Abstract

The human qualities needed by the Indonesian nation in the future are humans who are able to compete with other countries. Obtaining quality human beings will be produced through the implementation of quality education. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the Medan State Polytechnic. The population includes all lecturers who have civil servant status, totaling 310 people with a sample of 76 people taken by proportionate random sampling. Data was collected by using interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Regression analysis so that it can be seen the influence of organizational climate, work motivation and job satisfaction on lecturer performance either partially or simultaneously. The results of the research show that simultaneously organizational climate, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Partially, organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, while job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the QRIS payment system on increasing MSME sales turnover. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The population used in this study is MSMEs located in Deli Serdang Regency. The number of respondents consisted of 95 MSMEs with probability sampling and sampling techniques using accidental sampling. The results showed that the use of the QRIS payment system had a positive and significant effect on increasing MSME sales turnover partially. The results of the R Square value showed that the variable of using the QRIS payment system affected the increase in sales turnover by 5.8%, while the remaining 94.2% was influenced by other variables outside the research of this author.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen konflik dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Pabatu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PTPN IV Unit Kebun Pabatu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 82 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Analisis penelitian data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen konflik tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikansi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Manajemen konflik dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square besar 0,255. Artinya, 25,5% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh manajemen konflik dan stres kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 74,5% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPT Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah I Dinas Ketenakerjaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah I Dinas Ketenakerjaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebanyak 35 orang pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yaitu sampel jenuh, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai UPT Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah I Dinas Ketenakerjaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 35 orang pegawai. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji Multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji Heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi dan uji signifikan (uji t dan uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sedangakan dari hasil korelasi maka motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan yang Sangat Kuat terhadap Kinerja.

Abstract

Brand image has an important role in purchasing decisions. It is related, when the product image has a strong value in the market, it can attract purchasing decisions. Product quality indirectly provides good product quality to customers so that if product consumers have good quality, this will enable consumers to make purchase decisions. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on how the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for scarlett skincare on students in Medan City. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sampling was carried out using the incidental sampling technique with a total of 96 respondents and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 statistical tools. Where the results of the study show: (1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Scarlet skincare (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Scarlett skincare (3) simultaneously brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Scarlett skincare and (5) the results of the determination coefficient test (R Square) can be seen that Brand Image and Product Quality provide 63.3% in the decision to purchase Scarlet skincare for Medan City students while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors from outside the study.

Abstract

Medan City, as one of the centers of economic and population growth which is experiencing significant disruption in population and urban activities, along with the increasing population in Medan City, one of the problems often faced by users of transportation facilities is traffic jams. Motorbike taxis are the community's choice of solution to minimize traffic jams and save time. One of them is the online motorcycle taxi provider company, namely Grab. The large number of companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices creates tough competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to increase customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction with Grab's online transportation services. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive research type which includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and coefficient of determination R2). The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 with a total of 100 respondents obtained from the lameshow formula. The data collection technique in this research is distributing questionnaires and literature study. Based on the research results, price (X1) and service quality (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The research results show that the price variable has an influence on the Grab customer satisfaction variable in the city of Medan with a tcount value of 5.303 > ttable 1.985 and the Service Quality variable also influences Grab customer satisfaction with a tcount value of 4.520 > ttable 1.985 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The price and service quality variables influence the Grab customer satisfaction variable in the city of Medan simultaneously with an F Calculated Test value of 85.337 with a significance level of 0.000. The results of the research coefficient of determination (R2) show that price and service quality are able to explain an influence of 63.0%. on customer satisfaction variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 37.0% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Saat ini industri F&B (Food & Beverage) sedang menjadi tren di Indonesia, hal ini dikarenakan sektor bisnis ini memenuhi kebutuhan pokok manusia dan juga jumlah masyarakat Indonesia yang sangat banyak. Salah satu bisnis F&B yang saat ini berkembang dengan pesat di Indonesia adalah Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, kepopuleran Mixue telah dikenal oleh semua kalangan termasuk mahasiswa karena Mixue selalu memberikan hasil yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggannya. Faktor kepuasan konsumen Mixue diduga karena cita rasa dan harganya yang memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh cita rasa dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey eksplanasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan. Adapun jumlah responden terdiri dari 100 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus lemeshow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Mixue Ice Cream & Tea baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel cita rasa dan harga mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen sebesar 71,9%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 28,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui dalam penelitian ini
