Abstract

Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the 5G network at Airport shows excellent performance in supporting the use of VoIP applications such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Zoom. This is indicated by a consistent category 4 index on all measured parameters, namely throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. In terms of throughput, although there are variations between the three apps, all values are still sufficient to support voice and video calls with good quality. In fact, the lower throughput value on the Zoom app does not mean that the video call quality is poor, especially for one-on-one calls or with few participants. Furthermore, the absence of packet loss in all three applications indicates excellent connection stability. This is an important indicator showing that all the data sent and received by the apps made it to their destination without being lost midway, which is essential for ensuring clear voice and video quality. Meanwhile, very low delay and jitter indicate that data transmission is fast and consistent. This is especially important for real-time communications such as video calls, where delays or variations in the arrival time of data packets can disrupt call quality. Overall, the results of this study show that the 5G network at Airport is capable of supporting the use of VoIP applications with good quality. This is an important finding, given the importance of VoIP in everyday life, both for personal and professional communication. Therefore, this research hopes to make an important contribution in understanding and maximizing the potential of 5G network in supporting VoIP communication at Airport.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the disturbances that occur at the Sultan Syarif Kasim II Meteorological Station Weather Radar and provide appropriate treatment to stop the source of the disturbance. For this reason, the following steps are arranged: Literature studies, preparation for mitigating interference, measurement, interference analysis, and interference resolution. After applying measurements, the following results were obtained: The interference location point is on the azimuth line (8.07° and 37.84°), Noise floor level -107.3 dBm at a frequency of 6500 MHz when SSID PermanaNET#02 5825 MHz is on, noise floor level -111.1 dBm at a frequency of 6500 MHz when SSID PermanaNET#02 5825 MHz is off, distance between BMKG Radar station to Point of Presence (PoP) ISP PT. Medianusa Permana is very close ±200 meters, antenna SSID PermanaNET#02 5825 MHz pointing to the BMKG Radar Station, and sensitivity of the EEC DWSR–2500C Radar Device is -113 dBm. Interference at the 6500 MHz radar frequency comes from the Out Of Band Emission frequency 5825 MHz (SSID PermanaNET#02). Following this, the interference is mitigated by the off-air method, which is deactivation of the PermanaNET SSID#02 device.

Abstract

During the achievement of the target language, interlanguage becomes a serious issue in second language acquisition (SLA). The influence of the student’s mother tongue both on vocabulary and structure plays an essential role, particularly in oral performance. This qualitative study aims to find out the interlanguage fossilization as well as the digital media used to overcome the interlanguage. In this study, 23 non-English department students participated by videotaping their speaking performance spontaneously for about two minutes. Each student submitted a video on the subject of “My Childhood” via google classroom at the end of the English program. Not only the documentation but also the interview is employed; five of the students took part in it. Additionally, the students’ strategies to be proficient in English were expressed. The findings indicated the syntactical errors in pronouns errors, articles, concords, and fragments and the morpheme errors in suffixes. Meanwhile, learning English videos integrated with technology such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram promotes the students’ strategies to boost their speaking skills.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive type of research which aims to determine the basic skills in extra-curricular football at SMPIT Insan Kamil, Bima City. The sample was 51 people. The instrument used in this research is a test. Where only basic skills are tested, such as passing, dribbling test, shooting test. The results achieved in this study were the first, the percentage of passing test scores in the good category was 12 people (23.5%), the medium category was 20 people (39.1%), the poor category was 19 people (37.3%), while the very good category and very poor none (0%). Then the second percentage is test shooting where there are 10 people in the good category (19.6%), 14 people in the medium category (27.4%), 19 people in the poor category. (37.3%), in the very poor category there were 8 people (15.7%), while in the very good category there were none (0%). And the third percentage is the dribbling test where there are 12 people in the good category (23.5%), the average category is 16 people (13.4%), the poor category is 23 people (45.1%), while the very good category is not. yes (0%).

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang membutuhkan kemandirian teknologi radar pantai untuk keperluan pengawasan. Maka, kebutuhan akan RF amplifier yang murah merupakan suatu keharusan. Makalah ini menyajikan simulasi dan realisasi microstrip RF amplifier menggunakan RT/Duroid 5580 dan teknik matching stub pada frekuensi 9,3 GHz. Teknik ini merupakan yang efektif untuk frekuensi tinggi dan mencocokkan impedansi dengan nilai imajiner. Komponen aktif MGF2407A dipilih dengan konfigurasi DC fixed bias. Dari hasil simulasi, RF amplifier yang diusulkan memiliki gain sebesar 10,318 dB, S11 sebesar -26 dB dan S22 sebesar -28 dB dengan kompresi P1dB sebesar 11 dBm. Namun, selama pengukuran, RF amplifier memberikan redaman akibat pengaruh penyolderan, short circuit, dan electro statis discharge. Untuk parameter terukur lainnya memenuhi persyaratan standar. Hal ini menunjukkan realisasi microstrip RF amplifier untuk frekuensi tinggi memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang rendah.Kata kunci: radar pantai, penguat daya, matching stub, mikrostrip ABSTRACTIndonesia is an archipelagic country that needs to monitor its islands. For the independence of coastal radar technology, the need for low cost RF amplifiers is a must.This paper presents simulation and realization of microstrip RF amplifier used RT/Duroid 5580 and matching stub technique worked at 9.3 GHz. This matching technique is effective for high frequency and to match the impedance with imaginer value. The active component of MGF2407A was chosen with DC fixed bias configuration. From simulation, the proposed RF amplifier has gain of 10.318 dB, S11 of -26 dB and S22 of -28 dB with P1dB compression at 11 dBm. However, during the measurement, the RF amplifier provides attenuation due to soldering, short circuit, and electro statis discharge effects. For other measured parameters met the standard requirements. This demonstrates the low success rate of realizing microstrip RF amplifiers for high frequencies.Keywords: coastal radar, power amplifier, matching stub, microstrip

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi self-checkout system meningkatkan efektivitas dalam melakukan proses pembayaran. Self-checkout system merupakan fasilitas yang memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan pembayaran melalui scanning beberapa produk sekaligus dalam satu waktu dan pengemasan secara mandiri. Penelitian ini mengusulkan self- heckout system menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan arsitektur model MobileNetV2 dengan metode hamming loss. Perancangan sistem diimplementasikan pada GUI sebagai user interface penelitian. Dataset yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 247 citra dengan resolusi 224 x 224 pixels terhadap tiga jenis produk Teh Botol, Indomie dan Chitato. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai akurasi deteksi sebesar 88.8% dengan hamming loss 0.12%. Posisi produk dalam keadaan berjarak dapat meningkatkan nilai akurasi. Sistem GUI pada penelitian ini berhasil mendeteksi produk hanya dalam waktu 1 detik.Kata kunci: self-checkout system, convolutional neural network, MobileNetV2 ABSTRACTThe development of self-checkout system technology increases the effectiveness of the payment process. Self-checkout system is a facility that allows consumers to make payments through scanning several products at the same time and packaging independently. This research proposes a self-checkout system using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and MobileNetV2 model architecture with hamming loss method. The system design is implemented on a GUI as a research user interface. The dataset used in this study amounted to 247 images with a resolution of 224 x 224 pixels of three types of bottled tea, Indomie and Chitato products. The test results show a detection accuracy value of 88.8% with a hamming loss of 0.12%. The position of the product in a spaced state can increase the accuracy value. The GUI system in this research successfully detects products in just 1 second.Keywords: self-checkout system, convolutional neural network, MobileNetV2

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada implementasi growth mindset dalam pendidikan, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di lembaga pendidikan SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Sawangan, Depok. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan workshop kepada guru, sehingga mereka dapat memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip growth mindset dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan mengadopsi pola pikir ini, diharapkan guru mampu menghadapi tantangan dalam mengajar dan meningkatkan motivasi serta prestasi siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan saat ini, kompetensi profesional guru sangat penting karena berperan sebagai kunci dalam menciptakan generasi yang unggul. Growth mindset mendorong guru untuk terus belajar dan berkembang, menjadikan mereka bukan hanya pengajar tetapi juga pembelajar seumur hidup. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan akan tercipta lingkungan belajar yang positif, di mana guru maupun siswa merasa termotivasi untuk berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan, memberikan dampak signifikan bagi kualitas pendidikan di SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Sawangan dan menjadi model bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve the conceptual understanding of three-dimensional shapes among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 065853 Medan through the use of PANJARBARU (Three-Dimensional Net Boards) as a concrete learning medium. The study employed the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted over two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation and written tests (pre-test and post-test). The results indicated a significant improvement in students' conceptual understanding, with the average post-test score increasing from 71.78 in the first cycle to 81.78 in the second cycle. The percentage of students achieving the minimum mastery criterion (KKM) rose from 57% to 85%. The use of PANJARBARU effectively facilitated students’ spatial visualization skills by allowing them to construct 3D objects from 2D nets, thereby enhancing both engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Umar bin Khattab, Desa Karya Indah, Kecamatan Tapung, Kabupaten Kampar, Propinsi Riau yang mengalami keterbatasan dalam sistem penerangan jalan di area lingkungan pesantren. Meskipun menggunakan listrik dari PT. PLN (Persero), keterjangkauan pencahayaan belum merata, terutama di jalan-jalan dalam lingkungan pesantren. Sebagai solusi, Tim Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Riau melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memasang lampu penerangan bertenaga surya. Sistem ini terdiri dari panel surya, charge controller, baterai kering, dan lampu penerangan, yang dirancang agar baterai dapat mengisi daya di siang hari dan digunakan untuk pencahayaan pada malam hari. Lampu-lampu dipasang di beberapa titik-titik strategis yang minim pencahayaan dan seluruh perangkat dihibahkan kepada pihak pesantren. Selain instalasi, dilakukan juga evaluasi terhadap penggunaan sistem untuk menilai efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program ini. Hasilnya lampu dapat menerangi lokasi yang dipasang lampu penerangan bertenaga surya. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong kemandirian energi di lingkungan pesantren serta memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of reward and punishment to Santri Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Hakimiyah Padang Lawas Regency in carrying out congregational prayers. This study uses a qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The data sources used are primary data sources from the Dormitory Trustees, and Aliyah Santri, and secondary data sources are the Leaders, Deputy Principals for Student Affairs, and the Community around Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School. The instruments used were observations, interviews, and documents for boarding the Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School.The results showed that the reward method applied at the Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School was in the form of expressions of pleasure to students who performed congregational prayers, while punishment was applied in the form of calls or reprimands along with advice about the importance of praying in congregation at the mosque. The reward and punishment method is effectively applied to the congregational prayer of aliyah students at the Al-Hakimiyah Islamic Boarding School. This is evidenced by the increase in the practice of praying in congregation for Madrasah Aliyah students.
