Abstract

The Regular PMM KKN Program Period II in Bukian Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency, Bali, is a form of implementation of the tridharma of higher education through community service based on village potential and problems. Activities carried out by Warmadewa University students include strengthening community capacity in the fields of health (optimization of intergenerational posyandu, integrated health checks, stunting prevention), education (children's financial literacy, bullying prevention, local culture-based pasraman kilat), economy (empowerment of MSMEs through promotional media, development of the Magenda Park tourist village), and environment (making trash sepit, managing organic waste into compost and community service in Magenda Park). Each program is designed in line with the SDGs targets, is promotive and preventive oriented, and is implemented with a participatory approach through the involvement of village officials, posyandu cadres, schools, and the local community. The results of the activities show an increase in collective awareness in health management, strengthening cultural identity, economic literacy, and community participation in protecting the environment. These findings indicate that the success of the KKN program lies not only in the achievement of short-term activities, but also in strengthening the capacity of the community to transform towards independent, competitive, and sustainable village development.

Abstract

The Swandya Prapen knife craftsmen group in Sukawati Village plays a significant role in the local home industry sector but faces challenges in marketing, occupational safety, and productivity. This community service program aimed to empower the craftsmen group by implementing digital marketing strategies, providing occupational health and safety (OHS) training, and utilizing a participatory approach to enhance their productivity. Activities included hands-on training, technical guidance, and collaborative evaluation based on the group’s specific needs. The program successfully increased the craftsmen’s ability to promote their knives through digital platforms, improved workplace safety practices, and fostered stronger teamwork within the group. As a result, the productivity and market competitiveness of the Swandya Prapen knife craftsmen improved significantly. In addition, the artisans became more aware of the importance of adopting personal protective equipment and maintaining a safe workspace to sustain their long-term health and performance. The participatory approach also encouraged more active involvement of members in decision-making, strengthening ownership and commitment to shared goals. This initiative highlights the effectiveness of combining digital tools, safety measures, and participatory methods in advancing the sustainability and growth of traditional knife-making communities while simultaneously preserving cultural heritage and empowering local economies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of price fairness as a mediating variable in the relationship between product quality, service quality, and repurchase intention among Honda car customers in Bali. The intense competition in the automotive industry in Bali requires companies to focus not only on product and service quality but also on effective pricing strategies to retain customers. Despite its importance, research on the role of price fairness as a mediator in this context is still limited. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 160 respondents who are Honda car customers in Bali, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that product quality does not have a significant direct effect on repurchase intention, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Furthermore, the findings confirm that price fairness significantly mediates the relationship between product quality and repurchase intention, as well as the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention. The output of this research is expected to provide strategic recommendations for Honda dealers in increasing customer retention through a better understanding of the role of price fairness.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are increasingly popular in Indonesia and involve mothers, adults, and students. In Cepik Village, Tabanan-Bali, MSMEs sell attic chips, a crunchy and savory snack. The stages of program implementation are as follows :(1) Socialization regarding the importance of attractive and hygienic packaging; (2) Socialization of digital marketing strategies and assistance in creating social media for partner businesses; (3) Socialization of the creation of digital financial reports and training in creating digital financial reports in excel format. Loft chips are fried foods from grated cassava seasoned with salt, garlic, coriander, galangal, and typical fillers such as peanuts or soybeans. This MSME is a typical complementary food to rice in the village. Warmadewa University has the potential to contribute to preserving and developing attic chips MSMEs in Cepik Village by providing facilities, attractive packaging, digital marketing, and training in making digital financial reports. These MSMEs face a lack of understanding of packaging, digital marketing, and digital financial reports.
