Abstract

Comprehensive guidance and counseling services (CGCS) was a complete framework in implementation ofguidance and counseling in school which was able to facilitate the students in facing the requirement of AsianEconomy Community (AEC). The readiness of the college students to implement CGCS need to bemeasured, as the preliminary research to see whether the students of FKIP UNS already had the knowledgeand skills to implement CGCS. This thing is important, because all this time college students who near tograduate still using the guidance and counseling curriculum focused on clinical, so that it was required ‘needassessment’ to arrange fine tuning workshop in order to be able to implement CGCS. The result ofidentification of the college students’ readiness perception profile to arrange and implement CGCS programthat systematic was 83%. The perception of college students’ readiness to arrange the program focused on thestudents’ development was 92%. The perception of college students’ readiness to actively carry out thecollaboration and consultation with all the school staffs was 62%. The perception of college students’readiness to create school environment which support the development of students was 68%. From those datawe can see, for the arrangement activity of systematic guidance and counseling program and focused on thestudents’ development, the college students already had high level of readiness. That was considered as highscore, because in the lesson of candidates of guidance and counseling education in the FKIP UNS studyprogram already facilitated with subjects about preparation program. However the perception of readiness toimplement collaboration and consultation with all the school staffs and the readiness to create schoolenvironment which support the students’ development still low.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve students? self-efficacy through the module of psychodrama technique. This study used research and development approach. Based on the results of preliminary research which the field study and literature study, the researcher developed a product in the form of a module implementation of psychodrama technique to improve students? self-efficacy. The products, which have been produced were rationally tested by experts and practitioners. The results of the assessment which was done by experts and practitioners claimed that the product was categorized good and eligible for use, with an average value of 87.7%. Products that have been declared eligible for use next tested its effectiveness.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri peserta didik melalui modul implementasi teknik psikodrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Dalam pengujian efektivitas modul implementasi teknik psikodrama menggunakan pola eksperimen randomized control-group pretest-posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan dikembangkan sebuah produk berupa modul teknik psikodrama untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri peserta didik. Produk yang telah dihasilkan tersebut diuji secara rasional oleh ahli dan praktisi. Hasil penilaian dari ahli dan praktisi menyatakan bahwa produk dalam kategori baik atau layak untuk digunakan, dengan nilai rata-rata 87,7%. Produk yang telah dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan selanjutnya diuji keefektifannya. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah mendapat perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul implementasi teknik psikodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri peserta didik.

Abstract

Efikasi diri adalah keyakinan akan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengontrol fungsi diri dan lingkungannya. Efikasi diri yang tinggi membantu siswa dalam mempercayai kemampuan dirinya, serta akan lebih mudah menerima dan memahami pembelajaran yang telah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik atau pendekatan dalam konseling kelompok yang digunakan, keefektifan teknik atau pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa, serta keefektifan layanan konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa SMA/SMK. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, meninjau dan mengevaluasi semua temuan penelitian yang relevan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data atau artikel, dapat diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling banyak mempengaruhi efikasi diri adalah pengalaman masa lalu. Selain itu, beberapa pertanyaan terkait penelitian dapat terjawab dimana terdapat banyak jenis teknik dan pendekatan dalam konseling kelompok, teknik atau pendekatan yang paling sering digunakan adalah pendekatan CBT, serta konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan pendekatan CBT efektif dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa SMA/SMK.

Abstract

Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) in dealing with students' psychological problems. The background to this research shows that there are psychological challenges faced by students, such as anxiety and depression, which can hinder their development. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of CBT in a group context and understand the factors that influence its success. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by collecting data from various academic sources to analyze findings related to CBT group counseling. The results showed that CBT group counseling significantly reduced anxiety and depression, and improved students' social skills. Peer support and a supportive school environment were shown to be important factors in the success of the intervention. The conclusions of this study confirm that the integration of therapeutic approaches with social support can produce positive changes in students' mental health, as well as provide a basis for the development of counseling programs in schools.

Abstract

Resilience is the ability of individuals to overcome challenges that occur in their lives. Individuals who participated in group counseling tended to experience improved resilience. So that they can develop their resilience when facing a problem. Group counseling also helps students in understanding themselves and the problems they are facing. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with specific relevant topic areas and research questions. The number of articles found was 22 articles with characteristics that were in accordance with the research target. The results showed that resilience with group counseling could increase due to emotional support, instrumental support, information support, and reward support. Resilience building is focused on the core stage of group counseling when conveying the problem, this awareness is the first step in the formation of counseling resilience in group counseling. Increased resilience in group counseling can not only be applied in schools, but can also be applied in the general environment, which distinguishes only the implementation environment and counseling techniques used.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pencapaian akademik siswa, khususnya pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di mana siswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan akademis dan emosional. Konseling kelompok sebagai metode intervensi telah banyak digunakan dalam lingkungan pendidikan untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMA. Penelitian ini akan membahas pengertian dan tujuan konseling kelompok, pentingnya motivasi belajar pada siswa SMA, serta tahapan-tahapan yang ada dalam proses konseling kelompok. Selain itu, penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas konseling kelompok, seperti Suasana dan lingkungan, Partisipasi anggota kelompok, peran dan persiapan konselor, dan dinamika kelompok. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka atau literature review, dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari jurnal, buku, dan penelitian sebelumnya terkait konseling kelompok. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas konseling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan cara menciptakan dukungan sosial, membangun kepercayaan diri, serta membantu siswa memahami dan mengatasi hambatan pribadi yang menghalangi proses belajar. Kesimpulan konseling kelompok terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMA. Penerapan konseling ini dapat menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam lingkungan pendidikan untuk membantu siswa mengatasi tantangan akademik dan emosional yang mereka hadapi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik dan konselor tentang pentingnya penerapan konseling kelompok sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, serta menggarisbawahi perlunya lingkungan yang mendukung untuk keberhasilan intervensi ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pihak sekolah dan konselor mengenai pentingnya penerapan konseling kelompok sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual dapat merupakan segala bentuk perilaku seksual yang tidak diinginkan baik berupa, verbal, psikologis, maupun fisik. Banyak penyintas kekerasan seksual memutuskan untuk berhenti sekolah karena kecemasan yang dialami ketika ingin mengatasi permasalahannya. Kondisi ini mendorong Guru BK di MGBK SMP Kabupaten Sragen terdorong untuk dapat membantu korban kekerasan seksual untuk dapat kembali dalam menjalani kehidupannya melalui layanan konseling yang professional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi dengan wawancara dengan MGBK SMP Kabupaten Sragen, diketahui bahwa Guru BK membutuhkan pelatihan mengenai pendekatan konseling yang tidak terlalu berfokus pada permasalahan namun lebih pada perubahan positif konseli sehingga tidak akan menimbulkan kecemasan berlebihan dan konseli mampu melanjutkan kehidupannya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan konseling SFBC pada Guru BK untuk menangani kekerasan seksual di sekolah. Tujuannya adalah Guru BK dapat memiliki keterampilan untuk melakukan konseling SFBC pada siswa penyintas kekerasan seksual. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan yang telah disebarkan mendapatkan hasil 3.52 (Tinggi). Dari hasil evaluasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan konseling SFBC untuk mengatasi kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Parenting patterns are a form of parental care for children and how parents behave in educating, guiding, disciplining and protecting children to reach the maturity process and fulfill children’s development tasks in accordance with the norms and values that apply in society. Parenting patterns are important, especially during adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthoold. The types of parenting provided by parents include authoritarian, permissive and democratic parenting. This research aims to determine the form of parenting patterns and the impact of the parenting patterns provided by parents on adolescents. This research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting 20 journal articles and analyzing the data sources from these journal articles. The result of the research that has been carried out show that the perfect form of parenting is how parents guide their children appropriately and in a balanced way, as well as adapting them to the children’s needs and conditions in order to maximize their development potential.

Abstract

Globalization changes society into a modern lifestyle. An unprepared mindset leads Indonesian society to overlook its local culture. Thus, it requires effort to foster cultural well-being in Indonesia. Cultural wellbeing in this research includes the freedom to express history, heritage, and cultural traditions within the realm of guidance and counseling. Javanese culture is featured in this research because it is a rich culture in Indonesia, possessing excellent philosophical values. This research aims to analyze the references concerning the implementation of Javanese culture-based guidance and counseling services. The Javanese method applied was a Systematic literature review based on Kitchenham with 26 references. The research findings indicated that the implementation of Javanese culture-based guidance and counseling services was urgently needed to enhance cultural well-being in Indonesia. Javanese culture-based guidance and counseling characteristics include the use of teachings poured in manuscripts and tembang macapat, which can be implemented to develop counseling, group guidance, and to improve counselor personality competence. Abstract

This research is a follow-up research and development of a comprehensive guidance and counseling curriculum in SMK in the industrial revolution’s era 4.0. The existence of manufacturing technology that has entered the trend of automation and data exchange, including cyber-physical systems, namely the internet of things (IoT), cognitive computing and digitization in various aspects of life, makes vocational education a challenge in preparing human resources who are able to contribute active according to the area of ​​expertise for the progress of the nation in the industrial revolution’s era 4.0. The development of a guidance and counseling curriculum in SMK that is responsive to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 includes the development of methods, strategies and service materials, namely in accordance with comprehensive, competency-based guidance and counseling. This curriculum will contain: the services and objectives of each domain, the formulation of class level competencies (measurable student success standards), details of activities that students and counselors must do in one unit of time. The development of this curriculum uses the research and development design of Borg and Gall which has reached the small group test stage. The small group test was carried out on 15 Vocational School Counseling Teachers throughout the Surakarta Ex-Karesidenan by selecting subjects using the random sampling method. The results of the small group test showed a indicator very good in the academic, career, and personal or social fields.
