Abstract

Implementasi Bela Negara (SDGs) Mewujudkan Generasi Islami Penelitian ini memaparkan sebuah pembuktian bahwa Bangsa Indonesia telah mampu mewujudkan generasi yang baik melalui jurnal penelitian yang berjudul “Implementasi Bela Negara (SDGs) Mewujudkan Generasi Islami.” Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi bela negara SDGs dapat mewujudkan generasi Islami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari teori implementasi tujuan bela negara SDGs dalam membentuk generasi Islami kepada mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur Surabaya melalui analisis teori Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan Karakter yang Islami. Objek penelitian berupa kegiatan mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini memiliki metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitaian ini menggunakan analisis teori Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan teori Pribadi Islami. Hasil dan pembahasan berupa data kegiatan mahasiswa yang dianalisis melalui analisis teori Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan teori pribadi Islami yaitu; pertama, pribadi muslim, kedua, struktur pribadi muslim, dan ketiga, berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini menghasilkan implementasi bela negara SDGs yang terdiri dari 17 poin antara lain: tanpa kemiskinan, tanpa kelaparan, kesehatan yang baik dan kesejahteraan, pendidikan berkualitas, kesetaraan gender, air bersih dan sanitasi, energi bersih dan terjangkau, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pekerjaan yang layak, industri, inovasi, dan infrastruktur, mengurangi kesenjangan, keberlanjutan kota dan komunitas, konsumsi dan produksi bertanggung jawab, aksi terhadap iklim, kehidupan bawah laut, kehidupan darat, institusi peradilan yang kuat dan kedamaian, dan terakhir kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing, stabilitas , pangsa pasar dan ekspor teh Indonesia di pasar Global. Terdapat tren penurunan pasar teh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) ekspor teh Indonesia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Hasil analisis (RCA) ekspor teh Indonesia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021 menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata RCA adalah 1,22, yang menunjukkan keunggulan komparatif yang cukup baik. Namun, perlu dicatat bahwa pada tahun 2021, terjadi penurunan signifikan dalam nilai RCA menjadi 0,78. Penurunan ini mengindikasikan adanya kerugian komparatif dan penurunan daya saing ekspor teh Indonesia pada tahun tersebut.Penting untuk melakukan evaluasi mendalam terhadap penurunan nilai RCA pada tahun 2021 guna mengidentifikasi penyebabnya.

Abstract

Shallots are one of Ngadiboyo Village's crops that support the lives of people who work as farmers. This crop is also the leading crop of the Rejoso sub-district, including Ngadiboyo village itself. Shallots are the main ingredient in fried shallot products. The fried shallot production business centered in Ngadiboyo Village has considerable potential for growth, if accompanied by the availability of abundant ingredients, a production process supported by the availability of adequate equipment, and an appropriate marketing strategy. This production activity continues to develop by facing various obstacles, one of which is in the packaging process where the packaged fried onions release residual frying oil, requiring Appropriate Technology (TTG) in the form of a Spinner or oil drainer. So the author and KKN-T Group 68 students from the National Development University "Veteran" of East Java, designed a tool to help Ngadiboyo MSMEs drain the oil in fried onions to improve quality. This tool assembly activity requires several tools and materials that are easily available and affordable.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in an area has its own problems and challenges, namely product marketing problems. One of them is in Musir Lor Village, Rejoso sub-district, Nganjuk Regency, East Java Province, where there are a number of MSME actors who have the potential to be developed to be more productive. But knowledge Lack of understanding of business legality is the reason why MSMEs in Musir Lor Village cannot develop on a larger scale. From the results of surveys and observations at the exact location in Musir Lor Village, data were obtained that there were several MSMEs that had the potential to develop better, but had problems in terms of marketing and business legality. Almost all MSME actors do not have insight into marketing and business legality, the marketing used is still traditional, namely word of mouth. Marketing like that creates a number of problems such as capital where MSME actors experience difficulties, because they only make products if someone orders them, if there are no orders they don't make products. When they want to make a product they have to bear the cost of production first, where payment for the product is made when the product is finished. Then the issue of business legality also includes those that affect the running of the business, legality can help businesses to increase sales. Legality makes a business more credible, because a business that has legality means it is legal and has received legal protection. Then businesses that already have legality can get People's Business Credit (KUR), and can also receive training from the government.

Abstract

The problem with the current target market for traditional handicrafts is that the younger generation in Indonesia, both in cities and in regions, are less interested in the surrounding culture, besides that the limited ability of craftsmen to take advantage of technological developments is also an obstacle in expanding the target market. So that this service is carried out with the aim of solving various problems faced by the UMKM Wisanggeni Art Gallery in expanding the market and introducing culture to the wider community. Preserving culture is also included in efforts to defend the country which may rarely be considered. Each region has various types of Barong, one of which is the typical Blitar City Barongan. The characteristics of the typical Blitar Barogan can be seen from the shape, color, and motifs which describe a personality that is firm and fierce but likes to joke or play and is often nicknamed "Ngucing". The raw material for making Barongan is large and heavy wood. The method for carrying out community service activities is divided into three stages, namely introduction, implementation, and evaluation. The purpose of this service is to expand the target market for Barongan UMKM through the implementation of a digital marketing system by creating an online shopping platform in the form of a Shopee sales application and several social media accounts such as Instagram and Tiktok as a medium for expanding product information, besides that the author also provides education about creating content that attracts buyers.

Abstract

Semen Hamlet, which is located in Musir Kidul Village, is now known as Dusun Tape because the majority of their MSMEs are tape entrepreneurs. However, in every business trip, it is necessary to have business legality to get legal protection from the government. It is not surprising that MSME actors in Musir Kidul Village have minimal business legality due to the lack of knowledge regarding this matter. One of the goals of this community service activity is to solve problems with MSMEs, especially regarding business legality by making a Business Identification Number (NIB). The implementation method used is the door to door method. There are three stages in this activity, namely the MSME survey, assistance in making NIB, and submission of NIB certificates. The result of this activity is that business actors can know the importance of business legality in their MSMEs and business registration into the OSS institution. Therefore, later MSME business actors who have registered NIB will receive business protection, ease of access to business capital, assistance to develop MSMEs, and empowerment from the government.

Abstract

Kepanjen Kidul Village is one of the villages in Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City, East Java Province. One of the problems faced is the lack of awareness of MSME actors about the importance of digital marketing to advance their business. This sub-district is the city center so it must be able to show special culinary delights for tourists from outside the city so they can find out more about Blitar City. This community service activity aims to provide training in making healthy food, namely "Fried Shredded Egg Omelette" which can later be used as a new business idea for MSMEs. This activity was also supported by socialization regarding digital marketing and the use of the Canva application to support their business. The activity was held on June 13 2023 which was attended by 15 participants. The material presented in the training activities is the process of making, decorating, and also packaging the Shredded Egg Omelette. The method used is socialization and training with the aim of being able to provide knowledge to the community and continued training methods so that they can maximize the knowledge gained during the socialization. The implementation of the activity was carried out with socialization regarding digital marketing and then continued with training on making healthy food. After this activity is carried out, it is hoped that it will increase knowledge about digital marketing, use the Canva application and understand about managing healthy food, decorating and packaging a product.

Abstract

Motivasi penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi. Berdasarkan kondisi obyektif yang ditemukan pada saat pengkajian, peneliti menemukan beberapa permasalahan yaitu belum maksimalnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam menjamin pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya di bidang perekonomian sehingga perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Turi tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan rendah. Tingkat tersebut adalah kurangnya kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam melakukan penguatan masyarakat dan rendahnya kepedulian pemerintah desa terhadap keadaan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi dokumenter dan penelitian lapangan berupa observasi dan wawancara. Kendala dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi antara lain: (1) terbatasnya anggaran penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan terbatasnya pengetahuan aparat desa, (2) rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat itu sendiri yang enggan membandingkan dengan daerah lain, (3) a anggaran yang harus disediakan sebagai modal kegiatan kelompok, (4) jaringan sinyal yang terbatas sehingga pemanfaatannya kurang maksimal, (5) sulitnya media informasi dalam mengetahui perkembangan pasar. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain: (1) merancang dan menetapkan anggaran desa untuk melatih pelaku ekonomi, (2) memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat khususnya pelaku ekonomi agar dapat melakukan perbandingan dengan daerah lain sehingga pengendalian dapat menjamin kegiatannya, (3) otoritas desa meminta informasi dari badan atau badan legalitas dan segera menginformasikan kepada masyarakat tentang cara memastikan legalitas, (4) integrasi jaringan atau sinyal Internet dengan memasang jaringan berkecepatan tinggi atau sejenisnya (5) membangun hubungan baik dan berkomunikasi dengan pihak lain untuk memperoleh informasi yang diinginkan

Abstract

Village development is an important aspect in encouraging economic growth and community welfare in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze Laweyan village development efforts through superior creative MSMEs and their impact on economic growth and welfare of local communities with a research focus on mushroom farmers and bamboo woven craftsmen. The location is in Laweyan Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The method used is PAR (Participatory Action Research) and other approaches such as training and mentoring. Through the profile of superior creative MSMEs which include mushroom farmers and woven craftsmen, Laweyan Village can take advantage of its cultural riches and economic potential. Top creative MSMEs are very important for the growth of Laweyan Village. The results of this research show that the people in Laweyan Village optimize the resources and potential of the village so as to produce superior creative MSMEs which can ultimately strengthen cultural identity, improve the quality of life of the community, and attract tourists to visit this village. However, limited access to funds, marketing and distribution, lack of skills and creativity, strengthening networks and collaboration, and preserving intellectual property rights. Apart from that, the existence of superior creative MSMEs plays an important role in village development, namely in local economic growth, increasing community income, social development, cultural preservation, as well as tourism and village promotion.

Abstract

Motivasi pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah belum optimalnya UMKM keterampilan bambu dalam memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan kondisi obyektif yang ditemukan pada saat pengkajian, peneliti menemukan beberapa permasalahan yaitu belum maksimalnya pemasaran pada sebagian besar UMKM keterampilan Bambu yang ada dikelurahan Kepanjen Kidul. Fenomena ini diakibatkan karena kurangnya kemampuan aparat setempat dalam melakukan penguatan UMKM dan kurangnya skill berwirausahan pada UMKM kerajinan bambu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi dokumenter dan penelitian lapangan berupa observasi dan wawancara. Kendala dalam penguatan skill berwirausaha UMKM kerajinan bambu di Kelurahan Kepanjen Kidul Kota Blitar antara lain: (1) terbatasnya skill kewirausahaan dan terbatasnya pengetahuan kelurahan Kepanjen Kidul dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan bambu secara online, (2) terbatasnya pengetahuan dalam mendesign logo produk yang menarik (3) rendahnya kesadaran UMKM kerajinan bambu yang enggan membandingkan dengan UMKM kerajinan bambu didaerah lain, (4) lemahnya media informasi dalam mengetahui perkembangan pasar dan, (5) lemahnya UMKM dalam membuat video pemasaran yang menarik dan berkualitas. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain: (1) merancang dan menetapkan kegiatan penyuluhan dalam meningkatkan skill kewirasusahaan melalui pelatihan pemasaran secara online, (2) memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat khususnya UMKM kerajinan bambu agar dapat mendesign logo UMKM secara mandiri (3) mendampingi UMKM kerajinan bambu melakukan perbandingan perkembangan pasar dengan daerah lain dalam hal pemasaran digital melalui media social sehingga mempengaruhi keberlanjutan bisnis, (4) mendampingi dan membantu otoritas kelurahan meminta informasi dari badan atau badan legalitas dan segera menginformasikan kepada masyarakat tentang cara memastikan legalitas, (5) Mendamping UMKM kerajinan bambu dalam membuat fotp dan video pemasaran produk bambu yang menarik dan berkualitas, sehingga foto yang dihasilkan memiliki ciri khas yang menyatakan produk tersebut hasil UMKM kerajinan bambu di Kelurahan Kepanjen Kidul Kota Blitar.
