Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Ayam Djoeprek Ngronggo, Kediri City. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 91 consumers taken randomly Incidental Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, R², t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that service quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Service Quality, Price and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to test and explain the influence of product layout, price and product diversity on purchasing decisions at the Barokah Trenggalek Store partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is all consumers who purchased the Barokah Trenggalek Shop within the 1 month research period. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents, and the sampling method used accidental sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires, while analysis techniques used validity tests, realism tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, R2 determinant tests, t tests, and f tests. The research results show that (1) the influence of product layout partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, (2) price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, (3) product diversity partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig. 0.001 < 0.05, (4) product layout, price and product diversity simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig.F value of 0.000 < 0.05. Purchasing decisions at Ayam Toko Barokah Trenggalek are influenced by these three variables amounting to 50.9% while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

Work enthusiasm is one of the efforts that can be made to optimize employee performance. There are several important factors that can affect employee work enthusiasm, including leadership style, compensation, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work motivation on employee work enthusiasm at the Kediri City Education Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach through Likert scale data. The sample in this study amounted to 69 respondents taken from the total number of employees using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear analysis, t-test, and f-test processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study prove that leadership style, compensation, and work motivation partially have a significant effect on work enthusiasm. Also, simultaneously leadership style, compensation, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee work enthusiasm.

Abstract

An employee's performance can affect the company's success in competing with its competitors to achieve its goals. However, there are several factors that can affect the rise and fall of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work conflict on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods to evaluate the relationship between variables. Data were obtained through questionnaire results analyzed using SPSS Version 25 software. The total questionnaire data was 31 respondents from the number of J&T Express and J&T Cargo employees at the Kras, Ngadiluwih, and Mojo Branches. The results of this study prove that the work environment, work discipline, and work conflict have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination supports the results of this study with a percentage level of 81.9% of variable (X) affecting variable (Y). Also, the work environment successfully dominates its influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Image, Price, and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Vins Aesthetic Clinic Blitar. This research adopts a quantitative approach, focusing on the statistical analysis of the relationship between variables. The data were obtained from primary sources through the distribution of structured questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study consisted of all consumers of Vins Aesthetic Clinic Blitar. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is used as the sample due to the accessible number of consumers during the research period. Several analytical methods were applied, including validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality and consistency of the research instruments. Classical assumption tests were also conducted to confirm the appropriateness of the regression model. The study used multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of the independent variables — Brand Image, Price, and Service Quality — on the dependent variable, namely Consumer Purchase Decisions. The results of the partial (t-test) analysis showed that each variable — Brand Image, Price, and Service Quality — has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous (F-test) analysis indicate that all three variables together significantly affect Consumer Purchase Decisions at Vins Aesthetic Clinic Blitar.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Rahayu Souvenir Shop. A quantitative research approach was applied to examine the relationship between the marketing mix elements and consumer behavior. Data collection involved the use of structured questionnaires distributed to consumers. The sample consisted of 95 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula based on the total population of the shop’s customers. Several statistical tests were conducted to ensure data validity and reliability, including validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. These tests were prerequisites for conducting multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis revealed that the product variable (X1) does not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, as indicated by a significance value of 0.625 (> 0.05). On the other hand, the price variable (X2) showed a significant influence with a significance value of 0.020 (< 0.05), while promotion (X3) and location (X4) also had significant effects with significance values of 0.009 and 0.000, respectively. Furthermore, the F-test results indicated that the product, price, promotion, and location variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as shown by a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to explain and test the hypotheses regarding the effect of Profit Growth, Capital Structure, and Liquidity Ratio on Earnings Quality. A quantitative approach with an associative method was employed to examine the influence of Profit Growth, Capital Structure, and Liquidity Ratio on Earnings Quality at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk during the 2016–2023 period. The data analyzed are secondary data obtained from financial statements and earnings quality records listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with both partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The partial analysis results indicate that Profit Growth has a negative and significant effect, Capital Structure has a negative and insignificant effect, while Liquidity Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Earnings Quality. Simultaneously, the three variables were found to have a significant effect on Earnings Quality. The contribution of Profit Growth, Capital Structure, and Liquidity Ratio to Earnings Quality is 60.7%, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
