Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation on the performance of employees of UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie through job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This study used a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique. The sample of this study was 100 employees of UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie who were randomly selected. The results of this study showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, OCB, and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction and OCB also had a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the hypothesis of this study was accepted. This study provides implications that to improve employee performance, motivation, job satisfaction, and OCB of employees need to be increased. This study also provides suggestions for further research.

Abstract

Abstract     Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dan sering berkaitan dengan faktor metabolik seperti kolesterol tinggi dan hiperurisemia. Deteksi dini melalui skrining kesehatan di ruang publik, seperti Car Free Day (CFD), berpotensi meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap faktor risiko tersebut. Tujuan: mengetahui gambaran kadar kolesterol dan asam urat serta hubungannya dengan kejadian hipertensi pada peserta CFD di Rindam IV/Diponegoro Kota Magelang tahun 2025.. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 129 peserta CFD yang mengikuti skrining kesehatan pada 13 Juli–3 Agustus 2025. Pemeriksaan meliputi pengukuran tekanan darah, kadar kolesterol total, dan kadar asam urat. Analisis hubungan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (66,7%), berusia pra-lansia (46,5%), dan berpendidikan SMA (51,2%). Kategori hipertensi terbanyak adalah pra-hipertensi (48,1%), kadar kolesterol tinggi (69,8%), dan kadar asam urat normal (59,7%). Uji Spearman menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar kolesterol dan kejadian hipertensi (p=0,070; r=0,160) maupun antara kadar asam urat dan kejadian hipertensi (p=0,271; r=0,098), keduanya dengan kekuatan korelasi sangat lemah. Simpulan: tingginya prevalensi pra-hipertensi dan kolesterol tinggi pada populasi CFD memerlukan perhatian khusus meskipun hubungan langsung dengan hipertensi tidak signifikan. Intervensi berbasis komunitas, edukasi gizi, dan promosi aktivitas fisik perlu terus ditingkatkan untuk mencegah progresi ke hipertensi   Kata Kunci: Car Free Day; hipertensi; kolesterol; asam urat; pra-hipertensi;                      skrining kesehatan;        Abstract       Background: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease with a high prevalence in Indonesia and is often associated with metabolic factors such as high cholesterol and hyperuricemia. Early detection through health screening in public spaces, such as Car Free Day (CFD), has the potential to increase public awareness of these risk factors. Objective: To determine the description of cholesterol and uric acid levels and their relationship with the incidence of hypertension in CFD participants at Rindam IV/Diponegoro, Magelang City in 2025. Methods: The study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out on 129 CFD participants who participated in health screening on July 13–August 3, 2025. The examination included measuring blood pressure, total cholesterol levels, and uric acid levels. The relationship analysis used the Spearman correlation test. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents were female (66.7%), pre-elderly (46.5%), and had a high school education (51.2%). The most common categories of hypertension were pre-hypertension (48.1%), high cholesterol levels (69.8%), and normal uric acid levels (59.7%). The Spearman test showed no significant relationship between cholesterol levels and the incidence of hypertension (p=0.070; r=0.160) or between uric acid levels and the incidence of hypertension (p=0.271; r=0.098), both with very weak correlations. Conclusion: The high prevalence of pre-hypertension and high cholesterol in the CFD population requires special attention, although the direct relationship with hypertension is not significant. Community-based interventions, nutrition education, and promotion of physical activity need to be continuously improved to prevent progression to hypertension.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Skizofrenia merupakan masalah kesehatan jiwa yang ditandai dengan gangguan pikiran, emosi dan perilaku yang serius yang butuh perhatian penuh Secara general gejala skizofrenia terbagi menjadi dua yaitu gejala positif dan negatif.Salah satu penatalaksanaan non-farmakologis dengan melakukan Tehnik Menenangkan berupa membaca Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman. Tujuan: Mengetahui penerapan terapi membaca Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman untuk mengatasi masalah utama gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran pada pasien skizofrenia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tentang penerapan teknik membaca Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman pada pasien skizofrenia, yaitu metode untuk menyelidiki, mempelajari halusinasi yang dilakukan secara integratif, komprehensif agar memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pasien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran dengan tujuan agar halusinasi tidak terjadi. Hasil: Penerapan terapi spiritual membaca Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman dapat memperbaiki persepsi sensori melalui hasil observasi tanda dan gejala halusinasi pendengaran pada pasien skizofrenia relatif membaik. Simpulan: Penerapan terapi spiritual membaca Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman efektif memperbaiki persepsi sensori pasien skizofrenia dengan halusinasi pendengaran. Kata Kunci: Ar-Rahman; Halusinasi pendengaran; Skizofrenia; Terapi spiritual Al-Quran; Abstract Background: Schizophrenia is a mental health problem characterized by serious disorders of thought, emotion and behaviour that need full attention In general, the symptoms of schizophrenia are divided into two, namely positive and negative symptoms. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is to perform Calming Techniques in the form of reading Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman. Objective: Knowing the application of Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman reading therapy to overcome the main problem of sensory perception disorder: auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia patients. Methods: This study uses a qualitative case study approach on the application of the technique of reading the Qur'an surah Ar-Rahman in schizophrenia patients, which is a method to investigate and study hallucinations carried out in an integrative, comprehensive manner in order to obtain a deep understanding of patients with sensory perception disorders:auditory hallucinations with the aim that hallucinations do not occur. Results: The application of spiritual therapy reading Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman can improve sensory perception through the observation of signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia are relatively improved .Conclusion: The application of spiritual therapy reading Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman effectively improves the sensory perception of schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the Marketing MIX Strategy on the decision to purchase groceries at Toko Moga Sukses. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the survey method using primary data collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were Jerowaru residents who were found buying groceries at the Moga Success store. with a research sample of 80 people. Sampling using probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS V26. Based on the variables used, the analysis results show that: (1) Product variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at successful moga stores (2) Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at successful moga stores (3) Distribution has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at successful moga stores (4) Promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at successful moga stores.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya hidup dalam memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan penggunaan pembelian produk iPhone di Kalangan Gen-Z Kota Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk di Kota Mataram yang termasuk dalam generasi Z yaitu generasi kelahiran tahun 1996-2012 yang menggunakan iPhone, sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pengguna iPhone dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for Windows, dimana dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi causal step ,uji sobel, uji signifikansi (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gaya hidup, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh gaya hidup. This research aims to determine lifestyle in mediating the influence of brand image on the decision to purchase iPhone products among Gen-Z in Mataram City. The population in this study were residents in the city of Mataram who belonged to generation Z, namely the generation born in 1996-2012 who used iPhones, while the sample from this study was 100 iPhone users using purposive sampling techniques. This type of research is associative research. Data processing in this study used SPSS 26.0 for Windows, which tested the validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, causal step regression tests, Sobel tests, significance tests (t tests) and coefficient of determination tests (R2) were carried out. Based on the research results, it shows that: Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant influence on lifestyle, Brand image has a positive and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions which is mediated by lifestyle.

Abstract

The goals of this research is to determine the effect of E-Service Quality on E- Customer Loyalty by mediating E-Customer Satisfaction (Nyaman Coffee consumer study in Mataram). The population is all Shopee consumers in Mataram City, while the sample is 85 consumers using purposive sampling. This type of research is associative research. Processing data in this study using SPSS 23.0 for windows software. In which the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, analisys path test, significance test (t test), coefficient of determination test (R2), and sobel test were carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, all variables have a partial effect where E-Service Quality affects E-Customer Loyalty, E-Customer Satisfaction affects E-Customer Loyalty, E-Service Quality affects E-customer satisfaction. Based on these results, it is recommended that Shopee can improve the quality of E-Service Quality and increase customer satisfaction, resulting in increased customer loyalty to product purchases in the Nyaman Coffee. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant influence on Nyaman Coffee consumer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty at Nyaman Coffee, and service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Nyaman Coffee

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Kegiatan pendampingan ibu hamil melalui OneStudent One Client (OSOC) merupakan kegiatan pendampingan olehsatu mahasiswa kepada satu ibu hamil resiko tinggi dengan prinsipasuhan berkelanjutan dimulai dari awal kehamilan, persalinan, bayibaru lahir dan nifas sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi adanya faktorrisiko terjadinya kematian sehingga dapat memberikan intervensisedini mungkin. Tujuan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untukmendeteksi dini terhadap faktor risiko maupun komplikasi pada ibuhamil dan nifas, melakukan upaya promotif dan preventif untukmeningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi serta memastikan setiap ibuhamil memperoleh pelayanan terstandar di wilayah PuskesmasWindusari dan Bandongan Kabupaten Magelang. Metode. Metodepengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mahasiswa melakukan kunjunganrumah ibu hamil sebanyak empat kali yaitu periode hamil, nifas,bayi baru lahir dan program keluarga berencana. Jumlah. Jumlahibu hamil resiko tinggi 28 orang yang terdiri dari 16 ibu hamilwilayah Puskesmas Windusari dan 12 ibu hamil di wilayahPuskesmas Bandongan pada bulan April sampai Oktober 2018.Hasil. Jumlah ibu hamil 28 orang didapatkan 100% mempunyai bukuKIA, 39% tidak faham P4K, 21% IMT kurang dari normal, 19%TB<145cm, 32% hipotensi, 44% TFU kurang dari normal, 21% DJJ<100x/menit, 14% letak kepala tidak normal, 21% imunisasi TT tidaklengkap, 68% persalinan normal, 21% mengalami komplikasipersalinan,0,03% menggunakan kontrasepsi pil, 61% suntik, 10%implant, 0,03% MOW, 14% belum menentukan kontrasepsi. 0,03%kondisi bayi lemah. Kesimpulan. 100% Ibu hamil terdeteksi faktorrisiko dan komplikasi serta memperoleh pelayanan terstandar.Rekomendasi. Program pendampingan ibu hamil melalui OSOCdapat dilanjutkan oleh bidan desa setempat agar ibu hamil risikotinggi mendapatkan pelayan terstandar sehingga dapat menurunkanAKI dan AKB.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) on the purchase decision of video games on the Steam platform. The population of this study is all consumers on the Steam platform in Mataram City, while the sample of this study is 100 consumers on the Steam platform using purposive sampling. This type of research is an associative research. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 25.0 for Windows, where validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis tests, significance tests (t tests), and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the results of the analysis, all variables have a partial effect, where eWOM has an effect on the purchase decision, and PEU has an effect on the purchase decision. Based on these results, it is recommended that Steam improve the quality of eWOM and PEU, resulting in an increase in the purchase decision of video games on the Steam platform

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Experiential Marketing Terhadap Minat Berkunjung Ulang Konsumen McDonald’s Sriwijaya”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dari experiential marketing terhadap minat berkunjung ulang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini jumlahnya tidak diketahui, sehingga digunakan purposive sampling untuk mengambil sampel yang berjumlah 85 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas instrument, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat masalah bahwa yang menjadi pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap minat berkunjung ulang konsumen McDonald’s Sriwjaya terlihat dari variabel experiential marketing yaitu sense, feel, think, act, dan relate. Masing-masing variabel experiential marketing dan minat berkunjung ulang dengan interval kelas sangat tinggi. Hasil dari analisis statistik bahwa variabel experiential marketing berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung ulang konsumen McDonald’s Sriwijaya. Hal ini bisa terlihat dari hasil regresi dan nilai T hitung. Untuk variabel sense nilai regresi sebesar 0,189 dengan T hitung 2,498, variabel feel nilai regresi sebesar 0,191 dengan T hitung 2,522, variabel think nilai regresi sebesar 0,356 dengan T hitung 4,785, variabel act nilai regresi sebesar 0,171 dengan T hitung 2,138, dan variabel relate nilai regresi sebesar 0,398 dengan T hitung 5,507. Masing- masing nilai T hitung lebih besar dari T tabel (1,989).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer loyalty towards Sekarbela pearl jewelry, a leading product of Mataram City. Using a descriptive approach, the study measures loyalty as a key aspect of consumer behavior. A sample of 100 respondents was purposively selected from customers at several sales points in Mataram City, including the craft center, city outlets, and street vendors. Data analysis was conducted using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) model. The results show variation in loyalty levels based on purchase location. Customers at the Sekarbela craft center are categorized as highly loyal, while buyers at city outlets and street vendors are categorized as loyal. This loyalty is built through positive perceptions of product attributes such as pearl quality, aesthetics, durability, framing materials, specification suitability, and price. The high perception of product performance encourages customers to recommend the product to others. These findings underscore the importance for marketers to maintain and enhance loyalty to ensure the future sustainability of the Sekarbela pearl jewelry business.
