Abstract

The selection of a marketing strategy is one of the important things that must be done by a business agent to maintain the sustainability of a business in a fierce business competition environment. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has lasted from 2020 until now, had a significant impact on the sustainability of business type. Coffee on the bus Yogya, one of the business agents that get the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, endemic is trying to survive and maintain the business. Coffee on the bus offers a new concept of enjoying coffee while enjoying the view of the city of Yogyakarta through a predetermined time and several routes. This marketing strategy was chosen as one of the business strategies to keep running the business activities. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of descriptive qualitative research is to know, describe, and reveal the conditions related to the marketing strategy that has been done by the company. The data collection method used is an interview, observation, and documents related to the research. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, they are reduction, display, and verification/drawing conclusion. The results show that Coffee on the bus Yogyakarta in running its business uses marketing strategies related to the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. Abstract

Sebagian besar perempuan menganggap kehamilan sebagai sumber kegembiraan, kepuasan, kedewasaan, realisasi diri, dan kebahagiaan, namun disisi lainnya banyak perempuan mengalami kecemasan. Dewasa ini, yoga menjadi olahraga populer di seluruh dunia. Yoga merupakan suatu olahraga yang memadukan postur tubuh, pengaturan napas, dan dan meditasi dikaitkan dengan perkembangan kesehatan dan kesadaran tubuh. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk melakukan edukasi mengenai kecemasan kehamilan trimester kedua dan ketiga serta mengatasi masalah yang dialami dengan senam yoga melalui kelas hamil. Metode yang digunakan berupa edukasi kecemasan melalui kelas hamil.  Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan 93,3% ibu hamil mengatakan kecemasannya berkurang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa yoga dapat menjadi media yang efektif untuk dapat mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Seyogyanya tenaga Kesehatan harus lebih sadar dengan kecemasan ibu dan melakukan intervensi yang tepat. Kata Kunci: Kehamilan; Yoga; Kecemasan

Abstract

Bibir merupakan bagian dari kulit yang sangat tipis lapisannya jika dibandingkan dengan kulit wajah lainnya. Pengaruh adanya makanan dan minuman, radiasi UV dapat menyebabkan bibir kering, pecah-pecah, maupun kerutan pada bibir. Ketika bibir kering atau pecah-pecah, orang akan cenderung membasahi bibir dengan ludah untuk mengembalikan kelembaban bibir. Hal ini dapat memperparah kondisi karena saliva mengandung enzim pencernaan yang mengganggu lapisan pelindung bibir. Oleh karena itu, bibir harus dilembabkan dan dilindungi dengan penggunaan produk seperti lipbalm ketika keadaan tersebut muncul. Lipbalm termasuk kosmetik yang sering tertelan saat digunakan sehingga penting bagi para produsen dan konsumen/masyarakat untuk memperhatikan bahan-bahan penyusun di dalamnya. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat agar mampu memahami pentingnya kesehatan kulit bibir, mampu membuat lipbalm sederhana dengan komposisi bahan yang aman dan agar masyarakat bisa lebih pintar dalam memilih sediaan lipbalm yang sesuai dengan kondisi kulit. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti 15 peserta dan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka. Tahap kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari pengerjaan pretest, penyampaian materi, praktek pembuatan lipbalm, pengerjaan posttest dan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pretest dan posttest, peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terkait manfaat lipbalm, dan bahan penyusun lipbalm. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kesehatan kulit khususnya area bibir, dan mampu membuat lipbalm sederhana dengan komposisi bahan yang aman.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of financial compensation, external motivation and discipline on employee performance at CV. Alif Media Informatics. The analysis technique uses statistical tests through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests with SPSS version 16.0 tools. Sampling technique saturated sample, with the number of respondents 32 people. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from the multiple linear regression equation Y = -2.606 + 0.421X1 + 0.534X2 + 0.292X3. The results of the analysis carried out, the results of the study show that the financial compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the external motivational variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the disciplinary variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the results of financial compensation, external motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the value of R2 = 0.917 or 91.7%.

Abstract

Human resource performance is the relationship between output (goods or services) and input (labor, materials, money). Many things affect employee performance including motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction. Agung Mandiri Tulungagung Convection is a company in the garment sector that was established in 1998. Employee performance at Agung Mandiri Convection is based on the number of units/machines, besides that the presence of employees every day according to working hours. However, employee obedience to Agung Mandiri Convection was lacking, resulting in production delays. At the Agung Mandiri Convection there is a lack of discipline from employees towards the company in improving employee performance, as well as a lack of motivation, employee commitment, and compensation in the form of salaries and wages that do not match what employees expect. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of work discipline, intrinsic motivation, commitment to financial compensation on the performance of employees of the Agung Mandiri convection company. This research is included in quantitative research and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling strategy, with a total of 35 employees participating. Sources of data in this study were primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data obtained through literature studies. The measurement scale used for each variable in this study is the Likert scale. The results of tests carried out using the simulatan test of work discipline, intrinsic motivation, commitment and financial compensation have an effect of 82.6% on employee performance. The results of this study simultaneously work discipline, intrinsic motivation, commitment and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Agung Mandiri convection employees.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Bhirawa Mitra Sentosa Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Bhirawa Mitra Sentosa Sidoarjo. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 53 employees. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. There is an effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance the effect of job rotation, promotion, physical work environment on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of the research was KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri employees which are as many as 45 respondents. This study uses the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability first. The data analysis technique of this study uses the classical assumption test, as well as multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the variables of job rotation, promotion, and physical work environment had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri employees. In this study, the promotion variable has a dominant influence on employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of the physical work environment, supervision and employee work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Persada Nawa Kartika Kertosono Nganjuk Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population is 47 employees. The sampling technique used saturated samples, the number of samples in the study was 36 permanent employees. Research results (1) The level of significance of the Sig value. 0.069 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.881 < 2.032) means that the physical work environment does not have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Sig value. 0.295 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.064 < 2.032) means that supervision has no partial and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Sig. 0.017 < 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (2.529 > 2.032) means that work discipline has a partial and significant influence on employee performance. (4) It is concluded that Sig.F 0.000 is greater than 0.05. It was concluded that physical work environment variables, supervision and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) The results of the multiple linear analysis test are as follows: Y = 4.128 + 0.202X1 + 0.211X2 + 0.451X3

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication, conflict and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 Sekar Ayu Kediri employees and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity , Linearity), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, Then in the reliability test, it is known that the Cronbach Alpha value is > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question are declared reliable. In the t test it is known that all items have a positive value and <0.05 so that all items (Communication, Conflict, Work Discipline) have a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the F test it is known that the value of Sig. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 so that all items are declared to have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The final test, namely the R2 Coefficient of Determination Test, shows a result of 95.2%, which means that the variables of communication, conflict and work discipline can really influence employee performance and with this result it can be said that this research is successful because it has an Rsquare value > 50%.
