Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in making purchases at the Tokopedia market place. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in making purchases at the Tokopedia market place. This type of research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a sample survey method with data collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 100 consumers who had shopped at Tokopedia. The analysis tool used is Simple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the R2 value was found to be 0.721 (72.1%) which indicates that the effect of the independent variable (quality of service) is .721% while 27.9% influenced by other variables. The results of the t test found that t count > t table on the service quality variable, namely 15.925 > 1.661. Thus the results of the study indicate that the influence of service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tokopedia market place.

Today there is a tendency for companies to be required to produce in an environmentally friendly manner in addition to making a profit. Building a culture of environmentally friendly behavior requires patience and continuity, so that it can be felt in the future by all living things. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in making purchases at the Tokopedia market place. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) on the purchase decision of video games on the Steam platform. The population of this study is all consumers on the Steam platform in Mataram City, while the sample of this study is 100 consumers on the Steam platform using purposive sampling. This type of research is an associative research. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 25.0 for Windows, where validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis tests, significance tests (t tests), and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the results of the analysis, all variables have a partial effect, where eWOM has an effect on the purchase decision, and PEU has an effect on the purchase decision. Based on these results, it is recommended that Steam improve the quality of eWOM and PEU, resulting in an increase in the purchase decision of video games on the Steam platform

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of profitability, solvency, liquidity, company size, and audit opinion on audit delay in Property and Real Estate companies. The study employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 23 companies in the sample. Data analysis is conducted through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that profitability does not have a significant effect on audit delay. However, debt payment and company size significantly influence audit delay. While liquidity, though not significant, does affect audit delay. Auditor opinion also significantly influences audit delay. These findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders such as company management, auditors, and regulators in understanding the factors influencing audit delay in the Property and Real Estate sector.

Abstract

Abstrak Kecanduan game online adalah penggunaan internet terus-menerus, berulang bermain game sehingga merusak hubungan kehidupan nyata, yang bersangkutan tidak mampu mengendalikan dan menghentikannya. Game yang banyak disukai adalah versi permainan kekerasan misal PUBG. Bermain terus–menerus pemain menghayati peran kekerasan pada akhirnya menginternalisasi perilaku kekerasan dalam dirinya. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis tingkat kecanduan dan jenis game online yang berdampak pada perilaku agresif remaja pemain game online. Metode:Deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan studi literatur review dari penelitian tentang pengaruh kecanduan game online terhadap perilaku agresif pada remaja. Sampel penelitian sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eklusi yang dipilih dengan tehnik total sampling. Hasil: Populasi remaja berusia 13 – 18 tahun rentan mengalami perilaku agresif dengan jenis permainan versi kekerasan, pertarungan; bentuk kekerasan yang paling ringan ditampilkan remaja adalah agresivitas verbal seperti berteriak keras, berkata kasar. Kata kunci: Kecanduan Game Online, Perilaku Agresifitas. Abstract Online game addiction is the countinous, repeated use of the internet to play games so that it destroys the relationship with real life, takes up a lot of time, the person is unable to control or stop it. The most popular games are versions of violent games such as PUBG. Playing continuously makes the players live the role of violence which ultimately internalizes violent behavior within them. Objective: This study aims to analyze the level of addiction and types of online games that have an impact on aggressive behavior in adolescent online game players. Methods: This research is an analytical descriptive study with a literature review approach from previous studies on the influence of online game addiction on aggressive behavior in adolescents. The sample used was 3 research journals according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria selected by total sampling technique. Results: The population of adolescents aged 13 - 18 years is prone to experience aggressive behavior with the type of game version of violence, fighting; form of violence displayed by adolescents is verbal aggressiveness such as shouting loudly, saying rude things. Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu gangguan jiwa yang paling sering dijumpai, suatu sindrom yang ditandai dengan adanya perubahan kognitif, persepsi, emosi dan aspek lain seperti perilaku. Perubahan perilaku yang dapat membahyakan baik pada diri sendiri, orang lain maupun lingkungan disebut dengan perilaku kekerasan. Perilaku kekerasan dapat dikontrol dengan penatalaksanaan farmakologi dan non-faramakologi. Salah satu penatalaksanaan non-farmakologi dengan memberikan latihan asertif. Tujuan: mengetahui penurunan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan pada Tn. H dan Tn. M sebelum dan sesudah latihan asertif dan dilakukan penerapan latihan asertif. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus, menggunakan 2 responden yaitu pasien yang mengalami perilaku kekerasan di Wisma Abiyasa Soerojo Hospital Magelang. Tindakan dilakukan selama 4 hari dengan pemberian penerapan latihan asertif selama 30 menit, mengukur tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan pada pre test dan post test dan wawancara. Hasil: Latihan asertif dapat menurunkan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan pada Tn. H sebesar 2 dan Tn. M sebesar 1. Simpulan: penerapan latihan asertif efektif untuk menurunkan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan namun hal ini dapat terjadi karena pemberian terapi farmakologi yang teratur. Kata Kunci: Latihan Asertif., Perilaku Kekerasan., Skizofrenia Abstract Background: Schizophrenia is one of the most common mental disorders, a syndrome characterized by changes in cognition, perception, emotions and other aspects such as behavior. Changes in behavior that can harm oneself, others or the environment are called violent behavior. Violent behavior can be controlled with pharmacological and non-pharmacological management. One non-pharmacological treatment involves providing assertive training.Objective: to determine the reduction in signs and symptoms of violent behavior in Mr. H and Mr. M before and after assertive training and applying assertive training. Method: This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study strategy, using 2 respondents, namely patients who experienced violent behavior at Wisma Abiyasa Soerojo Hospital Magelang. The action was carried out for 4 days by providing assertive training for 30 minutes, measuring signs and symptoms of violent behavior in the pre-test and post-test and interviews. Results: Assertive training can reduce signs and symptoms of violent behavior in Mr. H is 2 and Mr. M is 1. Conclusion: the application of assertive training is effective in reducing signs and symptoms of violent behavior, but this can occur due to regular pharmacological therapy. Abstract

This study aims to assess customer loyalty toward Abian Tubuh tofu, one of Mataram City's flagship products. Using a descriptive research approach, the study seeks to provide insights into customer loyalty, a key aspect of consumer behavior theory. A sample survey method was employed, selecting several tofu markets in Mataram City as research locations. The population includes all customers who purchase tofu at these markets, with purposive sampling used to select respondents based on the research objectives. Given the unknown total population, a sample of 100 respondents was determined. The analysis utilized the Net Promoter Score (NPS) model to measure and understand customer loyalty levels. This study builds upon previous research focusing on the same product, Abian Tubuh tofu, in Mataram. Customer loyalty, a critical aspect of consumer behavior, needs periodic evaluation to ensure continued purchases and customer retention. Findings indicate that customers are highly loyal to Abian Tubuh tofu, based on various product attributes such as taste, price, aroma, texture, and nutritional content. The strong perception of product quality leads customers to recommend it to friends and colleagues. Marketers should maintain and enhance this level of loyalty to ensure business sustainability in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at Soejipto Coffee Mataram, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the coffee shop industry, understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty is very important. Data was collected through a survey of Soejipto Coffee customers. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn increases customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing shows that all hypotheses are accepted, confirming that improving service quality will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Sesak nafas (dyspnea) merupakan salah satu tanda dan gejala PPOK yang dapat diartikan sebagai kondisi sulit bernafas yang apabila tidak diatasi akan berakibat kematian, maka untuk mengatasi sesak nafas dilakukan terapi Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT), yaitu ialah teknik yang menggabungkan kontrol pernapasan, kontrol ekspansi toraks, dan teknik ekspirasi paksa, kontrol pernapasan memerlukan pernapasan lembut dengan dada yang lebih rendah, dengan dada dan bahu bagian atas rileks, pasien akan merasakan pembengkakan disekitar pinggang saat inspirasi, desahan mereda saat menghembuskan napas. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektifitas pemberian teknik Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT) pada sesak nafas penderita PPOK. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif menggunakan metode Quasy Experiment dan mengambil sumber-sumber hasil penelitian asli yang telah dilakukan dari dilakukan tanggal 8 Februari 2021 sampai akhir Juni 2021 dengan mengambil sumber dari Google Scholar yang sesuai dengan kata kunci dan kriteria diantaranya jurnal nasional bahasa Indonesia, terbit 3 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2017–2019, jurnal yang dapat diakses secara full text. Jurnal dipilih sebanyak 3 jurnal dengan random sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang memenuhi syarat, kemudian dianalisis. Hasil:Bentuk penerapan teknik Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT) efektif diberikan 2x/hari dengan waktu 10-30 menit. Simpulan: penerapan teknik Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT) dapat mengatasi keluhan sesak nafas pada penderita PPOK dengan p= 0,000T. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Gout artritis merupakan terjadinya penumpukan asam urat dalam tubuh dan terjadi kelainan metabolisme purin. Tingginya kadar asam urat dalam tubuh jika tidak segera ditangani dalam jangka waktu lama maka akan menimbulkan komplikasi. Senam ergonomik merupakan kombinasi gerakan otot dan teknik pernafasan. Teknik pernafasan tersebut mampu membuka sumbatan dan memperlancar aliran darah ke jantung dan aliran darah ke seluruh tubuh. Sehingga memperlancar pengangkatan sisa pembakaran seperti asam urat oleh plasma darah dari sel ke ginjal dan usus besar. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan senam ergonomik terhadap penurunan kadar asam urat pada lansia dengan gout artritis di BKL Kadang Wredho Kelurahan Kramat Selatan Magelang Utara. Metode: Jenis penelitian quasy eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pre posttest without control. Sampel peserta senam ergonomik BKL Kadang Wredho sebanyak 30 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test paired. Hasil: sebelum melakukan senam ergonomik, persentase terbesar kadar asam urat tinggi yaitu 6,2 - 15,6 mg/dl sebanyak 25 responden (83,3%). Setelah melakukan senam ergonomik sebanyak 1x dalam sebulan, asam urat menurun 4,1 - 13,3 mg/dl dari 25 responden menjadi 16 responden (53,3%). Hasil analisa uji t-test paired dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,643. p value : 0,000 Nilai tersebut berada di daerah penerimaan H1 (t tabel=1,69). Simpulan: Senam ergonomis sangat efektif untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat pada lansia gout athritis di BKL Kadang Wredho Kramat Selatan Magelang Utara. penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti ketika peserta melakukan setiap hari 15-20 menit dan menganalisa faktor-faktor lain disamping melakukan latihan senam ergonomik.
