Abstract

The title of this study is the effect of work environment, compensation and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of village officials in the Ilir Talo sub-district of Seluma Regency. This research is based on the importance of organizational commitment in an organization. Several factors that influence organizational commitment are work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all village employees in Ilir Talo sub-district, Seluma district. The number of research samples was 90 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 2.387 + 0.175 X1 + 0.268 X2 + 0.092 X3. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Simultaneously, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational commitment.It is recommended that the village head be able to increase the organizational commitment of village officials by creating a positive work environment, improving the welfare of village officials, and increasing the job satisfaction of village officials, especially in terms of promotion.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of employee empowerment, job crafting, and work-life balance on employee engagement in the Indonesian commercial banking sector. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, data were collected through a survey of 150 commercial bank employees selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), to examine the relationship between latent variables. The research results indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant impact on employee engagement, with job crafting being the most dominant predictor, followed by employee empowerment and work-life balance. These findings confirm that employee engagement can be increased through empowerment, flexibility, and work-life balance strategies that are more adaptive to the demands of the banking sector. Practically, this research provides implications for banking management to strengthen empowerment policies, provide employees with space to design their work roles, and create a work climate that supports a balance between professional and personal demands, thereby increasing organizational involvement and performance sustainably.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer telah merubah gaya hidup masyarakat, dimana masyarakat semakin dimudahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi dan melaksanakan aktifitasnya dengan berbagai aplikasi dan gadget. Hal ini menjadi peluang dalam pengelolaan desa wisata, sehingga pengelola desa wisata mampu secara interaktif terhubung dengan wisatawan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Desa D6 Bukit Makmur Kecamatan Pinang Raya Bengkulu Utara merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi objek wisata yang bisa dikembangkan dan dipromosikan melalui multimedia.  Danau buatan / Embung merupakan potensi objek wisata yang menjanjikan dari Desa D6 Bukit Makmur, namun pengelolaannya masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan warga untuk memvb promosikan potensi desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan multi media kepada warga desa selain itu melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada perwakilan pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarakat. Kemudian disusun suatu strategi pengembangan dan promosi desa wisata menggunakan multimedia dan sosial media. Strategi tersebut antara lain pengotimalan website desa wisata dengan menggunakan search engine optimizer dan  pemanfaatan platform media sosial yang tepat. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, peserta mampu memproduksi karya multi media yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana promosi Desa D6 Bukit Makmur Kecamatan Pinang Raya Bengkulu Utara. Kata Kunci: Desa Wisata, Media Sosia, Multimedia, Promosi.

Abstract

The marketing strategy that is implemented needs to be evaluated and developed in accordance with market developments and the market environment. The marketing strategy must be able to provide a clear and detailed description of how the business will take advantage of every opportunity and combination of several market targets. This study aims to determine the influence of endorsements and review ratings on purchasing decisions at Ibu Yati Lingkar Barat Restaurant in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach based on the positivist paradigm. The quantitative approach examines a specific population or sample using data collection tools, which are then analyzed statistically to test the hypotheses that have been formulated. The sample size consists of 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of Endorsements (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Ibu Yati Restaurant in Lingkar Barat, Bengkulu. Two: There is a positive and significant influence of Rating Review (X2) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Ibu Yati Lingkar Barat Bengkulu Restaurant. Abstract

This study aims to examine efforts to improve the competitiveness of street vendors (PKL) in the Panjang Beach tourism area, Bengkulu City, using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis approach. Panjang Beach is a prime tourist destination frequented by both domestic and international tourists. However, street vendors in this area face various challenges such as limited facilities, intense competition, limited capital, and a lack of promotional skills and technology utilization. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews with six informants: four street vendors and two tourists. The analysis shows that the main strengths of street vendors are their strategic location, good product quality, and customer loyalty, while their weaknesses lie in limited capital, poor marketing knowledge, and suboptimal time management. Opportunities that can be exploited include evolving market trends and technological advances, while threats stem from intense competition, fluctuating raw material prices, and uncertain government policies. Based on the IFAS and EFAS Matrices, street vendors' strategic position is in quadrant II (diversification), with coordinates (0.65; -0.20), indicating the need to leverage internal strengths to address external threats. Abstract

This study aims to determine which factors are most dominant in influencing consumer buying interest, the study was conducted from February to April 2025. The sample of this study was Pancong Lumer Albim Products in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative method on 65 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling, the method used in this study is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form is Y = 3.731 + 1.757 (X_1) + 1.423 (X2) and the coefficient of determination R Square (R2) is obtained at 0.732 or 73.2%. The results of the study and the hypothesis in this study indicate that the variables of marketing content and endorsement have a positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchasing interest in Pancong Lumer Albim Products in Bengkulu City. Abstract

The rapid development of the business world today is evident from the increasing number of new entrepreneurs. These fast changes create uncertainty that affects company operations. In such a highly competitive business environment, entrepreneurs constantly strive to sustain their businesses and compete to achieve their expected goals. Various approaches are used to ensure that their businesses can survive amid existing competition. This study aims to develop effective online and offline marketing strategies to improve sales at PT ALCYFA FAMILY GROUP. By integrating online marketing strategies such as social media, email marketing, and websites with offline marketing strategies such as on-location promotions, partnerships with stores, and promotional events, the company can enhance its visibility, boost sales, and strengthen relationships with customers. The findings of this study provide recommendations for marketing strategies that can be implemented by PT ALCYFA FAMILY GROUP to increase its sales and reinforce its position in the market. This research is descriptive, focusing on identifying and describing online and offline marketing strategies and formulating a marketing strategy plan for PT ALCYFA FAMILY GROUP. The plan is based on the company's internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. SWOT Analysis of PT. ALCYFA FAMILY GROUP to increase sales in an effort to enhance sales performance, in accordance with its internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats.
