Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengajar anak dengan disleksia di sekolah inklusif serta dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran dan perkembangan siswa. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi, dimana penelitian ini berfokus pada pengalaman subjektif guru (5 guru) dalam mengajar anak disleksia, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti pendekatan multisensori, pembelajaran kolaboratif, serta penguatan positif dan motivasi. Strategi-strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan mengeja anak disleksia, serta mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka. Namun, guru juga menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang disleksia, kurangnya sumber daya, dan beban kerja yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, guru membutuhkan dukungan berupa pelatihan profesional, akses ke alat bantu, dan kebijakan yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengajaran yang inklusif dan mendukung sangat penting untuk keberhasilan anak disleksia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia dan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih adil dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan semua siswa.

Abstract

Sweet corn plants have good prospects for cultivation, because they have a higher selling price than ordinary corn and have a relatively short production life. To meet the increasing demand, farmers need to make efforts to improve good cultivation systems. Among them are empowering the use of organic materials. The purpose of the study was to determine the response of CMA fertilizer and varieties to sweet corn plant production. This study was conducted at the UNIVA agricultural land on Jalan Simalingkar B Medan. This study was conducted from April to July 2024. This study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of two factors, namely: Factor 1, CMA fertilizer consists of 45 levels, namely: C0 = control, C1 = Liquid fertilizer dose 5 ml / liter, W2 = Liquid fertilizer dose 10 ml / liter, W3 = Liquid fertilizer dose 15 ml / liter, W4 = CMA fertilizer dose 30 gr / plant, C2 = CMA dose 60 gr / plant, and C3 = CMA dose 60 gr / plant. Factor 2The second factor is the variety consisting of 4 levels, namely: V1 = Secada, V2 = Panglima, V3 = Sweet boy, V4 = Bonanza F1. The results of the study showed that the use of CMA fertilizer was significantly different from the gross weight of production per sample and the net weight of production per sample. The best treatment was C3 with a dose of 90 grams / plant. The use of varieties was significantly different from the gross weight of production per sample and the net weight of production per sample, the best variety was V4, namely the Bonanza F1 variety.Keywords: Sweet Corn, biofertilizer, Varieties

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with aggressive behavior in SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. The subjects in this research were student of SMA 6 Banda Aceh as many as 40 people. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments that used in this study are the scale of emotional intelligence, the scale of spiritual intelligence and the scale of aggressive behavior. Based on the results of the analysis using the statistical method of multiple linear regression analysis showed that from the two independent variables of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the dependent variable is the aggressive behavior has a significant negative relationship, as shown by (R = -0.645;  = 0.416; F = 13.183; p = 0.000). These two independent variables have effective contribution of 41.6% against the aggressive behavior. The other results in this research note that the variables of the emotional intelligence has been associated with aggressive behavior with effective contribution of 15.5% while the spiritual intelligence variables has been associated with aggressive behavior with the effective contribution of 40.9%.

Abstract

Peanut plants in Indonesia are the most important agricultural commodity after soybeans, playing a strategic role in national food security as a source of protein and vegetable oil. The type of research method used in this study employed an experimental design called the Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a 4 x 4 factorial pattern and 3 replications. The factors studied included the effect of biofertilizer CMA and NPK fertilizer. The total treatment combinations were 4 x 4 = 16 combinations. The data source in this study consisted of primary data, which is data obtained directly from the source by conducting research experiments directly in the field. Data collection techniques were through observation and direct research experiment results in the field. The results of the variance analysis showed that the use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (CMA) biofertilizer had a significant effect on plant height, number of branches, pod weight per sample plant, and pod weight per plot. Keywords: CMA fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, peanuts

Abstract

Potatoes have high nutritional value, making this plant widely cultivated in various regions in Indonesia. In Indonesia, this potato commodity has a fairly important role to be used as a material for household business industries, often also used as processed foods and made into flour and chips in large industries. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of providing liquid organic fertilizer from tomatoes and the provision of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on potato plants at the acclimatization stage. This study was conducted in the IP2TP greenhouse (Berastagi Agricultural Technology Research and Assessment Installation), in Tongkoh, Dolat Rayat District with an altitude of ± 1340 meters above sea level. The research period began in September to December 2023. The results of the study showed that the provision of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) Tomato (T) had a significant effect on tuber diameter and no significant effect on the number of tubers and tuber diameter. The best treatment was T2 (200 ml/L of organic fertilizer), and the application of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) (C) had no significant effect on tuber number and diameter, with the best treatment being C2 (10 g AMF/plant). Keywords: potato, AMF, tomato organic fertilizer
