Abstract

AbstrakEvaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Pelaksanaan Kurikulum di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahjatussibyan Alasnyiur Besuk Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana perencanaan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan evalusi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan data reduction, data display, canclutation/verification. Hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan mengenai Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Pelaksanaan Kurikulum di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahjatussibyan Alasnyiur Besuk Probolinggo, yaitu perencanaan kinerja guru perlu dilakukan sebelum melaksanakan sebuah kegiatan, Begitu juga dalam proses pembelajaran mempunyai peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan sekolah dan kualitas belajar siswa. seperti membuat perangkat pembelajaran, menyiapkan materi, menyiapkan peraga dan lain-lain.walaupun masih ada beberapa guru yang belum maksimal dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajara. pelaksanaan evalusi kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahjatussibyan Alasnyiur Besuk Probolinggo pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja guru ialah suatu upaya pengembangan guru untuk meningkatkan sikap profesional guru dalam kinerjanya, atau usaha kepala sekolah untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan mengetahui guru dalam proses belajar mengajar Sehingga dapat mencapai sesuai dengan standar target yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Kinerja Guru, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahjatussibyan AbstractEvaluation of Teacher Performance in Curriculum Implementation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahjatussibyan Alasnyiur Besuk Probolinggo. The data analysis technique was carried out by going through the stages of data reduction, data display, cancellation/verification. The results of the research that has been done regarding Teacher Performance Evaluation in Curriculum Implementation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahjatussibyan Alasnyiur Besuk Probolinggo, namely teacher performance planning needs to be done before carrying out an activity, Likewise in the learning process has an important role in achieving school goals and the quality of student learning. such as making learning tools, preparing materials, preparing demonstrations and others. Abstract

This study discusses the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving the quality of education with an approach based on student independence. The management applied includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating which aims to empower students to be independent in the learning process and life of the Islamic boarding school. The approach to student independence is considered a key factor in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools as a whole, because independence encourages responsibility, discipline, and motivation to learn in students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the interactive Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective management and the implementation of student independence can synergistically improve the quality of education, produce quality graduates in terms of both religion and academics, and be able to compete in the modern era without eliminating the values of the Islamic boarding school. Supporting factors for the success of this management include the leadership of the caretaker, the active role of teachers, and the involvement of students in managing the Islamic boarding school. Conversely, obstacles such as lack of awareness of administrators and teachers in carrying out their duties can hinder quality improvement. Therefore, the management of the quality of Islamic boarding school education needs to be formulated and implemented carefully so that the goal of improving the quality of education based on the independence of students can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

One of the goals of Islamic education is to form the personality of students who have mercy. Ahlak and one’s behavior is a reflection of the knowledge and knowledge that can be obtained, therefore with the development of time, science and technology it has become an obligation for educators and educators to always be able to apply the knowledge and knowledge that has been obtained in everyday life . Absolute education or character education, in practice is not easy to implement. Because one’s actions or actions are influenced by the mindset and the accompanying environment, therefore in the Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School educational institution Genggong Probolinggo in the learning process develops and manages how the religious culture of Satlogi Santri and 9 Budi Utama santri can always be formed in the character of students even though not the students or students who do not live in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the madrasah principal in managing the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) Program and its contribution to improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah NU Maron. The KIP Program is a government initiative aimed at expanding access to education for students from underprivileged families. In its implementation, the madrasah principal plays a crucial role in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the program. This research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and document collection. The research findings indicate that the madrasah principal functions as a manager, leader, and supervisor to ensure the KIP program is implemented effectively and according to its objectives. In addition, the madrasah principal also plays a role in increasing transparency and accountability in the management of KIP funds. Effective management of the KIP program has been shown to have positive effects on improving the quality of education, such as increased student participation, decreased dropout rates, and increased student enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, the active role and capabilities of the madrasah principal are crucial elements in optimizing the implementation of the KIP program to support improved educational quality in madrasah.
