Abstract

This paper discusses treatise concerning Muhammad preaching to the human rights andequality among humans. In this paper, the writer mentioned that Prophet Muhammadalways give attention to the issues of equality and human rights. He has tried in earnestto bring about equality of human rights. Among the steps he did, namely by sending amessage to the kings or rulers around Arab peninsule in that time. These messages cameto be known as Muhammad the sublime treatise, which became indication that Islam hadlong talks about equality and human rights. Everyone has equal rights and obligations.The differences between them over the contribution of the benifit works that can be given tomankind in general.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kuantitas dan kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan perawat dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan. Beban kerja seorang pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam menentukan kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sys¬te¬ma¬tic review dan meta-analysis denagn menggunakan diagram PRISMA. Pencarian artikel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria kela¬yakan Model PICO. P= Perawat; I= Beban Kerja Tinggi; C= Beban Kerja Rendah; O= Kinerja Perawat. Artikel yang digunakan berasal dari 1 dat¬a¬b-a¬se, yaitu: Google Scho¬lar. Dengan kata kun¬ci antara lain "Beban Kerja" AND "Kinerja Perawat" AND "Sumah Sakit" AND "Cross Sectional". Artikel yang digunakan terbit tahun 2015 – 2020. Artikel dianalisis menggunakan digram PRISMA dan aplikasi Review Manager 5.3. 5 artikel dengan de¬sain studi cross sectional yang akan digu¬nakan sebagai sumber meta-analisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Menunjukan bahwa beban kerja timggi menurunkan kemungkinan kinerja pada perawat. Perawat yang beban kerja tinggi menurunkan kinerja perawat sebesar 0.94 kali dibandingkan dengan kinerja perawat yang melakukan beban kerja rendah (aOR= 0.94; CI 95%= 0.53 hingga 1.68; p=0.001), dan hasilnya signifikan secara statistik. Meta-analisis dari 5 studi cross sectional menyimpulkan bahwa perawat yang beban kerja tinggi menurunkan kinerja perawat.

Abstract

A scoping review was conducted as part of an investigation. To find publications that were published between 2012 and 2022, the databases PubMed and Scopus were systematically searched. A Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses extension for scoping review (PRISMA-ScR) flow diagram was used in the thorough scoping review to show the whole findings of the search as well as the procedure of including studies in the review. A risk of bias assessment was not done in this study specifically. After collecting 259 articles at first, we screened the full texts and found 6 that met our criteria. Based on the results, six articles were included, and three major themes were identified. The effective leadership style can be classified into three categories. The transformational, transactional, and complex leadership styles are all described in this scoping review as being beneficial in hospital settings. However, to choose the most productive style of leadership for enhancing the performances of healthcare workers and ensuring that guidelines are adhered to, one must use a methodical approach. Abstract

Background: Maintaining hospital quality is the most important thing to consider in hospital service indicators. Patient satisfaction is one of the important factors in maintaining hospital quality. This study aimed to analyzed the associated between hospital administration with patient satisfaction.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients. Intervention: good hospital administration. Comparison: poor hospital administration. Outcome: patients’ satisfaction. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles are “Hospital Administration” OR “Good Administration” OR “Hospital Services” AND “Patient Satisfaction” OR “Satisfaction” AND “Multivariate”. Articles included are full-text English from 2009 to 2021. Articles were selected using a PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 7 cross-sectional study articles from Asia (China), Europe (Germany), and Africa (Ethiophia) were reviewed in the meta-analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that good hospital administration has the possibility to increase patient satisfaction 3.58 times compared with poor hospital administration (aOR= 3.58; 95% CI= 2.36 to 5.42; p<0.001) and the results were statistically significant.Conclusion: Hospital administration associated with patients statisfaction.Keywords: hospital, hospital administration, patient statisfaction, inpatients.Correspondence: Siti Maesaroh. Abstract

This study aimed to analyzed the strength of the relationship between hospital administration with quality of services.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients.
