Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kualitas lulusan Program Studi D4 MICE pada industri MICE di Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambilan data kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada event organizer MICE, sedangkan data kuantitatif dengan teknik survei menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 4 event organizer MICE dari populasi 8 (delapan) event organizer MICE yang ada di Medan tempat lulusan Prodi MICE Politeknik Negeri Medan telah bekerja. Sampel yang diambil untuk survei sebanyak 15 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi sederhana dan deskriptif kualitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah intergritas, keahlian bidang, Bahasa Inggris, komunikasi, kerja sama tim, pengembangan pribadi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas lulusan prodi MICE Polmed dalam kemampuan integritas, pengembangan kepribadian, kemampuan berkomunikasi sangat baik. Kemampuan alumni Prodi MICE Polmed dibidang keahlian seperti pembuatan proposal, sponsorship dan bidding serta kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dikatakan cukup baik. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh hasil wawancara mendalam dengan 4 orang pimpinan perusahaan event organizer sebagai pengguna lulusan Prodi MICE Polmed mengatakan bahwa lulusan Prodi MICE dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di industri MICE karena telah mendapatkan keahlian dan pengetahuan serta berperilaku baik atau memiliki kompetensi tinggi yang dibutuhkan di industri MICE.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi kompetensi terhadap kualitas lulusan Prodi Administrasi Bisnis dan upaya peningkatan kualitas alumni Prodi Administrasi Bisnis Polmed berbasis sertifikasi kompetensi. Penelitian deskriptif eksploratif ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah lulusan Prodi Administrasi Bisnis Polmed tahun 2017 dan 2018 yang memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi. Sampel penelitian diperoleh secara acak dan proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, survei (kuesioner) yang dilakukan terhadap alumni Prodi Administrasi Bisnis Polmed. Wawancara dilakukan ke pejabat Prodi Administrasi Bisnis dan LSP Polmed. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif frekuensi, regresi linier dan deskriptif intepretatif. Hasil analisis regresi menemukan variabel manfaat dan kelebihan sertifikasi uji kompetensi mempengaruhi kualitas lulusan Prodi Administrasi. Upaya Prodi Administrasi Bisnis dan LSP untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan Prodi Administrasi Bisnis berbasis sertifikasi adalah menyelenggarakan uji kompetensi bagi calon lulusan Prodi Administrasi Bisnis secara terbuka dan transparan, mengupayakan sumber pembiayaan uji kompetensi bagi mahasiswa dari berbagai sumber yaitu hibah bersaing di Kemenristekdikti atau BNSP, memberikan pelatihan pra sertifikasi uji kompetensi kepada mahasiswa secara gratis yang diselenggarakan oleh Prodi Administrasi Bisnis, menambah skema yang dapat diikuti mahasiswa Prodi Administrasi Bisnis dan menambah asesor kompetensi dan pelatih di bidang Administrasi Bisnis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the virtual business simulation learning model and then to determine the virtual business simulation learning process design model used by students of the Medan State Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program. Data collection was carried out by making direct observations on Business Administration study programs, especially in classes with the practice of Business Simulation courses. In the second stage, the researcher conducted direct interviews with students, 5th semester Business Administration lecturers who taught the Business Simulation course in accordance with the learning process of the business simulation practice being carried out. Literature study by collecting data and information both from data on the implementation of business simulation courses that have been carried out and those that will be carried out and such as libraries, the internet, literature and previous research related to the problems encountered, researchers observed simulations of business offering practices in class, data analysis was carried out by tabulating data, and processing data by transcribing interview results, coding and interpreting them so that further concluded with a business simulation learning model. The result of the research is the development of virtual business simulation courses by imitating what has been madewww.moonsonsim.com, then carried out in 3 stages, namely: needs analysis, data collection, product design/virtual learning and virtual business simulation learning process design is carried out by: choosing Edmodo which will later be used as a virtual learning tool, preparing photos of learning materials, preparing pointers virtual teaching sentences, setting up virtual teaching creation tools

Abstract

This research is planned to continue and realize the results and objectives of previous research in 2022 with applied research on innovative products, namely Practical Learning Applications for Virtual Business Simulation Courses in the Business Administration Study Program. The long-term goal of this research is to develop project-based and digital technology-based Business Simulation learning courses used by students and lecturers. The method used to achieve this is the R and D method. The target for this research output is Copyright and publication of the accredited national journal Sinta 2. This research produces a virtual business simulation learning application based on a research model that was created in 2022. Research This is a type of action research and development using the Research and Development (R&D) method. This research also tested innovative products practiced by 70 5th-semester students, 10 people were taken from each 5th-semester class of the Business Administration Study Program (7 classes) as test respondents in using this Business Simulation application. The Business Simulation Application was created under the business simulation learning process contained in the RPS for the Business Simulation Course. This simulation application is web-based and is equipped with a video tutorial to make it easier to use. Application testing results show that this business simulation application makes business work easier and faster for the positions of manager, head of administrative supplies, and head of finance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran simulasi bisnis virtual dan selanjutnya untuk mengetahui model desain proses pembelajaran simulasi bisnis virtual yang digunakan mahasiswa Prodi Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi langsung pada prodi Administrasi Bisnis khususnya di kelas dengan praktik mata kuliah Simulasi Bisnis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mentabulasi data, dan mengolah data dengan mentranskripkan hasil wawancara, mengkode dan mengintepretasikannya sehingga selanjutnya menyimpulkan dengan model pembelajaran simulasi bisnis. Abstract

PKM is increasing the income of housewives through Sequin Skills Training for Wanita Katovich RI, Tanjung Selamat Branch, Medan Selayang District, Medan City. The training is implemented to make women independent, skillful, have their own income, able to create employment opportunities and improve the family's economy. The specific target of this PKM activity is to enhance the income of housewives by empowering them to Participate in making sequins, enabling women to run their own businesses with limited budgets, and even hire others. This business can be done at home, so women can cope with their tasks as mothers or housewives. The training was held over three days, starting from Friday, 8 September 2023, to Sunday, 10 September 2023, and will be attended by ten participants. The training was guided by an expert instructor named Lidya Oktavia Situmorang. The training was held in the multi-purpose hall of the Santa Maria Ratu Rosary Church on Jalan Flamboyan Raya Medan.

Abstract

Pengguna produk kecantikan di Indonesia. Penggunaan brand kencantikan lokal terus mengalami peningkatan pembelian brand lokal Penelitian ini dilakukan di Politeknik Negeri Medan. Penelitian menggunakan Pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Kualitas produk, electronic word of mouth dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah berpengaruh simultan hitung (57,526)> F tabel(3,9) atau nilai sig. (0,000) < dari 0,0 5 maka simpulan kualitas produk, electronic word of mouth dan citra merek berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Wardah. Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,639 atau 63,9% keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, eletronic word of mouth dan citra merek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Event Festival Budaya Puncak Harmoni Somomo Kabupaten Nias Barat secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reliability, assurance dan empathy secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung event festival budaya Puncak Harmoni Somomo Kabupaten Nias Barat. Sedangkan tangible berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, responsiveness secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung event festival budaya Puncak Harmoni Somomo Kabupaten Nias Barat. Hasil Adjusted R2 menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara variabel Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy dan Kepuasan pengunjung memiliki hubungan sebesar 0,750 yang berarti 75,0% faktor-faktor kepuasan pengunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel indenpenden yaitu Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy sedangkan sisanya 25,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi.

Abstract

The development of the coffee shop business in Indonesia is now showing rapid growth. One of the cities in Indonesia that has a rapidly growing coffee shop business is Medan. With the emergence of more coffee shops, there can be more intense competition in the coffee industry, to gain this competitive advantage, one of the things that can be done is to do social media marketing. One of the coffee shops in Medan city that does social media marketing is Makecents Coffee Space, Makecents Coffee Space does social media marketing through social media Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok to promote their products and places. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on consumer purchasing decisions for Makecents coffee shop. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population used in this study were visitors to Makecents coffee shop. The number of respondents consisted of 100 people, with incidental sampling techniques and sample determination using the Lemeshow formula. The results showed that all social media marketing variables influenced the purchasing decisions of Makecents coffee shop consumers, which amounted to 73.5%, the remaining 26.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the midst of the development of an increasingly urban and lifestyle-oriented society, the Coffee Shop business is one of the fastest growing businesses. Coffee shops are no longer just a place to drink coffee, but also a place to socialize, work, study, or just relax. In this increasingly competitive coffee shop business, service quality is the key to differentiating one coffee shop from another. Good service quality can create a positive experience for customers and encourage them to return as indicators of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shop Cold n Brew Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with the analysis technique simple linear regression, respondents as a data source as many as 98 people. Data collection using questionnaire techniques. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The implication of this research is the importance of Coffee Shop to continue to improve its service quality in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction and have competitiveness in the Coffee Shop industry.
