Abstract

Al-Qardh financing is one proof of the development of Islamic finance. One of these financing efforts is for the welfare of the community by providing assistance without compensation. This financing is not aimed at getting financial benefits but at expecting the blessing of Allah SWT. This research was held at KSPPS Makmur Gemilang Sejahtera Magelang. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. Through this discussion, the researcher will describe the data that has been obtained through the results of observations, interviews or documentation that will be analyzed using the DSNMUI fatwa. The results showed that in the application of qardh financing carried out at KSPSS customers who want to finance there is an additional fee of 2.5% on each principal amount of financing for infaq / alms agreed upon at the beginning of the agreement agreement. So the implementation process is not completely perfect with the fatwa, because the 5th point "Al-Qardh customers can provide additional (voluntary donations to LKS as long as they are not promised in the contract)". According to the DSN-MUI fatwa, donations cannot be promised in the contract, even if it is infaq/almsgiving, because the addition can be categorized as Riba

Abstract

The finance of House Ownership Loan (locally abbreviated as KPR or Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) is a finance product in Muamalat Bank of Branch Office Surakarta using a contract of murobahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah. In its implementation, there is a difference in characteristic between two contracts. The contract of murobahah is only designed for the customers proposing the finance of house construction or renovation. Meanwhile, the contract of musyarakah mutanaqisah is designed for the customers proposing the finance of the finished house. This is a field research using the analytical-evaluative qualitative method. The researcher here attempted to make a clarification between the concept and the implementation. The result of the research showed that not all clause of the practice of KPR finance either with the contract of murobahah or with musyarakah mutanaqisah has been in accordance with the fatwa DSN-MUI. The contract of murobahah practiced was murobahah represented not with pure murobahah. This then has triggered the element of riba (excessive interest) in the transaction. Meanwhile in the contract of musyarakah mutanaqisah the bank does not divide the portion of hishshah into the units of hishshah ((taj’ziatul hishshah) share capital. In fact, the clause is the characteristic in the finance of musyarakah mutanaqisah that must be appeared as the distinguishing with other contract. Abstrak Pembiayaan Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (secara lokal disingkat KPR atau Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) adalah produk pembiayaan di Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Surakarta dengan akad murobahah dan musyarakah mutanaqisah. Dalam implementasinya terdapat perbedaan karakteristik antara kedua kontrak tersebut. Akad murobahah hanya diperuntukkan bagi nasabah yang mengajukan pembiayaan pembangunan atau renovasi rumah. Sedangkan akad musyarakah mutanaqisah diperuntukkan bagi nasabah yang mengajukan pembiayaan rumah jadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif analitik-evaluatif. Peneliti disini mencoba untuk membuat klarifikasi antara konsep dan implementasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua klausul praktik keuangan KPR baik dengan akad murobahah maupun musyarakah mutanaqisah telah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN-MUI. Akad murobahah yang dipraktikkan adalah murobahah yang direpresentasikan bukan dengan murobahah murni. Hal inilah yang kemudian memicu unsur riba (bunga berlebih) dalam transaksi tersebut. Sedangkan dalam akad musyarakah mutanaqisah bank tidak membagi porsi hishshah menjadi unit modal saham hishshah ((taj'ziatul hishshah). Padahal klausul tersebut merupakan ciri dalam pembiayaan musyarakah mutanaqisah yang harus dimunculkan sebagai yang membedakan dengan kontrak lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran online berbasis syariah dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk Rabbani. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fenomena pemasaran produk Rabbani di media sosial atau platform daring. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mendalami strategi pemasaran online syariah yang diterapkan untuk mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk Rabbani. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada peran toko Rabbani dalam memanfaatkan strategi syariah, yang mencakup prinsip Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiah, Al-Waqiyah, dan Insaniyah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran online syariah yang diterapkan pada produk Rabbani telah selaras dengan konsep pemasaran Islami, mencakup aspek produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi, serta memadukan karakteristik pemasaran Islami, yaitu Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiah, Al-Waqiyah, dan Insaniyah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose – Competition in the retail industry can be seen from various angles. This competition can be observed between contemporary and conventional traders. In business competition in the retail business, it must also comply with sharia provisions, especially on the halal side, because many of the people in the Ponorogo area are Muslims and are famous as a city of students, therefore the business operations of Indomaret Retail and Surya Mart Supermarket in Ponorogo as well as a review in halal retail business compliance. Methods – The method used is qualitative with collection techniques used, including observation, in-depth non-structural interviews, and documentation. Findings – The results of this study illustrate comparatively, on the business competition of Indomaret Fresh Ponorogo and Surya Mart. Indomaret Fresh Ponorogo emphasizes coordination between branches related to product determination with a focus on direct and online promotion, while emphasizing price transparency to build consumer confidence. Meanwhile, Surya Mart affirms its commitment to Islamic values by rejecting non-halal products, emphasizing honesty and competitive prices, and affirming fairness in price determination based on sharia values. Originality – Although their approaches are different, both aim to build consumer trust by the company values they set, so that Surya Mart not only optimizes the value of the company, but they are more compliant with sharia values, especially in halal business complianceKeywords: Retail, Business Competition, Halal Business Compliance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the fundraising strategy implemented by Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Ponorogo in the period 2020–2022 in order to improve zakat management. In the context of Islam, zakat is a main pillar that plays an important role in economic development and poverty alleviation. BMH Ponorogo as a zakat management institution implements various strategies, both offline and online, to optimize zakat fund collection. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, supported by quantitative data from financial reports, in-depth interviews, and surveys of donors and beneficiaries. The results of the study show that the digital fundraising strategy through social media, collaboration with companies, and the implementation of social programs have significantly increased the number of muzaki and zakat receipts, especially in 2022 after experiencing a decline in the previous year. Despite challenges such as low public understanding and high competition between zakat institutions, the effectiveness of BMH's fundraising strategy is considered quite high, marked by the achievement of revenue targets that always exceed expectations. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation, transparency, and integrity in zakat management to maintain public trust and participation.

Abstract

Abstract: Currently, Indonesia's economic development is considered lacking because there is little public interest in starting a business. As evidenced by comparative data on the entrepreneurial population in 7 ASEAN countries, Indonesia is in the second lowest level after Myanmar. For this reason, creating active and creative entrepreneurs needs to start from the level of interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneur-based school alumni have added trustworthiness to increase the criteria for people who are interested in entrepreneurship. This can also be obtained from Islamic boarding school alumni who provide entrepreneurial knowledge and various entrepreneurial practices. Apart from entrepreneurial knowledge, another thing that can play a strong role in influencing the desire to become an entrepreneur is an independent attitude. So, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and independent attitudes on the entrepreneurial interest of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor alumni. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 130 alumni selected. The data processing and analysis technique uses Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research say that the test results between entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial interest have a path coefficient value of 0.386, which means the number is close to +1, thus illustrating the relationship produced by the exogenous variable (entrepreneurial knowledge) and the endogenous variable (entrepreneurial interest) is a positive relationship. And it has a T-Statistic value of 2.221 (1.96) so it is said to be significant for interest in entrepreneurship. And the test results between independent attitude and interest in entrepreneurship have a path coefficient value of 0.145, which means the number is close to +1 so that it illustrates the relationship produced by the exogenous variable (independent attitude) with the endogenous variable (interest in entrepreneurship) is a positive relationship. However, it has a T-Statistic value of only 1.415 (1.96) so it is said that it is not significant for interest in entrepreneurshipKeywords: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Independent Attitudes, and Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Pada Dasarnya transaksi jual beli dalam penentuan akadnya, pihak yang bertransaksi memiliki hak untuk meneruskan atau membatalkan sebuah akad. Sebuah solusi dalam Islam, menawarkan adanya hak khiyar. Khiyar diperlukan dalam sebuah transaksi untuk menjaga kepentingan, kemaslahatan dan kerelaan kedua belah pihak serta melindungi dari bahaya yang mungkin menimbulkan kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Konsep Khiyar dalam Transaksi Ba’i Salam. Adapun Penelitian ini bercorak kepustakaan karena semua sumber datanya berasal dari sumber-sumber tertulis yang berkaitan langsung atau tidak langsung dengan materi yang dikaji. Data Penelitian diperoleh dengan beberapa literature yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diangkat kemudian rnengkaji serta menelaah data-data yang ada. Kesimpulan yang didapat, bahwa menurut fiqih muamalah, konsep khiyar yang bisa diterapkan dalam praktik ba’i salam adalah konsep khiyar aib saja. konsep khiyar aib terjadi jika ada cacat yang barang baru diketahui oleh pembeli setelah akad dilakukan dan sebelum serah terima. Dan aib atau cacat pada barang yang dipesan ini masih ada sampai terjadinya pembatalan akad. Sedangkan untuk khiyar syarat dan ru’yah sebenarnya dalam ba’i salam tidak perlu, karena menurut fiqih muamalah jika pemesanan memiliki hak khiyar, maka barang akan menjadi tanggungan penjual, begitu seterusnya, cukup hanya menyebutkan spesifikasi barang untuk keabsahan akad salam. Namun, untuk khiyar aib tetap diperbolehkan, karena karena khiyar aib tidak mencegah kesempurnaan serah terima barang.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab bagi anak usia dini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal pengenalan kosakata. Metode pembelajaran yang konvensional serta keterbatasan media interaktif menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman anak. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengusulkan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis flashcard sebagai pendekatan inovatif. Flashcard dapat membantu anak mengenali dan menghafal kosakata bahasa Arab secara lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan melalui berbagai aktivitas seperti permainan dan latihan berulang. Program ini dilaksanakan di TK Plus Wahidiyah di Dadapan Kendal Ngawi dan mencakup beberapa tahapan utama, yaitu penyusunan materi pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan di kelas dan luar ruangan, serta evaluasi melalui umpan balik dari guru dan orang tua. Melalui beberapa tahapan tersebut, maka tersusunlah luaran berupa media pembelajaran flashcard, buku panduan berupa teknik penggunaan flashcard dalam mengajarkan kosakata bahasa Arab serta poster edukatif tentang pentingnya pengenalan bahasa Arab sejak dini. Adapun hasil dari implementasi program ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan flashcard dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di TK Plus Wahidiyah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat siswa, serta memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Non-performing financing, namely high Non-Performing Financing is certainly an important problem for Islamic banking, as well as in the Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil KJKS (Islamic Financial Services Cooperative). From the landing side, until now the only financing product at BMT La Tansa Ponorogo is Murabahah. From the system in murabahah itself, it uses the principle of musawamah. The process of negotiating (bargaining) on goods and prices is carried out between the BMT La Tansa Ponorogo and candidate of financing customers. In its journey, BMT La Tansa experienced a problem, namely the non-performing financing ratio which was still high. The methods used in collecting this data are observation, interviews, and documentation.This research is a field research which then analyzed using the DSN-MUI fatwa. The results obtained, that in the settlement of problematic murabahah financing, BMT La Tansa Ponorogo has several stages. Provide warning letters (SP) up to 3 times, confiscation of collateral, rescheduling. Where used in this sanction is mandatory infaq, which is the mandatory infaq amount of Rp. 1,000, - per day (during the late period) and it is already there and written at the beginning of the contract (agreement). While, in terms of ta'wid, BMT La Tansa does not apply ta'wid on non-performing financing made by customers. However, if it is at the final stage that you cannot fulfill the installment obligation, then the purchased item (collateral) is sold to cover the customer's shortage of installments.
