Abstract

Koperasi nelayan sebagai bagian dari sistem kelembagaan ekonomi lokal masyarakat pesisir, peranannya diharapkan dapat melakukan koreksi terhadap ketidak adilan ekonomi disana. Sebagai wadah usaha bersama bagi para nelayan, seharusnya koperasi dapat menjadi “pandiga” dalam sistem kelembagaan ekonomi masyarakat nelayan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kinerja koperasi nelayan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan anggotanya.            Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Mei-Agustus 2010.  Sedangkan lokasi dijadikan sebagai pelaksanaan survey dan obsernasi adalah : (1) Koperasi Makaryo Mino yang beroperasi di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara dan sekitarnya di Kota Pekalongan Jawa Tengah, (2) Koperasi Industri Hasil Perikanan di Kota dan Kabupaten Pontianak Kalimantan Barat dan (3) Koperasi Perikanan Tambak di Kabupaten Gresik Jawa Timur. Analisis data dilakukan secara diskriptif kualitatif.            Dari hasil pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa modal utama bagi keberhasilan sebuah koperasi dalam meninkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya adalah terletak pada idealisme dan keberanian bertindak pengurus/pengelola untuk membangun koperasi. Bahwa faktor-faktor lainnya seperti ; fasilitas (sarana) usaha akan mengikuti setaraf dengan tingkat perkembangan koperasi.  Dukungan pemerintah daerah tidak mutlak, pengalaman bisnis dari pengelola dapat dipelajari sambil bekerja,  dan adanya kompetitor akan bisa diatasi jika koperasi konsisten dalam membangun sistem pasar bersaing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe experiment was conducted in the village of Lesong Daya, Batumarmar District and Sub Market Waru Pamekasan. The purpose of this study is to know the marketing channels and marketing margins of onions in the village of Lesong Daya Batumarmar District and know the market integration at the level of onion farmers in the village and at the level of traders in the Waru Market, Lesong Daya Batumarmar Pamekasan. The sampling method in this research used Snowball Sampling. While the analysis method used were the marketing margin and market integration analysis. The results showed that there are two marketing channels onion in the Village of Lesong Daya, Batumarmar District and based on analysis of marketing margins, farmers share, as well as the distribution margin shows that when farmers sell onion in dry conditions on marketing channel pattern I is more efficient than other marketing channel. Based on the analysis of price, strong integrated market in both the short term and long term based on the integration of the average monthly price of onion from January 2012 to April 2013.Keywords: Marketing Channels, Marketing Margins, Market Integration

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is (1) to know the macro economic factors that influence the consumption of East Java society, (2) to analyze the marginal propensity to consume, (3) to discuss the consumption pattern of the East Java community. Multiple linear regression method is used to answer the first objective, the second objective is calculated using the MPC formula, while the third goal is analyzed through consumption expenditure table. The result of the research shows that income and interest rate influence the consumption of East Java society with coefficient value of 0,827 and 0,334 respectively. This shows that if there is increase of income and Interest rate of 1% then consumption will increase by 0.827 and 0.334. The value of East Java MPC ranges from -0.004 - 0.57 to an average of 0.240 (24%), this show that 24% of East Java's income is used for consumption, while the remaining 76% is used for consumption purposes. East Java community consumption pattern shows consumptive pattern to non food consumption with percentage equal to 54,12%. Keywords: East Java, Consumption, MPC

Abstract

Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki perbandingan luas lahan pertanian dan non pertanian sebesar 50%.  Rencana Strategis Kabupaten Pamekasan tahun 2012 - 2032, kecamatan Galis direncanakan menjadi pemukiman perkotaan.  Dengan persentase lahan pertanian tersebut, jika terus terjadi pembangunan yang merelakan lahan pertanian produktif sebagai sasarannya, dikhawatirkan lahan pertanian produktif akan habis dan mengakibatkan kecamatan Galis mengalami rawan pangan.  Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis perkembangan alih fungsi lahan dari tahun 2006-2016 dan menganalisis hubungan antara faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial dan peran pemerintah terhadap alih fungsi lahan.  Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive).  Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan tabulasi silang chi square.  Hasilnya adalah faktor - faktor yang memiliki hubungan terhadap alih fungsi lahan yaitu produktivitas lahan; peruntukan lahan, asal lahan, perubahan perilaku, hubungan lahan dengan pemilik; dan pengurusan izin.  Selama tahun 2009 – 2015 terjadi perubahan fungsi lahan tegal menjadi pemukiman pada tahun 2011 sebesar 1,46 Ha yang digunakan untuk tempat tinggal, tempat usaha dan layanan umum.  Saran dari penelitian ini adalah pemerintah perlu menjaga perilaku petani dengan lebih persuasif tentang pertanian agar tidak mengalihfungsi lahan; Adanya peraturan tentang pembatasan penggunaan lahan pertanian dan nonpertanian; Mempersulit izin alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke nonpertanian

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe fishermen cooperativeis as part of the institutional system of the local economy of coastal communities, its role is expected to make corrections to the economic injustices there. As a joint venture container for fishermen, cooperatives should be able to be "pandiga" in the system of economic institutions of fishermen communities. The objective of research was to determine the performance effect of fishermen cooperatives on the welfare of its members.The research was conducted from May to August 2010. While the location of the survey and observation were: (1) Cooperative of Makaryo Mino operating in Nusantara Fishery Port and surrounding areas in Pekalongan of Central Java, (2) Cooperative of Fishery Products Industry in the City and County of Pontianak of West Kalimantan and (3) Cooperative of Fishery and ponds in Gresik, East Java. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methode.From the results of the discussion is concluded that the primary capital to the success of a cooperative to improve the welfare of its members is on the idealism and courage of acting administrators or managers to establish cooperatives. The other factors such as amenities (facilities) of effort will follow on a par with the level of development of the cooperative. Local government support is not absolute, the business experience of managers can be learned on the job, and the competitors will be able to overcome if cooperative consistent to establish competitive market system.Keywords: Fishermen cooperatives, The Welfare, The coastal communities

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this research is to find and prove the factors that cause market failure. Specifically this study aims to: (1) prove the existence of the phenomenon of cartelization; (2) prove the existence of asymmetric information; (3) prove the existence of government failure in the system of Madura tabacco trade;The results of the discussion can be summarized as follows:1. There has been an agreement among the Cigarette Factory to set a specific price level (the cartelization phenomenon). This is based on the facts that: (1) a form of order on schedule for opening of the warehouse so that it can avoid Cigarette Factory of competition with each other; (2) the facts about the distribution of the highest price level of about Rp. 33 000 to Rp. 34 000 showed there was an agreement between Cigarette Factory to set a specific price level.2. Asymmetric information occurs at different levels Madura tobacco transcations ranging from level 2 transcations between the Tobacco Factory and owners, 3-level transcations between owners with bandol and 4-level transcations between bandol with farmers. Those who dominate more information, they can be played with the market so as to capture more benefits.3. Based on data and analysis can be concluded that the government had failed to form intervention to overcome the symptoms that lead to forms of market failure in both the substance of legislation and enforcement process.

Abstract

So far, the guideline of the government of Sidoarjo Regency in managing coastal area regulated in the Land use Planning (RTRW) of Sidoarjo Regency has not been effective yet. This research aims at studying the cause factors of the ineffective implemention of the Land use Planning of the year 2002-2011. The institutional analysis was used in this research by applying some approaches, beside agency theory, transaction cost theory and organizational form choices theory were applied in this research.From the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Land use Planning of the year 2002-2011 will potentially increase the District Original Revenue (PAD) till RP.2,327329977. This value has not been sufficient yet to give compensation for the farmers who suffer the lost because of the shift of land use pattern as a result of the implementation of the Land use Planning. The enhancement of District Original Revenue makes more difficult to cover transaction cost for organizational governance to enforce the Local Regulation (Perda) on Land use Planning of the year 2002-2011. As the consequence, to implement Local Regulation (Perda) on Land use Planning of the year 2002-2011 is difficult.

Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi kopi terus terjadi di masyarakat Indonesia. kopi tidak hanya dinikmati oleh beberapa golongan, namun kopi dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh kalangan lintas generasi dan gender. Janji jiwa merupakan salah satu kedai kopi sekaligus brand yang ada di Indonesia dan telah dibuka sejak tahun 2018 serta cukup menyita perhatian publik. Namun, seiring dengan perkembangan waktu, jumlah kedai kopi di Indonesia semakin menjamur dan persaingan bisnis semakin ketat, sehingga untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya, Kopi Janji Jiwa perlu memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen akan kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, (2) Atribut apa saja yang menjadi pilihan konsumen dalam membeli minuman kopi di Kopi Janji Jiwa Jilid 324 Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis conjoin. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan karakteristik konsumen sebagian besar usia 17-25 tahun dengan pendidikan perguruan tinggi, pekerjaan pelajar/mahasiswa dan penghasilan Rp.1.000.000-Rp.1.500.000. Atribut yang menjadi pilihan konsumen yakni kopi dengan varian es kopi susu, topping ice cream, rasa manis dengan harga Rp. 23.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui peran penyuluh pertanian lapang terhadap kelompok tani padi sawah; (2) mengetahui pengaruh peran penyuluh terhadap pengembangan kelompok tani padi sawah; (3) mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh penyuluh dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya untuk mengembangkan potensi petani dan pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif statistik dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda, responden pada penelitian ini yaitu ketua BPP Kamal, penyuluh, dan kelompok tani Sumber Rejeki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran penyuluh pertanian sebagai fasilitator dan dinamisator berkategori sedang, sedangkan peran penyuluh sebagai motivator dan inovator berkategori tinggi; (2) secara simultan peran penyuluh pertanian sebagai fasilitator, dinamisator, motivator, dan inovator berpengaruh secara signifikan. Secara parsial peran penyuluh pertanian yang paling berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu fasilitator, dinamisator, dan innovator; (3) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas penyuluh lapang pertanian yaitu partisipasi anggota kelompok tani yang masih kurang, sulitnya petani menyerap materi yang diberikan penyuluh, dan waktu penyuluhan yang tidak bisa ditentukan.
