Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuatitatif dengan metode analisis berganda dengan bantuan progam SPSS. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu 32 orang pegawai di  Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert dari 1 sampai dengan 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini karena penelitian ini iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini karena lingkungan kerja yang kondusif memberikan rasa aman dan memungkinkan para pegawai untuk dapat berkerja optimal. Kemudian kompensasi menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dan membantu pegawai memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, serta meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya. Diharapkan Manajemen Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro dapat melakukan upaya terus meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan cara memberikan sistem penilaian kinerja yang transparan, memenuhi hak karyawan, memberikan reward dan punishment yang efektif.

Abstract

This service aims to train product marketing on social media for food stall entrepreneurs in the Lake Cipondoh Destination. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by counseling and training using social media, namely Facebook and Instagram which includes several stages, namely: (1) The initial stage is preparing training facilities, training venues and training materials; (2) The stages of implementation are identifying the participants' social media knowledge, then providing counseling and training on marketing using social media; (3) The evaluation stage is to assess the ability of the trainees to use social media as a means of marketing their products. The results of this activity provide better benefits and results for food stall entrepreneurs, namely in the form of increasing recognition of the products offered and increased sales of these products, because they have marketed their products online and have wider access.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis methods, which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Executive Board of Directors of the Kemayoran Complex Development Control Company (DP3KK), who were the respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. The results of the study partially show that training and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the training will help DP3KK employees improve their knowledge of skills and expertise in their fields, compensation by the expectations of DP3KK employees will be better, and performance results can be maximized. It is hoped that the leaders of the DP3KK companies formulate training explicitly and cover every aspect of the economy that can be quantified. It is hoped that the leaders of the DP3KK companies choose employees with an educational background suitable for their work; it is also recommended for employees to attend training/upgrades/workshops, and so on. other.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemberian kompensasi di Restoran KOI Jakarta Barat harus diatur dengan baik, sehingga dapat diterima oleh kedua belah pihak dengan harapan dapat menjamin kepuasan karyawan yang pada gilirannya nanti perusahaan dapat mencapai tingkat kinerja yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran KOI Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena populasi sama dengan sampel yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan Restoran KOI. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Restoran KOI Puri Indah Mall Jakarta Barat. Metode pengumpulan data  dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dengan skala likert dari 1 sampai dengan 5.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran KOI Jakarta Barat. Semakin tinggi kompensasi yang diberikan Restoran KOI, maka semakin tinggi pula produktivitas kerja semua karyawannya, hal tersebut membuat para karyawan sangat loyal dan setia kepada Restoran KOI Jakarta Barat. Diharapkan Pimpinan Restoran KOI di Jakarta dapat lebih memperhatikan tunjangan-tunjangan yang diberikan pada karyawannya, yaitu memberikan jaminan kesehatan dan jaminan kecelakaan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Compensation at KOI West Jakarta Restaurantmust be properly regulated, so that it can be accepted by both parties with the hope of guaranteeing employee satisfaction which in turn the company can achieve the desired level of performance.This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at KOI West Jakarta Restaurant. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is the same as the sample, namely as many as 50 KOI Restaurant employees. The research location is located at the KOI Puri Indah Mall Restaurant, West Jakarta. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The results show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the KOI West Jakarta Restaurant. The higher the compensation given by KOI Restaurant, the higher the work productivity of all its employees, this makes employees very loyal and loyal to KOI West Jakarta Restaurant. It is hoped that the leadership of the KOI Restaurant in Jakarta can pay more attention to the benefits given to their employees, namely providing health insurance and work accident insurance. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis sederhana. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menerapkan teknik sampling jenuh, yang melibatkan 32 pegawai di Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan yang baik di RM Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Jakarta Selatan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan melalui dukungan, pengakuan, dan pemahaman kebutuhan. Saran untuk pemimpin RM Ampera 2 Tak terkait kinerja karyawan adalah menjelaskan dengan jelas visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi kepada karyawan, memberikan dukungan dan bimbingan yang adekuat, serta memberikan pengakuan kepada karyawan berprestasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Managers and communities in the Eco-City Bintaro Jaya Housing Estates, South Tangerang, face challenges in implementing smart and sustainable living principles in order to build harmonious relationships with the community living around the housing estates. The counselling activity aims to increase awareness of waste management, cleanliness, and maintenance of the quality of parks and green open spaces, as well as to encourage the implementation of harmonious living principles by striving for a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment in a sustainable manner. The counselling began by greeting the invitees, namely 20 adult residents around Jalan Elang, Blok HG, followed by remarks and presentations of material by experts (PKM IPT Lecturer Team). The material was delivered through interactive presentations and questions and answers. The activity continued with practical simulations, such as demonstrations and explanations of environmental maintenance and role play of host ethics, to explain the practical application of knowledge. The counselling carried out by the Trisakti Tourism Institute Lecturer Team at the Eco-City Bintaro Jaya Housing Estates succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of smart living. Although there were initial challenges, namely the lack of structured knowledge about simple environmental management and smart living procedures, all participants after receiving counseling understood the good and correct way of waste management, cleanliness, garden maintenance, and the ethics of welcoming guests. The community is advised to apply the principles of sustainable environmental management and collaborate with related parties to create a cleaner and more harmonious environment

Abstract

This study aims to identify tourists' preferences in choosing transportation modes during their visit to Bandung City and to analyze the factors influencing their decisions. The method used is a quantitative approach with surveys and interviews. The study sample consists of 200 tourists, with 150 domestic tourists and 50 international tourists. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews to gather information related to transportation mode choices, speed, comfort, price, and accessibility factors. The results show that the most commonly chosen transportation mode is Angkot (25%), followed by Trans Metro Pasundan (23%). Travel speed, comfort, and accessibility are the main factors influencing transportation mode choices. Furthermore, differences in preferences are observed between domestic tourists, who tend to prefer economical transportation modes like angkot and TMB, and international tourists, who prioritize comfort such as online taxis or Bandros. The study concludes that transportation mode choices are influenced by practical needs such as affordable prices, comfort, and ease of accessibility. Recommendations for destination managers and the government include improving the public transportation infrastructure to be more efficient and environmentally friendly, as well as utilizing technologies like ride-hailing apps to enhance comfort and accessibility for tourists. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of strong commitment, hard work and work ethic on entrepreneurial performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with multiple regression analysis methods. The location of this research was carried out at the shopping tourist destination at Cipadu Market. The sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling. Partial research results show that strong commitment, hard work and work ethic have a significant influence on the performance of Cipadu Market entrepreneurs. The strong work commitment of business actors at Cipadu Market increases motivation, seriousness and better service to customers as well as resilience to business challenges. The Cipadu market is very competitive, requiring business actors to work hard to differentiate themselves from competitors, keep up with fast-changing fashion trends, and maintain consistent product quality. The high work ethic of business actors at Cipadu Market creates customer trust, builds a positive reputation, and reduces legal risks, all of which contribute to improving business performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication skills of tour guides at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), especially in interacting with foreign tourists. The background is the importance of effective communication in increasing tourist satisfaction, especially in the context of globalization. The research methods used include surveys, semi-structured interviews, and observation of guide interactions with tourists. The results showed that guides with more experience had better communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Feedback from tourists indicated that interactive and informative communication was highly valued, although some guides still needed to improve their confidence and clarity of explanations. The discussion revealed that effective communication strategies, such as a personal approach and use of body language, can help guides overcome challenges in interactions. The research conclusions emphasize the need for further training of guides in communication aspects, especially English and interpersonal skills. Suggestions for TMII managers include providing regular training for guides and creating an environment that supports positive interactions between guides and tourists, in order to improve the overall quality of the tourist experience. Abstract

TThis study aims to map the roles and transformations of tour guides in the digital era through a systematic review of current empirical evidence. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA framework, drawing data from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar (1995–2025). A total of 33 articles met the inclusion criteria and were thematically analyzed and narratively synthesized. The findings reveal three complementary thematic clusters. The first cluster highlights professional competencies, interpretative, interpersonal, and managerial dimensions as core service attributes that enhance service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. The second cluster emphasizes affective dimensions, such as emotional labor, empathy, and rapport, as psychological mechanisms that transform service quality into memorable tourism experiences, leading to loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. The third cluster identifies the digital transformation of tour guiding through mobile applications, AR/VR/XR, virtual or livestream tours, and AI-assisted collaboration, which strengthen interactivity, immersion, personalization, and eWOM. In conclusion, the synergy of competence, affect, and digital capability creates an experiential value chain linking service quality to satisfaction, loyalty, and destination image. Future research is recommended to examine tour guide well-being, evaluate human–AI co-guiding, employ multi-group SEM, conduct bibliometric/meta-analyses, and compare outcome-based versus input-based certification systems.
