Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan agar memahami i peranan kualitas produk, Harga dan Promosi pada keputusan pembelian prodak Garnier di Kota Malang, Metode yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Jenis riset ekspalanatory research dengan sumber data primer. Riset ini memakai kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai ialah angket. Populasi pada riset ini yaitu konsumen Garnier di Kota Malang dengan jumlah sampel 160 reponden. Teknik analisis data dalam riset ini yaitu memakai regresi linear berganda. Temuan riset menunjukan secara bersama-sama kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Garnier oleh konsumen di Kota Malang. Kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Garnier oleh konsumen di Kota Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the ways in which product reviews, brand ambassadors, and content marketing on Shopee influence users’ choice to purchase Scarlett Whitening products. A total of 112 participants were given a Google Form to fill in to collect data for this study. Purposive sampling is one of the sampling strategies, and quantitative explanatory research falls into this group. Conventional assumptions, multiple linear regression, descriptive statistics, and hypotheses are part of the data analysis methods using SPSS 22.0 software. According to recent research, brand ambassadors, product reviews, and content marketing have a positive and substantial impact on customer purchase choices (Shopee). Shopee, a component of content marketing, has a constructive and substantial impact on purchase choices. However, product reviews and brand ambassadors do not significantly influence what consumers choose to buy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence, locus of control, and human relation on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City. The study used primary quantitative data and employed a census sampling technique with a total of 55 permanent employees. Data were gathered using a Likert scale questionnaire and subsequently analyzed employing multiple linear regression techniques with IBM SPSS version 22. The results showed that, simultaneously and partially, competence, locus of control, and human relation have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Furthermore, the findings suggest that employees who possess strong competence and internal locus of control are likely to establish effective human relation, which in turn support overall performance. These outcomes suggest that strengthening these three dimensions can effectively enhance employee performance. For future studies, it is suggested to examine other variables that could potentially affect employee performance in order to develop a more comprehensive analytical framework. Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi dan transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap dunia kerja dan dunia usaha. Kondisi tersebut menuntut generasi muda, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), untuk memiliki kompetensi kebekerjaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa SMKN 2 Kota Batu mengenai kebekerjaan dan kewirausahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui pelatihan, diskusi, simulasi bisnis, dan praktik digital marketing. Materi pelatihan meliputi keterampilan kerja abad 21, mindset kewirausahaan, peluang usaha digital, dan strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya kompetensi kerja, kreativitas, inovasi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam dunia usaha. Selain itu, siswa mampu menyusun ide bisnis sederhana serta memahami penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi siswa untuk siap memasuki dunia kerja maupun menciptakan usaha mandiri berbasis digital. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini dinilai efektif dalam membangun kesiapan generasi muda menghadapi tantangan global melalui penguatan kebekerjaan dan kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci: Kebekerjaan, Kewirausahaan, Tantangan Global, Digital Entrepreneurship Abstract The advancement of globalization and digital transformation has brought significant changes to the world of work and business. These conditions require the younger generation, particularly vocational high school (SMK) students, to possess employability skills and an entrepreneurial spirit that can adapt to the changing times. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of students at SMKN 2 Kota Batu regarding employability and entrepreneurship as they face global challenges. The activity was implemented using an educational-participatory approach through training, discussions, business simulations, and digital marketing practices. The training materials covered 21st-century work skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, digital business opportunities, and social media-based marketing strategies. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in students’ understanding of the importance of work competencies, creativity, innovation, and the utilization of digital technology in the business world. Additionally, students were able to develop simple business ideas and understand the use of social media as a tool for product promotion. This community service activity had a positive impact on increasing students’ motivation to prepare for entering the workforce or creating their own digital-based businesses. Thus, this community service program is considered effective in building the readiness of the younger generation to face global challenges through the strengthening of employability and entrepreneurship.
