Abstract

This type of research is descriptive and quantitative, because this research is used to provide an objective description or description of a situation. This study aims to see the effect of market orientation on marketing performance, the effect of product innovation on marketing performance and to see the effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. This research was conducted in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all women in Naras 1 village, amounting to 593 people for the age group 25 to 59 years. The sample in this study were 59 people, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling method. This study uses hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially market orientation has no significant effect on marketing performance because the value of thit <ttab (1.303 <1.6715) and product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance because thit> ttab (8.132 > 1.6715). Meanwhile, simultaneously market orientation and product innovation have a significant effect on marketing performance because fhit> ftab (37.685> 1.6715). Based on the results of the Determination (R2) test, the contribution of the independent variables of Market Orientation (X1) and Product Innovation (X2) to Marketing Performance (Y) is 57.4%, This shows that the influence between the two variables is very strong because the greater the Rsquare number the stronger the effect between the two variables.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan Google Workspace diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik di instansi pemerintahan lokal Payakumbuh. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 peserta pegawai negeri sipil melalui tahapan ceramah interaktif, praktikum langsung, dan evaluasi berbasis kuesioner selama dua hari pada Januari 2026. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 45% menjadi 85% berdasarkan pre-post test, dengan tingkat kepuasan mencapai 92% dari skala Likert. Pelatihan ini membuktikan efektivitas Google Workspace dalam mendukung kolaborasi real-time, mengurangi waktu proses administrasi hingga 50%, dan meningkatkan responsivitas layanan kepada masyarakat. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini merancang strategi untuk optimasi Instagram Shopping dan TikTok Ads bagi 25 UMKM Payakumbuh untuk transformasi digital penjualan. Metode blended learning mencakup workshop teknis setup platform, content creation algoritma-friendly, A/B testing iklan, dan Dashboard monitoring real-time selama 3 hari pada Januari 2025. Evaluasi pre-post test mencatat peningkatan kompetensi digital 82%, sementara tracking 30 hari menunjukkan lonjakan impresi 320%, konversi 187%, dengan ROI iklan 4,2x dan total omzet tambahan Rp312,5 juta. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif mengubah paradigma penjualan konvensional menjadi omnichannel digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mengoptimalkan website informasi bantuan dan donasi pasca bencana banjir bandang Tanah Datar melalui pengembangan platform digital responsif selama 30 hari agile sprint. Fitur utama mencakup peta shelter real-time, inventori bantuan tervalidasi, payment gateway QRIS+Xendit, chatbot AI 24/7, dan dashboard koordinasi multi-stakeholder. Hasil mencatat 18.450 pengunjung unik, pengumpulan donasi Rp2,47 miliar (konversi 95%), akurasi distribusi bantuan 87%, dan kepuasan pengguna 92%. Website mempersingkat waktu koordinasi 78% dari 72 jam menjadi 8 jam rata-rata pengiriman bantuan. Platform ini menjadi blueprint skalabel untuk 514 kabupaten rawan bencana di Indonesia

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan website penjualan mandiri kepada 35 kelompok UMKM di Muara Labuh, Kabupaten Solok Selatan melalui program intensif 5 hari pada Februari 2025. Materi mencakup instalasi InstallWordPress/WooCommerce, pengelolaan katalog produk, integrasi payment gateway Midtrans Xendit, optimasi SEO, dan digital marketing terintegrasi. Hasil mencatat 100% aktivasi website, peningkatan traffic bulanan rata-rata 287%, pertumbuhan omzet penjualan 194% dari Rp89 juta menjadi Rp256 juta, kepuasan peserta 88%, dan ROAS iklan Google 3,8x. Program ini membentuk kemandirian digital berkelanjutan bagi UMKM pedesaan yang sebelumnya bergantung pada marketplace.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini melatih 45 guru SD dan SMP mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Microsoft PowerPoint guna mendukung implementasi MBKM di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Program yang dilakukan dalam 3 hari pada bulan maret 2024 mencakup animasi trigger advance, hyperlinking non-linear navigation, kuis otomatis dengan auto-scoring, elemen gamification, dan integrasi multimedia. Evaluasi pre-post test mencatat kenaikan kompetensi 107% dari 42,3% menjadi 87,6%, kepuasan peserta 93%, serta 92% guru mengaplikasikan materi di kelas dalam 30 hari pertama menjangkau 2.340 siswa dengan engagement 88%. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif mengubah paradigma pembelajaran konvensional menjadi interaktif digital yang berfokus pada siswa

Abstract

This study examines the moderating role of Maqashid Sharia in the relationship between economic growth and poverty in selected OIC countries in Asia. It focuses on three dimensions: education (Hifz al-‘Aql), health (Hifz al-Nafs), and distributive justice (Hifz al-Mal). The sample includes Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan over the period 2014–2023. Panel data were analyzed using the Random Effect Model. The findings reveal that economic growth has a negative but statistically insignificant effect on poverty, indicating that growth has not been sufficiently inclusive. Although higher growth is associated with declining poverty, the magnitude of the effect is weak and unevenly distributed among low-income groups. Education, health, and distributive justice significantly reduce poverty directly. However, these variables do not significantly strengthen the impact of growth on poverty reduction. This reflects the limited relevance of education to labor market demands, the predominantly long-term effects of health improvements, and short-term efficiency–equity trade-offs in redistribution policies. The study underscores the need to promote inclusive growth through labor-oriented education reform, strengthened health services, and optimization of zakat and waqf instruments. Limitations include the small country sample, restricted Maqashid dimensions, and limited institutional coverage.
