Abstract

Transformasi digital perpajakan di Indonesia melalui e-Filing, e-Bupot, dan DJP Online memberikan peluang besar bagi UMKM untuk menekan biaya kepatuhan sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola usaha. Namun, rendahnya literasi pajak digital di kalangan UMKM, khususnya di Kabupaten Lamongan, masih menjadi hambatan serius. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam memahami dan menggunakan sistem perpajakan digital dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Program dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap: asesmen awal, pelatihan berbasis simulasi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi siklik. Data diperoleh melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan: kemampuan login DJP Online naik dari 25% menjadi 90%, penggunaan e-Filing dari 20% menjadi 85%, dan pemanfaatan e-Bupot dari 10% menjadi 70%. Secara kualitatif, peserta melaporkan berkurangnya rasa takut salah, peningkatan kepercayaan diri, serta mulai terbentuknya kebiasaan menata arsip digital. Pendekatan PAR terbukti efektif karena memberi ruang belajar berbasis praktik langsung, refleksi bersama, dan penguatan komunitas belajar. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa literasi pajak digital bukan hanya instrumen teknis, melainkan strategi pemberdayaan yang mampu menjembatani kebijakan pemerintah dengan kebutuhan riil UMKM serta mendukung kepatuhan pajak sukarela yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is aimed to reveal of how Merida’s character deal with gender stereotypes, whether she fall within the stereotypes rule or not, the writer used the theory of Sex Role Inventory by Sandra L Bem to measure Merida’s masculine and feminine traits. Next purpose is to examine the process of Merida’s gender stereotypes changes by using the theory of Feminist Identity Development by Nancy E Downing and Kristin L. Roush. This research is categorized as a qualitative research and it applied the technique of coding in analyzing data. The result of this study found out that Merida’s character did not embrace the gender stereotypes due to her dominated masculine traits character rather than feminine as contradictory to gender stereotypes. Merida's character has ten masculine traits and three feminine traits. Furthermore, the process of Merida’s stereotype changes began from revelation stage and the climax is she survived to the stage of active commitment.

Abstract

In the implementation of regional development, the active role of the community in regional planning institutions needs to be increased and coordinated with each other in order to achieve faster and more targeted development. The regional autonomy implemented aims to assist the implementation of the central government, especially in providing services to the community and implementing development programs so that there is a need for efforts to increase regional income from local revenue (PAD). One of the financial sources obtained comes from retribution. Awareness of the obligation to charge fees is often related to willingness and compliance in exercising the rights and obligations of fees in accordance with applicable regulations, especially regarding community knowledge, level of education, and the applicable system. Lamongan Regency is one of the areas with abundant resources in the form of fishery products. The Lamongan Fish Market is a form of government service to business actors in carrying out fishery product transactions. Thus, socialization regarding fees at the Lamongan Fish Market needs to be carried out in order to create awareness of mandatory fees for the sake of development progress in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

One of the roles of housewives in strengthening the economy is to open a business so that their household needs are fulfilled. However, business management that has been carried out so far is in a simple way, so efforts are needed on how to market their products so that they can survive in trade competition. The purpose of this service is to provide digital marketing training for housewives with training methods and accompanied by product photography training. Then the results that can be taken show that the potential of housewives actually has an influence on the household economy so that it is maintained. Digital marketing training for housewives in the Corner Village of Kediri is expected to help housewives who have businesses in optimizing technology and media to facilitate business in helping the economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out in Banjarejo Village, Kedungpring Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, with the aim of increasing the added value of freshwater fish through product innovation. The village’s fishery potential, which has so far only been marketed in the form of fresh fish, has resulted in low selling prices and limited community income. To address this problem, the service team applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by involving 20 village youths. The activities included socialization, training in the production of processed fish products (smoked fish, nuggets, and presto fish), training in packaging design, digital marketing, and business mentoring. The results of the program showed that participants were able to produce and package processed fish products properly. The evaluation indicated that 85% of participants could independently repeat the processing techniques. The tangible impact of this activity was an increase in the selling price of fish from IDR 15,000–18,000/kg to IDR 40,000–60,000/kg. Abstract

This community service program was conducted by Group 7 of KKN ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan in Bapuhbandung Village, Glagah District, Lamongan Regency, aiming to address environmental and public health issues through the utilization of ecobricks and the cultivation of family medicinal plants (TOGA). The main problems identified were low awareness of plastic waste management and the underutilization of home yards for medicinal plants. The program applied a participatory assistance method involving students, parents, youth, and village officials throughout the stages of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that more than 300 ecobricks were produced and assembled into an installation forming the word “BAPUHBANDUNG,” which now serves as a new village icon. In addition, medicinal plants such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass were planted around the installation area and residents’ yards. The evaluation indicated high community participation, good-quality ecobricks, and positive initial growth of TOGA. This program not only produced physical outputs but also increased community awareness of plastic waste management, family health independence, and the strengthening of village identity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in conflict management between male and female taekwondo athletes in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 112 taekwondo athletes from various regencies/cities in DIY. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured conflict management styles. The data were analyzed using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique. The hypothesis test results show a highly significant difference in conflict management with a significance value of 0.000. The findings reveal that female taekwondo athletes have higher conflict management scores compared to male athletes, with a mean score of 70.40 for females and 63.02 for males. This indicates that female taekwondo athletes possess better conflict management styles than male taekwondo athletes.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is very important to improve a person's optimal psychological functioning, good quality of life, and hope to live longer. Psychological well-being is influenced by many factors, one of which is social support because it functions as a mediator between stressors and individuals. Lack of social support for honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta can make their psychological well-being level low. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The methodology used was a quantitative method with a correlational approach. A total of 100 honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta became research subjects. The sampling technique in the study used accidental sampling. The data in the study were taken using a questionnaire and the data analysis used product-moment correlation analysis. The results of the correlation test between social support and psychological well-being showed r = 0.495 with a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.005), which means that there is a significant relationship between social support and psychological well-being in honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Village apparatus in Glagah District, Lamongan Regency, still relies on conventional administrative methods due to limited digital literacy and minimal training on emerging technologies, creating a gap between rising public service expectations and staff competency. This community service activity aimed to enhance village officials' understanding and practical skills in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support administrative tasks and public services. The program was implemented through four stages: needs assessment, socialization and training, hands-on mentoring, and evaluation with sustainability monitoring, involving 47 participants from various village positions. Results showed a significant increase in participant comprehension, with average pre-test to post-test scores rising by 43.5 points, alongside concrete outputs such as AI-assisted document drafts and a practical usage guide. Participant satisfaction toward sustainable AI adoption was notably high. This activity concludes that structured, contextual training combined with personal mentoring effectively bridges digital competency gaps and fosters a more adaptive, technology-responsive work culture among village apparatus.

Abstract

The problem of plastic waste at the community level is a crucial issue in the context ofsustainable development, particularly in areas lacking a structured waste managementsystem. This community service program aims to implement ecobricks as an appropriatetechnology that not only focuses on waste reduction but also fosters community-basedenvironmental accountability. The program was implemented through a one-monthCommunity Service Program (KKN) in August at Bapuh Bandung Glagah, using aparticipatory approach based on participatory action research. The program included localneeds-based planning, field observations, implementation of ecobrick practices, andassistance in simple recording of environmental activities. Results indicate changes incommunity behavior regarding waste management, increased utilization of plastic waste intofunctional products, and the emergence of initial awareness of the economic and ecologicalvalue of waste. The program also demonstrated that integrating technical practices with thedevelopment of value awareness can produce more sustainable impacts. The novelty of thiscommunity service program lies in the integration of appropriate technology with theestablishment of a community-based environmental accountability system. This model hashigh potential for replication to strengthen sustainable development at the local level.
