Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk bersubsidi terhadap pendapatan petani padi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Aska Kecamatan Sinjai Selatan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif yaitu data yang berupa angka-angka dari data kualitatif yang diangkakan (scoring) dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya Pupuk bersubsidi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani padi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,941 yang lebih besar dari r tabel 1,665 serta signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.  Ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan pupuk bersubsidi secara langsung dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,154 atau 15,4 %  menunjukan bahwa variabel pupuk bersubsidi hanya menjelaskan 15,4 % variasi pendapatan petani padi sisanya 84,6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa ketersediaan pupuk bersubsidi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani padi. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah maupun pihak terkait dalam merumuskan kebijakan distribusi pupuk bersubsidi agar lebih tepat sasaran serta berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership strategies elementary school principals use to handle conflicts among teachers. This study used a qualitative, phenomenological approach. The results showed that the principals' strategies for handling disputes between teachers included: gathering information from various sources, being objective, using deliberative, meditative, and counseling approaches, strengthening the team, prioritizing cooperation, and respecting mutual opinions. This resulted in the implementation of their primary duties and functions running smoothly and in the prevention of serious conflicts in the performance of their respective duties. In conclusion, the leadership strategies of elementary school principals in handling disputes between teachers included using deliberative, meditative, and counseling approaches, strengthening the team, prioritizing cooperation, and respecting mutual opinions.   Keywords: Conflict, Principal, Leadership, Strategy

Abstract

One effort to reduce the high rate of food waste, especially that which comes from food scraps, is by consuming food sufficiently and not excessively. This is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 2, Zero Hunger, which focuses on eliminating hunger, achieving food security and improved nutrition, and promoting sustainable agriculture. One underutilized food source is watermelon albedo, even though this type of material has good nutritional content and can be used as a food source, such as in making crackers. Crackers are generally made from flour and processed through fermentation and baking. The utilization of watermelon albedo as a substitute in cracker production can be done; this is consistent with several previous studies regarding the use of plant-based materials in cracker and biscuit products. The research method used was a laboratory experiment with 3 formulation standards: Ka (16.6%), Kb (33.3%), and Kc (50%). The results of proximate tests conducted at the Sartika Laboratory, Djuanda University, found contents of 10.41% moisture, 1.54% ash, 9.28% protein, 5.97% fat, and 0.92% dietary fiber. Meanwhile, the results of sensory observations indicated that the more albedo added, the more it impacted the texture, making it softer and more difficult to shape.
