Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine, test, and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction and performance of Pekanbaru City Health Office employees. (2) To find out, test, and analyze the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. In this study, the population was all employees of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, namely 99 employees (Health Service Data for 2020). The sample is part of the population members. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample. The number of samples used in this study is all members of the population of the research object, as many as 99 respondents. The data collection technique used is the documentation of existing data in the agency and the distribution of questionnaires through the google form. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SEM Structural Equation Analysis model with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study show that the increase in performance can increase is really influenced by high employee motivation. Organizational culture has no significant impact on employee job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Employee competence is proven to have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. Employee work motivation does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee work organizational culture does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and communication on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Rokan Hulu General Hospital. The data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in this study were employees of the Rokan Hulu General Hospital, the sample selection used the total sample method, with a total sample of 114 people. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance, motivation had no significant effect on organizational commitment, communication had no significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and motivation has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, workload, and work discipline on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The number of samples in this study was the entire study population of 45 teachers at the Pekanbaru Akramunas Foundation. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. This study uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to prove that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction; workload has an insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work stress has no significant positive effect on teacher performance; Workload has no significant positive effect on work performance; Work Discipline has no significant negative effect on work performance and. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and workload on job satisfaction and performance of the Pekanbaru Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The number of samples in this study was the entire population of the study as many as 79 personnel of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pekanbaru Police. Data collection techniques with Interval. This study uses SEM PLS Models. The results show that organizational culture has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction and workload has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction of the Criminal Investigation Police personnel. Pekanbaru. But organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance and workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Pekanbaru Police Criminal Investigation Unit. While job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Pekanbaru Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in corporate leadership, significantly reshaping how organizations operate and adapt in an increasingly digital world. As AI continues to evolve, understanding its impact on leadership practices is crucial for organizations seeking to stay competitive. This study employs a Rapid Literature Review approach to explore AI's beneficial impacts on corporate leadership over the last five years, synthesizing findings from 21 research articles. The PRISMA 2020 framework is used to select the articles for review, and Atlas.ti is applied to identify patterns in the literature and label the findings. The analysis reveals five key domains where AI demonstrates significant benefits, including building trust and ethical governance, enhancing decision-making and strategic insights, improving collaboration and team dynamics, increasing operational efficiency and productivity, and fostering emerging leadership dimensions. The findings highlight how AI embeds transparency and accountability, supports data-driven decision-making, and optimizes human resource processes. Additionally, AI fosters innovation by enabling leaders to adopt inclusive practices. This study provides valuable insights for leaders seeking to leverage AI for sustainable growth, emphasizing its potential in reshaping corporate leadership. By understanding and implementing these benefits, organizations can position themselves to thrive in the era of digital transformation.
