Abstract

The need for nursing personnel is increasing with the ability to workand demands the best quality of service. Various pressures and workloadsmake it possible to create work stress conditions for nurses in hospitals andaffect their performance to provide patient care. The purpose of the study inthis article is to analyze and determine the relationship between work stressconditions and the performance of nurses in health services in hospitals. Thisarticle used systematic review with a meta-analysis of suitable articles fromGoogle Scholar. Meta-analysis results from 10 selected journals shows thatthe correlation of the medium effect size between job stress and nurseperformance was r = -0.37 (95% CI = (-0.499, -0.219) from the random effectsize based on = 87.3%. Job stress affect nurse performance at medium leveland negative way which lower the stress of job, the higher the nurse'sperformance in providing services at the hospital.

Abstract

Retail business competition is currently getting tougher. This is becausethe retail business is a picture of economic development. To face this competition,marketing management needs to know how consumers make purchasing decisions.Marketing management needs to know the right way so that consumers decide tobuy at the store. This study aims to determine the effect of pharmacy image andproduct diversity to improve purchasing decisions. The population of thisquantitative study are consumers from one of Kimia Farma's pharmacies in thecity of Surabaya in East Java. The number of populations cannot be determined,therefore the researcher used 100 respondents as the research sample. This studyuses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this studyindicate that the image of the pharmacy has a significant influence on researchdecisions. Furthermore, it is proven that purchasing decisions made by consumersare influenced by the variety of products provided. Together, the image of thepharmacy and the diversity of products have a significant influence on consumerpurchasing decisions.
