Abstract

Module limitation is one of the problems that affect the achievement of learning. The existing teaching materials are still challenging to understand. Teaching materials that can help students learn actively and independently are modules. This study aims to develop, test the feasibility of teaching materials in the form of modules, and know the student's response to developing mathematics materials based on creativity. This type of research is research development. The development procedure steps are potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product testing, product revision, and trial usage. Research subjects were material experts, media experts, and student response in SMP Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Pleret and Junior High School (SMP), Muhammadiyah Sanden. This research object is the subject matter of Mathematics Material of Set for VII Student Based on Creativity. Data collection techniques in this study are by using questionnaires. The results showed that the average material scores 80,33 were excellent; the average media scores 85,33 with the excellent category and the average student response rating of 73,33 with the excellent category. Based on these calculations' results, the mathematical material in the form of modules developed feasible to use in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Teacher Research Analysis Using the Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje Method (VIKOR). The process of analysis in teacher assessment can produce good teaching so that students can understand the lesson optimally. With a professional teacher who can create Human Resources (HR) who are experts. Therefore, teacher assessment plays an important role in producing human resources who are experts in their fields. But there are still many teacher assessments that are still manual, thus making the process long and inefficient. The entry of technology into various fields, especially education, can make the teacher assessment process more efficient and systematic. To facilitate the assessment of teachers can use a Decision Support System (SPK). With SPK, making weighting with complex and difficult criteria easier. There are many SPK methods to facilitate teacher assessment, in this case the author uses the SPK method is Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR). This method can facilitate the ranking of alternative professional teachers. So as to produce a decision support system to determine teacher achievement.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan proses yang akan dialami sebelum calon ibu melahirkan, dan proses kehamilan juga ada yang normal dan ada yang mengalami gangguan. Sebaiknya calon ibu memeriksakan dini kehamilanya agar tidak ada penyakit yang ada saat proses kehamilan. Salah satu masalah kesehatan adanya terkena penyakit yang dapat menyerang ibu hamil. Salah satu penyakit ibu hamil adalah Preekslamsia. Preeklamsia adalah penyakit yang bisa dihadapi ibu hamil dan merupakan penyakit yang merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan kesakitan pada ibu hamil, baik saat hamil maupun saat melahirkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memiliki sistem yang dapat memberikan arahan pengobatan berdasarkan hasil deteksi dini dan edukasi tentang cara pencegahannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Certainty Factor dengan menggunakan 7 gejala. Hasil penelitian berjalan sesuai dengan baik berdasarkan fakta  dari pakar. Hasil dari perhitungan adalah 96,35 % bahwa user mengalami gejala penyakit Preeklamsia dan harus dapat tindakan yang serius dari Dokter. Sistem yang dihasilkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python sudah sangat baik dan sesuai dalam mendiagnosa penyakit Preekslamsia pada ibu hamil

Abstract

Salah satu penyakit yang sangat ditakuti adalah kanker payudara, kanker payudara termasuk penyakit yang mematikan pada Wanita. Kanker payudara dikelompokkan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu ganas dan jinak. Dalam pengelompokkan jenis ini dibutuhkan metode yang cepat agar dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Machine learning adalah bagian dari bidang kecerdasan buatan yang berfokus pada penerapan algoritma dan metode khusus untuk prediksi, pengenalan pola, dan klasifikasi. Sehingga Machine learning dapat membantu dalam mengelompokkan jenis kanker payudara. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 algoritma yaitu neural network, decision tree, naïve bayes, k-nearest neighbor, logistic regresion, random forest, dan support vector machines dalam mengelompokkan jenis kanker payudara. Dengan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner didapat bahwa nilai akurasi dari algoritma logistic regresion, decision tree, naïve bayes dan k-nearest neighbor memiliki nilai akurasi yang sama tinggi yaitu sebesar 95,00%. Sehingga algoritma logistic regresion, decision tree, naïve bayes dan k-nearest neighbor mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dalam memprediksi dalam klasifikasi penentuan jenis kanker payudara.

Abstract

Anesthesia is a very important step in surgery. Research on the fulfillment of the ideal criteria for anesthetic techniques continues. These inhalation anesthetics require slow induction times, are complex and expensive devices and cannot be performed if veterinary surgery is performed in the field. In this study, the technique used was anesthesia through gravimetric infusion. The purpose of this study was to monitor the dose of gravimetric infusion anesthesia using a load cell. The load cell sensor will send data to the NodeMCU to display the anesthetic dose that has been entered on the smartphone. The results of the gravimetric infusion anesthetic dose monitoring system produced a very small error of 0.004%. The error in reading the anesthetic dose is very important because the main factor of this gravimetric infusion anesthetic is the right dose to meet the criteria for ideal anesthesia.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a disease that causes the joints in the bones to become weaker and less able to function properly. Osteoarthritis can cause pain, stiffness, and even deformity in the joints. The solution to the problem of diagnosing Osteoarthritis is to use a tool, namely a system (expert system) that uses computer technology to make decisions more easily, effectively and efficiently. This study uses the Certainty Factor method in diagnosing osteoarthritis and uses 8 symptoms, namely, pain in the joints, joints feel stiff, clicks or cracks appear when the joints are bent or moved, joints lose their flexibility properties, joints feel softer when pressure is applied, spurs appear bones around the joints, namely hard and sharp bony protrusions, swelling around the joints, and muscles around the joints. The conclusions from the calculations and program implementation, the application of the certainty factor in diagnosing osteoarthritis with existing test data, results in 95.38% that the patient has severe symptoms of osteoarthritis, so he must be taken to an orthopedic specialist.

Abstract

Stunting is a toddler's body condition that is short according to body length according to age (PB/U), ≤ 2 Standard Deviations (SD), with a z-score between -3 standard deviations (SD). Where checking the stunting status of toddlers takes quite a long time because it is done manually and is also prone to errors. Therefore, it is hoped that a system can classify toddler examination data quickly and accurately to predict children's stunting status. Building a system that uses an algorithm to classify the stunting status of toddlers usingdecision tree, naïve bayes, andSVM. With what level of accuracy is the best of the 3 algorithms? Results from testing with 30% testing data and 70% training data using an algorithmdecision tree, naïve bayes, and SVM. Accuracy level test resultsdecision tree by 99%,naïve bayes of 48%, and SVM of 95%. So, the algorithm with the highest level of accuracy isdecision tree amounts to 99%. Wallet hiredecision tree better for detecting stunting in toddlers

Abstract

ABSTRAKKesehatan mental merupakan keadaan prima pada mental seseorang, sehingga dapat melaukan kegiatan produktif dalam bekerja dan mampu memberikan manfaat lingkungan keluarga serta masyarakat. Namun kondisi mental sering kali tidak stabil terutama Kesehatan mental yang terjadi pada ibu hamil dan pasca melahirkan. Prevalensi gangguan mental emosional Kalimantan Utara di atas rata rata nasional memerlukan kerjasama dengan dengan berbagai pihak dalam menurunkannya, dalam hal ini tim bermitra dengan pengurus cabang Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (IBI) kabupaten Malinau, sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan. dengan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk melakukan deteksi dini dan peningkatan kompetensi bidan dalam pencegahan, di harapkan dapat menurunkan prevalensi gangguan mental emosional di Kalimantan Utara.Secara garis besar program berfokus pada penanggulangan Kesehatan mental melalui peluncuran inovasi IPTEKS dalam aplikasi yang diberi nama ’MELON PINTAR’ Mental Health Online dengan Penerapan dan Implementasi Kebidanan Komplementer. MELON PINTAR dirancang untuk membantu ibu hamil dan nifas dalam menjaga Kesehatan mental mereka. Dengan program MELON PINTER di harapkan dapat menurunkan prevalensi ganggguan jiwa pada Ibu, di mana dengan program ini akan memanfaatkan tehnologi untuk deteksi dini/ skrining gangguan jiwa, selain itu itu juga dengan program MELON PNTER membantu meningkatkan kompetensi bidan dalam pencegahan gangguan mental dengan mengimplentasikan kebidanan komplementer. Kata Kunci: kesehatan mental, komplementer, hamil, nifas, aplikasi ABSTRACTMental health is a prime state of a person's mentality, so that they can carry out productive activities at work and are able to provide benefits to the family environment and society. However, mental conditions are often unstable, especially mental health that occurs in pregnant and postpartum women. The prevalence of emotional mental disorders in North Kalimantan above the national average requires cooperation with various parties to reduce it, in this case the team partnered with the Malinau Regency Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI) branch management, as the spearhead of health services. with the use of technology to carry out early detection and improve the competence of midwives in prevention, it is hoped that it can reduce the prevalence of emotional mental disorders in North Kalimantan. In general, the program focuses on overcoming mental health through the launch of IPTEKS innovations in an application called 'MELON PINTAR' Mental Health Online with the Application and Implementation of Complementary Midwifery. MELON PINTAR is designed to help pregnant and postpartum women maintain their mental health. With the MELON PINTER program, it is hoped that the prevalence of mental disorders in mothers can be reduced, where this program will utilize technology for early detection/screening of mental disorders, in addition, the MELON PINTER program will help improve the competence of midwives in preventing mental disorders by implementing complementary midwifery. Keywords: mental health, complementary, pregnancy, postpartum, application
