Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk for the period 2019-2022. The type of research used is field research by taking data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique of this research is documentation technique in the form of financial statements of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk. The data analysis technique uses financial ratio analysis. The results of this study are the financial performance of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk in 2019-2022 from the liquidity ratio seen from the company's current ratio in good condition. Quick ratio the company is in good condition. The company's cash ratio is also in good condition. The solvency ratio in 2019-2022, the company's financial performance shows good conditions. The solvency ratio on the debt to asset ratio, the company is in good condition. The company's debt to equity ratio is in good condition. The ratio of total assets to company debt is in good condition. The profitability ratio, the company's net profit margin is in good condition. The company's gross profit margin is in good condition. The company's operating profit margin is in good condition. Return on investment, the company is in good condition. The company's return on equity is in good condition. The activity ratio, the company's receivable turnover is in good condition. The company's inventory turnover is in good condition

Abstract

Knowledge of shariah compliance in the sharia banking industry is still low. Shariah compliance is a special uniqueness that exists in sharia banking. The correct knowledge of shariah compliance has an important urgency in the operations of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sharia compliance of Islamic Rural Banks in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data source of this research is secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation in the form of annual reports of all Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) which are the combined financial statements of BPRS in the Sharia Banking Statistics Report for September 2021 Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) with a total of 165 BPRS. The results show that the level of sharia compliance of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) as measured by the Maqashid Shariah Index (MSI) for a period of 10 years is still very low with an average index value of 0.32319 or 32.319%. Research findings reveal that the allocation of funds to aspects of education, research and training as well as the ratio of zakat to income is very relatively low, even information related to zakat payments until 2018 is non-existent or zero. The results of this study can be used as input for the management of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) special attention to the dimensions of which the index value is still very low

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competence and perception on fresh graduate syndrome working in sharia banking for students of the Sharia Banking Study Program at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this research show that the competency of sharia banking alumni influences fresh graduate syndrome working in sharia banking. Students need to develop various relevant competencies during the study period to minimize the impact of the syndrome of working in sharia banking. Competencies that new graduates must have include mastery of sharia banking knowledge, technical banking skills, financial analysis skills. Apart from increasing competence, forming a positive perception of the sharia banking industry also plays an important role in preparing students to face the world of work. Simultaneously, the competence and perception of Islamic banking alumni at the State Islamic University Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar influence the fresh graduate syndrome working in sharia banking. By combining competency development and forming positive perceptions, students will be ready to face the challenges of the world of work and can reduce the risk of fresh graduate syndrome and increase opportunities for career success in the sharia banking industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self service technology and service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Nagari Syariah Batusangkar Branch. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of 970 people who used the M-Banking application with a sample of 91 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self service technology and service quality simultaneously influenced customer satisfaction. Partially self service technology and service quality also affect customer satisfaction at Bank Nagari Syariah Batusangkar Branch which uses the M-Banking application. The results of this study will implement bank management to be able to improve service and quality in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Third Party Funds and Capital on the Net Profit of PT BCA Syariah for the period 2011-2020 with the Financing to Deposit Ratio as the Intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research with quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using documentation with secondary data sources in the form of quarterly financial statements of PT BCA Syariah. The data analysis technique used path analysis which was processed with SPSS 26 software. The results showed that Third Party Funds directly had a significant influence on the Net Profit of PT BCA Syariah. Likewise, capital directly has a significant effect on Net Profit. Third Party Funds and Capital indirectly through the Financing to Deposit Ratio have no effect on the Net Profit of PT BCA Syariah for the 2011-2020 period. This research can be an input for PT BCA Syariah in making policies related to increasing company profitability

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of derivative transactions in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia, Malaysia and Pakistan. The research method uses descriptive qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review. Data collection techniques using documentation. The results show that derivative transactions are permitted only for Future Trading on the Commodity Exchange at the Jakarta Futures Exchange which is regulated in fatwa DSN No. 82 of 2011. Derivative transactions are also allowed to hedging aims to mitigate risk in foreign exchange transactions, not for speculation. This view is also in line with the application in Malaysia and Pakistan that the practice of derivatives is only a hedging to minimize risk. The challenge faced in derivative transactions is the difficulty of operating sharia-compliant derivatives so that in the future it is hoped that there will be derivative innovations with sharia principles

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the company's fundamental performance is in line with stock price movements in the Capital Market. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis technique is fundamental analysis and technical analysis of PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk. The data used are financial reports and stock trading statistics obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that the fundamental performance since 2015-2019 as measured by EPS, ROE, ROE and PER showed very good growth. Meanwhile, along with the ongoing pandemic in 2020, there was a decline in fundamental performance with indicators of EPS, ROE, ROA dropping significantly. Meanwhile, in terms of technical analysis, it is in line with the company's performance. Where from 2018 to 2019 the stock price experienced an uptrend (increase) phase and PER was at 14-15x, which means the stock price was considered cheap (undervalued). Meanwhile in 2020, along with the decline in fundamental performance, the movement of BTPS stock prices experienced a downtrend phase with stock valuations being quite expensive (overvalued) at 43x.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Finance, Financing Depocit Ratio, Operating Cost of Operating Income and Inflation on the growth of Total Assets of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study is data that has been combined for all Islamic Commercial Banks from 2018-2022. The data collection technique uses documentation sourced from Islamic banking statistical reports on the OJK website and the BI website. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Financing Depocit Ratio and Operating Cost of Operating Income partially influenced the Growth of Total Assets of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. While Non-Performing Finance and Inflation partially have no effect on the Growth of Total Assets of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously there is an influence of NPF, FDR, BOPO and Inflation on the Growth of Total Assets of BUS in Indonesia. The contribution of independent variables to the growth of Total Assets is 84%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the health level of Bank Nagari Syariah using the RGEC method. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique uses ratio analysis contained in the assessment of the bank's health level using the RGEC method. The results showed that the health level of Bank Nagari Syariah in 2017-2022 was in a good rating. In 2017-2018, the Financing to Debt Ratio was in an unhealthy state. But in 2019-2022 the bank has been able to improve its performance. The Net Performing Financing ratio is in a healthy state from year to year. The profitability factor shows that the bank is able to make a profit from its operational activities. Operating Expenses to Operating Income are categorized as healthy. The Good Corporate Governance factor shows that the implementation of the bank's operational structures and processes is in accordance with the regulations set by the OJK. The Capital factor is calculated by the Capital Adequacy Ratio and is in a very healthy state. The health level of Bank Nagari Syariah is in a healthy position.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing implementation process at Bank Nagari Syariah and Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) in West Sumatra, focusing on the application of the precautionary principle. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation of eight BPRS: PT BPRS Mentari Saiyo, PT BPRS Haji Miskin, PT BPRS Carana Kiat Andalas Bukittinggi, PT BPRS Ampek Angkek Canduang, PT BPRS Almakmur Payakumbuh, PT BPRS Sungai Puar Syariah, PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok, and PT BPRS Gajah Nan Tongga Sawah Lunto. The data were analyzed thematically, focusing on the implementation of the 6C and 5C assessment methods. The findings reveal that Bank Nagari Syariah and BPRS consistently apply the precautionary principle to mitigate the risk of default. This study implies the need to strengthen risk assessment systems based on sharia principles to improve financing asset quality and enhance customer trust in sharia banking
