Abstract

Research objectives 1) to determine the influence of Learning Organization on teacher performance at State Elementary Schools in West Aceh Regency; 2) to determine the effect of the principal's managerial supervision on teacher performance at state elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. This research was carried out at the Regional Office Technical Implementation Unit 1 in cluster 1, Meureubo District, West Aeh Regency using quantitative methods. The research population was 212 people, the sample was 68 people, the sample was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. using an error acceptance of 10%. Research findings resulting from hypothesis testing using determination analysis (R), t-test, and simple regression can be concluded from the results of analysis tests using correlation test analysis, simple linear regression test, partial test (t-test) and determinant coefficient test (r), it can be concluded that teacher performance influences the learning organization. The results of the correlation coefficient are 0.304 with a significant value of 0.012, there is a positive relationship between learning organization and teacher performance. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value (rcount) is compared with (rtable) with an alpha value of 0.012 (5%). By calculating the results of the Pearson product moment correlation test, the rcount value is 0.304, while the rtable is 0.265. Therefore, it can be concluded that the value of rcount > rtable (0.304 > 0.265), this is in accordance with the rules of hypothesis testing with a significant level of alpha value <0.05, so the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of learning organization on teacher performance. The results of the r table validity test can be calculated in the statistical r-table with a two-way test based on the formula df = n-2 so 68-2 = 66 with an error level of 0.5%, variable X at p1, p5, p6, p7, p9 and the variable Y p10 has a different value from the other questions but it is still said to be valid. So the rtable results in the validity test show a dominant value of 0.322. So it can be concluded that the person coreelation value (rcount) is greater than the value (rtable), so that the entire number of question items in the results of this research are declared valid. The influence of the principal's managerial supervision on teacher performance is based on the results of the reliability test of the two variables, namely variable X teacher performance obtained a Cronbach apha value of 0.701 and variable Y teacher performance obtained a Cronbach apha value of 0.747. Thus the second research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine: 1) the direct relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance; 2) the direct relationship between authentic leadership style and teacher performance; 3) the relationship between organizational culture, through achievement motivation, and teacher performance; 4) the relationship between authentic leadership style, through achievement motivation, and teacher performance; 5) the relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis and data analysis through path analysis. The study will be conducted at junior high schools in Central Aceh Regency, including SMPN 4 Takengon, SMP IT Cendikia Takengon, and SMP IT Al-Azhar. Data collection in this study uses questionnaires, with data analyzed through Pearson's product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the direct relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance is 0.539 (53.9%), classified as moderate. The direct relationship between the school principal's authentic leadership and teacher performance is 0.403 (40.3%), also moderate. The moderator variable (achievement motivation) strengthens the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance by 0.578 (57.8%), classified as moderate. Similarly, achievement motivation strengthens the relationship between the school principal's authentic leadership and teacher performance by 0.578 (57.8%), also moderate. Finally, the direct relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance is 0.514 (51.4%), which is moderate.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision carried out by elementary school principals in Central Aceh Regency to improve teacher performance. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects were determined using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, where several clusters were formed from selected individuals within the population. The results of this study indicate that the planning carried out by the principal to improve teacher performance includes: 1) Continuous Professional Development (CPD), 2) Mentoring and Monitoring, 3) Support and Guidance, 4) Building a supportive work environment, 5) Activating learning communities, 6) Performance structuring, 7) Feedback, 8) Observation. The organization carried out by the principal to enhance teacher performance involves: 1) Teachers' academic competence and qualifications, 2) Years of teaching experience, 3) Relevant certification and licensing, 4) Pedagogical skills, 5) Mastery of teaching and classroom management, 6) School needs analysis, 7) Organizational culture alignment. The principal's implementation efforts to improve teacher performance include actively monitoring and ensuring the teachers' ability to plan and prepare lessons, mastery of the subject matter, teaching strategies, classroom management, and student evaluation. Supervision is conducted through: 1) Classroom observation, 2) Spontaneous classroom visits, 3) Peer evaluation, and 4) Student evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore: 1) The effectiveness of female leadership as a "Mother" in enhancing a collaborative school culture; 2) The effectiveness of female leadership as a "Seductress" in enhancing a collaborative school culture; 3) The effectiveness of female leadership as a "Pet" in enhancing a collaborative school culture; 4) The effectiveness of female leadership as an "Iron Maiden" in enhancing a collaborative school culture. This research uses a Mixed Method Research approach. The qualitative research is based on the philosophy of post-positivism or interpretative methods. The population consists of 161 teachers in secondary schools in Central Aceh Regency, while the sample includes 115 teachers. Quantitative data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The study took place in secondary schools in Central Aceh Regency over eight months, from October 2023 to May 2024. The results show that the four characteristics of female leadership; (1) nurturing and protective, (2) friendly and communicative, (3) gentle and affectionate, and (4) firm and independent are effective in creating and enhancing a collaborative school culture. Leadership styles that are firm and independent have the most significant impact (63.8%) compared to the other three styles: nurturing and protective (50.5%), gentle and affectionate (49.4%), and friendly and communicative (47.9%). It is recommended that the Central Aceh Regency Education Office provides equal opportunities for female teachers to become school principals, especially considering the relatively low involvement of female teachers in educational leadership in the region.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the leadership management of school principals in improving the quality of performance of education staff at SD Negeri 3 Dewantara, North Aceh Regency. This research uses qualitative methods that are field research. There were four informants. The research findings show that the principal's leadership planning in improving the quality of performance of educational staff at SD Negeri 3 Dewantara is carried out by preparing plans for increasing educational staff by basing it on the school's vision, mission and goals based on needs analysis and job position analysis. Organizing the performance of educational staff, namely the preparation and formation of working relationships between the management components of the school's organizational structure that have been determined, and determining the main tasks of educational staff in accordance with their position or profession. Leadership of the school principal in improving the quality of the performance of educational staff is carried out by involving educational staff in scientific forums. (seminars, training, workshops, workshops and courses), welfare benefits, provision of supporting facilities such as provision of computers or laptops that can access the internet to access new information. Evaluation in improving the quality of performance of educational staff by carrying out educational supervision. The aspects evaluated are the presence of educational staff, the performance of educational staff, achievements and the school principal also carries out an assessment using an assessment format that has been standardized by the government, known as the Performance Assessment List (DP3).

Abstract

Stunting is still a problem in Bireuen Regency. The most dominant impact of stunting is the disruption of physical growth, lack of cognitive abilities, and weak immunity of a child. There are various methods of stimulation and early detection of toddler growth and development that can be done to help children grow and develop optimally, namely screening tests which include weight measurement, head circumference measurement, developmental pre-screening questionnaire (KPSP) and mental-emotional problem deviations. Posyandu cadres have an important role because they are the ones who are close to the posyandu target activities and have more face-to-face frequency than other health workers. The Toddler Growth and Development Assessment and Monitoring Training activities were carried out from 7 to 12 August 2023 in Samuti Krueng Village with a total of 14 participants, consisting of PAUD Teachers and Toddler Posyandu Cadres. The method used was through theoretical and practical exposure. The activity went as expected. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training which was carried out in theory and practice. There was an increase in the participants' post test results with the highest average score of 9.5 out of a maximum score of 15.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively in a qualitative manner. The findings reveal that inclusive education management at the school encompasses the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive education programs. The principal plays a key role in ensuring that all components of inclusive education function effectively, from providing facilities to overseeing program implementation. The main challenges faced include limited resources and the need for more intensive teacher training to handle inclusive students. This research suggests enhancing cooperation between the school, the local community, and the government in the development of sustainable inclusive programs. The implication of this study is the importance of adaptive and inclusive leadership in creating a welcoming educational environment for all students, including those with special needs.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To analyze the positive and significant direct influence of school culture on the work commitment of elementary school teachers in Babul Makmur District, (2) To analyze achievement motivation moderating the influence of school culture on the work commitment of elementary school teachers in Babul Makmur District. , (3) To analyze achievement motivation moderating the influence of school culture on the work commitment of elementary school teachers in Babul Makmur sub-district. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method, a population and sample of 53 inclusive school teachers using a probability sampling method, data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire. The school culture variable has a tcount value of 4,612, where this value is greater than the ttable value. The ttable value is obtained by ttable = t (a/2; n - k -1) = t (0.05/2;51) = 2.008 with unstandardized beta coefficients of 0.385 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so the first hypothesis is accepted. The moderating variable School Culture*Job Satisfaction has a t-value of -0.911. The value obtained is smaller than ttable. The ttable value = t(a/2; n - k -1) = t (0.025;51) = 2.008 with an unstandardized beta coefficient value of -0.021 and a significance level of 0.367 which is greater than 0.05, so the second hypothesis is rejected. This shows that job satisfaction does not moderate the influence of school culture on teacher work commitment. The moderating variable School Culture*Work Motivation has a t-value of 0.992. The value obtained is smaller than ttable. The ttable value = t(a/2; n - k -1) = t (0.025;51) = 2.008 with an unstandardized beta coefficient value of 0.022 and a significance level of 0.236 which is greater than 0.05, so the third hypothesis is also rejected. This shows that work motivation does not moderate the influence of school culture on teacher work commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perencanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 meliputi perumusan tujuan kurikulum, perumusan isi kurikulum, merancang strategi pembelajaran dan merancang strategi penilaian. Pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 dapat dilihat dari dua aspek 1) pelaksanaan pada tingkat sekolah yang di pimpin oleh kepala sekolah, 2) pelaksanaan pada tingkat kelas yang langsung di pimpin oleh guru. Evaluasi pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 dilakukan dalam tiga aspek (1) aspek input yang berupa aspek guru, siswa, sarana dan prasarana, kemampuan pendanaan yang semuanya itu harus menyesuaikan antara kemampuan sekolah dengan program atau kegiatan yang dilakukan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan, (2) aspek proses meliputi proses pembelajaran di kelas, dan (3) aspek output yang meliputi peserta didik seperti ulangan harian (UH) ujian tengah semester (UTS) dan ujian akhir semester (UAS).
