pay attention to sanitation and hygiene standards, as well as open storage next to the road body, causes dust, germs, and bacteria to contaminate the quality of processed smoked flying fish in the Somba culinary tourism center. This study aims to evaluate the microbiological quality of smoked flying fish based on Total Plate Count (ALT) and water content to assess its compliance with food safety standards. This study used a combination method of sequential exploratory model, which is a combination research method that combines qualitative and quantitative research methods sequentially. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling, and the parameters for this sampling were based on the 10 stalls with the most production and customers. The results showed that out of 10 samples, there were only four samples that met the SNI requirements of a maximum of 1.0×105 colonies/g, including samples S2 (2.74×104), S5 (2.53×104), S9 (2.33×104) and S10 (2.38×104). In contrast, the results of the water content test show that out of 10 samples, there are only three smoked flying fish samples that have a water content value that matches the maximum limit of smoked fish based on SNI, which is a maximum of 60% including samples S2, S5, and S9

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the West Java Karate team training program in preparation for the XXI North Sumatra-Aceh National Sports Week (PON) 2024. The evaluation was conducted using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model which includes an analysis of the objectives, resources, implementation process, and final results of the training program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The population in this study were all members of the West Java Karate team who participated in the XXI North Sumatra-Aceh PON 2024, consisting of 23 people, including athletes and coaches. The sampling technique used was total sampling, where the entire population was used as a research sample to obtain more accurate and representative data. The results of the study showed that the training program had a strong foundation in terms of objectives, regulations, and athlete needs. The input dimension shows that support for human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and funding is quite adequate, although there is still room for improvement. From the process aspect, the program has been running effectively with a balance between training and education for athletes, as well as attention to their welfare. The product dimension evaluation showed that the West Java Karate team managed to win 2 gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 2 bronze medals, reflecting the success of the training program in improving athlete performance. Although the program has been running well, this study recommends improvements in aspects of training facilities, sports science-based coaching methods, athlete welfare, and continuous evaluation and monitoring. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to increase the effectiveness of the training program and support the achievement of more optimal achievements for the West Java Karate team in future competitions

Abstract

Abstrack _ The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the application of calligraphy art can improve students' Arabic writing skills. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The methods used are qualitative and quantitative approaches. The instruments used in data collection include observation, interviews, written tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the application of calligraphy art has a positive effect on improving students' Arabic writing skills. This can be seen from the increase in students' average scores from cycle I to cycle II and the increase in students' interest and accuracy in writing Arabic letters. The conclusion of this study is that calligraphy art is effective as a learning method in improving students' Arabic writing skills in grade VI. The application of calligraphy no only improves learning outcomes, but also fosters an attitude of love for the beauty of Arabic writing.

Abstract

Islam mengajarkan bahwa seorang suami bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memenuhi kebutuhan jasmani dan rohani keluarga, dan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab tersebut adalah ia wajib menanamkan pendidikan Islam dalam keluarganya. Namun, salah satu ajaran Jamaah Tabligh adalah mewajibkan anggotanya untuk khuruj fii sabiilillah. Ketika seorang suami khuruj fii sabiilillah, maka tanggung jawab pendidikan Islam sepenuhnya dilimpahkan kepada istri. Dengan adanya pelimpahan tanggung jawab tersebut dan seringnya suami meninggalkan keluarga, sebagian umat Islam lainnya menganggap mereka telah melalaikan tanggung jawabnya sebagai kepala keluarga. Untuk itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap alasan mengapa para suami lebih mengutamakan khuruj fii sabilillah daripada mengemban tanggung jawab pendidikan Islam bagi keluarganya, dan mengungkap alasan mengapa para istri rela ditinggal suami dan rela menerima tanggung jawab untuk mengemban pendidikan Islam bagi keluarganya. Untuk mengungkap hal tersebut, penulis telah melakukan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan data dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, para istri menerima tanggung jawab tersebut atas dasar keyakinan bahwa tanggung jawab pendidikan Islam bagi keluarga sama wajibnya dengan tanggung jawab pendidikan Islam bagi masyarakat. Suami istri memiliki pandangan yang sama bahwa tanggung jawab pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga dan masyarakat merupakan tanggung jawab bersama bagi setiap muslim. Bukan berarti kepergian suami secara khuruj fii sabiilillah merupakan kelalaian atas tanggung jawabnya sebagai suami dalam mengemban pendidikan Islam, akan tetapi tanggung jawab tersebut telah dilimpahkan kepada istri. Sebelum berangkat, suami telah mempersiapkan istri untuk menggantikannya dalam mengemban pendidikan Islam bagi anak-anaknya selama ia pergi.

Abstract

PT Sapta Sari Tama Palembang bergerak di bagian distributor semua barang-barang farmasi contohnya obat-obatan yang aman dan juga sudah dalam pengawasan BPOM (Badan pengawasan obat dan makanan). PT Sapta Sari Tama Palembang sebagai perusahaan yang sudah bekerja sama dengan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan juga sudah menggunakan aplikasi Jamsostek  Mobile (JMO). Aplikasi JMO adalah salah satu aplikasi yang bersifat mobile untuk memberi pelayanan kepada anggota khususnya terkait ketenagakerjaan. Karyawan PT Sapta Sari Tama cabang Palembang sebelum menggunakan aplikasi JMO memiliki permasalahan terkait dengan informasi dana Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur Aplikasi JMO secara terperinci. Penelitian ini mengukur kemudahan dari pengguna aplikasi dari segi Efficiency (Efisiensi), Memorability (Mudah diingat), Learnability (Kemudahan) Satisfaction (Kesalahan dan Kepuasan), Errors (Keamanan). Pengukuran ini bermanfaat untuk keberlangsungan dan perkembangan Aplikasi. Adapun alat yang dipakai untuk evaluasi dalam pengukuran adalah usability dengan menggunakan USE Questionnaire. Terdapat beberapa aspek usability diantaranya adalah kegunaan (usefulness), kepuasan (satisfaction), kemudahan belajar (ease of learning), dan kemudahan pengguna (ease of use). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 92 responden. Hasil nilai yang didapatkan dari masing-masing aspek Usability adalah aspek Ease Of Use mendapatkan kelayakan 90%, Ease Of Learning mendapatkan kelayakan 89%, Satisfaction mendapatkan kelayakan 89%, Usefulness mendapatkan kelayakan sebesar 91%, perhitungan dari semua Hasil Usability mendapatkan kelayakan 92%, maka Aplikasi JMO sangat layak digunakan oleh atasan maupun karyawan dikarenakan aplikasi ini mudah dipelajari, mudah digunakan, dan dapat memberikan kepuasan dan juga sangat berguna bagi pengguna pada PT Sapta Sari Tama Cabang Palembang.

Abstract

The significance of Islamic religious education in shaping children's character is paramount in contemporary society. This study aims to explore the transformative impact of Islamic education on children's moral and spiritual development, utilizing a comprehensive analysis that integrates psychological and spiritual perspectives. A mixed-method approach combining literature review and empirical research elucidates how Islamic education fosters moral reasoning, empathy, and self-regulation among children while nurturing a profound spiritual connection and inner transformation. Here are the steps: 1) Literature Review: Start by compiling a comprehensive literature review about the importance of Islamic religious education in forming children's character. Please focus on the psychological theories that support this argument and their relationship to aspects of spirituality. 2) Empirical Research: conducting empirical research to support the claim. Use appropriate research methods such as surveys, interviews, or observations to collect relevant data from respondents from various backgrounds and ages. The findings underscore the holistic nature of Islamic education in equipping children with the ethical fortitude, emotional resilience, and spiritual consciousness necessary to navigate life's challenges with integrity and purpose. Our research findings demonstrate how Islamic education fosters moral reasoning, empathy, and self-regulation among children while nurturing a deep sense of spiritual connection and inner transformation. By integrating psychological insights with spiritual teachings, Islamic education offers a holistic approach to character development, equipping children with the ethical fortitude, emotional resilience, and spiritual consciousness necessary to navigate life's challenges with integrity and purpose.

Abstract

This article examines the effect of implementing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) academic supervision on the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools (SMP). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in two junior high schools in Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The results showed that PAI academic supervision in junior high schools is still not optimal because various factors, such as competence, motivation, work environment, and facilities, influence it. However, PAI academic supervision also positively impacts the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools, such as improving the quality of learning, developing student potential, and job satisfaction. This article provides recommendations for PAI supervisors, principals, PAI teachers, and other relevant parties in improving PAI academic supervision in junior high schools, as well as a reference for future research related to the same or similar topics.
