Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang kurangnya kesadaran masayarakat akan status hukum perkawinan. Padahal perkawinan merupakan peristiwa hukum yang menjamin kepastian bagi subjek hukum. Padahal taat dan patuh pada hukum yang berlaku merupakan bagian dari hak dan kewajibannya sebagai warga negara. Rendahnya kesadaran hukum berkenaan dengan administrasi kependudukan yang di anggap masyarakat bukanlah hal yang penting untuk dimiliki. Peneliti menemukan bahwa di desa Kademangan masih banyak masyarakat belum melaksanakan praktik perkawinan yang tidak sah tercatat secara administratif negara dan tentunya akan membawa banyak dampak  secara hukum. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa masyarakat desa Kademangan memiliki kesadaran hukum yang masih rendah khusunya dalam status perkawinan yang merupakan perwujudan warga negara yang taat dan patuh akan hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara sehingga masyarakat desa Kademangan belum bisa dikatakan sebagai warga negara yang baik.

Abstract

The golden generation aware of the law is a reality that must be pursued by the people of Indonesia, considering the strong influence of globalization and the positive and negative impacts on the Indonesian nation. This study aimed to explore, study, and obtain an overview of increasing the legal awareness of the golden generation in culture and identity in responding to the challenges of the 2045 golden generation. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach using the case study method. The research location was STKIP Pasundan, Cimahi. Primary data were obtained from purposively selected sources of informants. Secondary data were obtained from library sources. They collect data using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The research results showed: (1) The strategy for increasing the golden generation to answer the challenges of the 2045 golden generation is to increase morality and creativity in the digital era through Citizenship Education Learning which teaches creativity in the digital era so that a law-aware culture is formed. (2) Improving the legal-aware golden generation is also carried out by strengthening their national identity, namely by various perspectives from a legal, entrepreneurial, and health perspective, and to create a legal-aware, creative, and planning-generation golden generation in 2045. This study was to increase the legal awareness of the golden generation to answer the challenges of the 2045 golden generation, which is a strategic step because it can increase student citizenship knowledge so that there is alignment between civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic disposition.

Abstract

This research explains how the dimensions of critical thinking develop and are consistent in students by learning directly in a project-based contextual manner through small research that they choose. The research method used is descriptive analysis to analyse the dimensions of students' critical thinking abilities using a quasi-experimental design (a one-group post-test only design). Data was collected by involving active, even semester students taking general compulsory courses in Civic Education, totalling forty students with project model learning. Through small research-based learning or the project citizen model, critical thinking skills will be developed at four levels of critical thinking achievements. Four levels of critical thinking were made into fourteen questions. When the questionnaire has passed the validation process stage, which is prepared using a standard critical thinking ability scheme related to environmental awareness, the questionnaire is also adapted to respondents who have received project citizen model learning. The research findings on students' critical thinking ability towards awareness of environmental issues are included in the high category. Thus, this research shows the success of Civic Education courses in realising a sense of civic responsibility and civic awareness. Then, the results of this research give birth to citizens who can touch on environmental issues; this is the basis for the learning objectives of Civic Education, which is to educate citizens to understand their nation and country.

Abstract

Corruption is still a national problem. Education is believed to be an alternative in eradicating corruption in Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to examine the views of Islamic education in overcoming corruption. This research aims to describe the concept of anti-corruption education from the perspective of Islamic education in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative with a library study method, taken from credible sources in the form of relevant scientific data, including Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, and SINTA. To test the validity of the data, the researcher checked the research data source. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of anti-corruption education is interpreted as: first, an effort to educate the generation (students) in developing a firm attitude to reject every act of corruption, collusion and nepotism. Second, reinforce students' views that corrupt acts are bad acts (not something ordinary or normal). Third, internalize values in students, including honesty, independence, discipline, responsibility, hard work, simplicity, courage and fairness.

Abstract

Analisis situasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah di Desa Kopo, Kecamatan Kutawaringin, Kabupaten Bandung, memiliki potensi yang cukup besar dalam hal sumber daya alam, sosial, dan budaya yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Potensi ini mencakup berbagai jenis tanaman yang cocok untuk pertanian, kekayaan sumber daya alam seperti air dan lahan, serta kerajinan dan kegiatan industri rumah tangga yang telah ada. Namun, meskipun potensi tersebut ada, masyarakat Desa Kopo masih perlu meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Keterampilan manajemen usaha, pemasaran, keuangan, dan teknis perlu ditingkatkan agar masyarakat dapat mengelola usaha dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Desa Kopo termasuk akses terhadap modal, pasar, dan teknologi. Selain itu, regulasi dan perizinan juga menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usaha ekonomi keluarga. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang prosedur perizinan serta keterbatasan akses terhadap modal dan teknologi dapat menghambat perkembangan usaha di tingkat lokal. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi perangkat desa dan warga Desa Kopo untuk melihat potensi ekonomi yang ada di sekitar mereka dan mengembangkan usaha kecil yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan ekonomi keluarga serta kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of legal awareness and critical thinking skills through trial simulations (moot courts) among Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) students at STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. Using a case study method, this study aims to evaluate how the implementation of moot courts can improve students' legal understanding and critical thinking skills in the context of legal education. The case study method is applied by observing and analyzing student participation in moot court activities. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving students and lecturers. The main focus of this study was to identify changes in legal awareness, level of involvement, and development of critical thinking skills before and after participating in trial simulations. The results showed that participation in moot courts significantly increased students' legal awareness and encouraged the development of critical thinking skills. Students showed a better understanding of legal principles and their practical applications in trial situations. In addition, active involvement in this simulation provided direct experience that enriched their legal knowledge and strengthened their analytical and argumentative skills. This study concludes that moot court is an effective method to improve legal awareness and critical thinking skills among PPKn students, and recommends further integration of this method in higher legal education curricula.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hasil dari observasi penelitian Kampung Pulo Garut menemukan Kearifan Budaya Lokal dalam mempertahankan identitas bangsa. Kearifan budaya lokal yaitu suatu  kearifan budaya terdapat dalam kehidupan masyarakat disuatu tempat, yang merupakan warisan nenek moyang dalam tata nilai kehidupan yang menyatu dengan bentuk religi, budaya,dan adat-istiadat. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang modern abad 21 kearifan budaya lokal masyarakat dalam mempertahankan nilai-nilai luhur budaya, religi, adat istiadat sebagai bentuk identitas bangsa kian memudar dan pengelolaan sumber daya memudar di era abad 21 ini. Mereka beranggapan bahwa modern lebih baik dari pada sebelumnya. Perkembangan tekhnologi dapat memicu hilangnya kearifan budaya lokal. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis etnografi yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dilingkungan Masyarakat adat tertentu. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan secara singkat internalisasi nilai budaya dari Masyarakat kampung adat yang bisa dipromosikan sebagai basis pembentuk karakter Bangsa Indonesia dan internalisasi nilai-nilai organisasi.Abstract:  The findings from the observations conducted in Kampung Pulo, Garut, reveal the presence of local cultural wisdom in preserving national identity. Local cultural wisdom refers to the indigenous knowledge embedded in the lives of a community, inherited from ancestors as part of a value system that integrates religion, culture, and customs. With the advent of modern times in the 21st century, the community’s local cultural wisdom in maintaining noble cultural, religious, and customary values—as a form of national identity—has gradually faded, and resource management has similarly declined. Many believe that modernity is superior to the past, and technological advancements may further trigger the loss of local cultural wisdom. This research employs a qualitative approach with an ethnographic method, which is a study conducted within a specific indigenous community. The aim of this research is to briefly describe the internalization of cultural values by the indigenous community that can be promoted as a basis for shaping the character of the Indonesian nation and for the internalization of organizational values.

Abstract

Persoalan perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi menciptakan berbagai analisis dan tafsiran yang bermuara pada kemaslahatan umat manusia. Dalam hal ini karsa umat di hadapkan pada dilema global terlebih tentang warga negara global yang melek digital. Urgensi penulisan ini diharapkan mampu menjadi jawaban dalam menghadapi pengaruh penggunaan teknologi yang berbasis digital yang dihadapkan dengan nilai-nilai luhur Bangsa.  Pembahasan dalam artikel ini menekankan pada beberapa aspek tentang pembudayaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konsep etika ruang digital di era post-pandemi yaitu, pertama perlu penguatan literasi digital yang di sinergikan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila, sehingga saat masyarakat akan dapat tetap nyaman dalam penggunaan teknologi. Kedua nilai-nilai Pancasila perlu divisualisasikan dalam konsep etika ruang digital di era post-pandemi sehingga Pancasila tetap melekat dalam kehidupan digital dan dunia nyata masyarakat. Ketiga, pembudayaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konsep etika ruang digital di era post-pandemi berorientasi pada kemampuan personal dan intrapersonal komunikasi yang bersifat praktik partisipatif dan bermakna. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pembudayaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konsep etika ruang digital di era post-pandemi akan berdampak dalam penguatan karakter warga negara yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila. Oleh sebab itu, melalui artikel ini, pembudayaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konsep etika ruang digital ialah menjadi pedoman seseorang dalam melakukan interaksi digitalnya sehingga akan memperkuat fungsi Pancasila  sebagai pedoman, sebagai pengatur tingkah laku orang termasuk dalam etika ruang digital di era post-pandemi.

Abstract

Kesadaran hukum yang rendah terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat tanah mengakibatkan berbagaipermasalahan yang cukup pelik, salah satunya yaitu sengketa yang akan terjadi di kemudian hari.Sehingga diperlukan penguatan civic knowledge untuk membentuk kesadaran hukum masyarakatterhadap kepemilikan sertifikat tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanapersepsi masyarakat terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat tanah, faktor-faktor yang kondusif terhadapkeasadaran hukum kepemilkan sertifikat tanah, program yang dilakukan dalam upaya memberikanpenguatan civic knowledge untuk membentuk kesadaran hukum kepemilikan sertifikat tanah. Metodeyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, untuk memahami dan menjelaskansecara mendalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi observasi dan wawancara. Hasildari penelitian ini menunjukan Mengenai pandangan tentang pengetahuan kewargaanegaaranpada masyarakat Desa Wangunsari terhadap pendaftaran tanah untuk kepemilikan sertifikat hakatas tanah, didapati bahwa masih banyak masyarakat Desa Wangunsari yang tidak mengetahuidan memahami bagaimana tata cara pendaftaran tanah kepada Badan Pertanahan Nasional,sehingga kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan tanahnya masih tergolong rendah
