Abstract

ABSTRAK Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh warga negara Indonesia. Dalam bentuk BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) merupakan program layanan unik yang akan menawarkan rangkaian lengkap layanan kesehatan tanpa batas biaya jaminan yang menyertai asuransi. Namun warga Dusun Bujet, Desa Jambewangi, Kec Pakis, Kab Magelang belum memiliki akses terhadap Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Meningkatnya pemahaman dan kesadaran akan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di kalangan warga Dusun Bujet, Desa Jambewangi, Kec Pakis, Kab Magelang menjadi tujuan dari program masyarakat ini. Teknik yang dilakukan meliputi ceramah dengan menggunakan presentasi power point, angket, diskusi kelompok, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini memberikan dampak yang sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Dusun Bujet, Desa Jambewangi, Kec Pakis, Kab Magelang, karena masyarakat semakin percaya diri dan semangat untuk mengikuti anjuran pemerintah untuk mendapatkan jaminan kesehatan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar warga merasa termotivasi untuk segera mendaftarkan diri dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). ABSTRACT National Health Insurance is mandatory for all Indonesian citizens. In the form of Health and Employment BPJS, National Health Insurance is a unique service program that will offer a full range of health services without any guarantee fee limits that accompany the insurance. However, the residents of of Bujet Hamlet, Jambewangi Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency do not yet have access to National Health Insurance. Increasing understanding and awareness of National Health Insurance among residents of Bujet Hamlet, Jambewangi Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency is the goal of this community program. The techniques used include lectures using power point presentations, questionnaires, group discussions, and questions and answers. The results of this community activity have a very beneficial impact on the people of of Bujet Hamlet, Jambewangi Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency, because the community is increasingly confident and enthusiastic to follow government recommendations to get health insurance. This is intended so that residents feel motivated to immediately enroll in the National Health Insurance program.

Abstract

Stunting is a failure in the development and growth of children due to malnutrition. Nutrition is one of the determining factors for the growth and development of a child. Moringa plants are one of the plants that have high nutritional content, and their leaves can be used as one of the basic ingredients for food or beverage processing. The activity of providing supplementary food (PMT) in the form of moringa leaf pudding to prevent stunting was carried out in various posyandu in the Debong Lor Village, West Tegal District, with the participation of mothers who have toddlers/cludas and pregnant women. The method used in this service is the counseling method by providing supplementary food (PMT) and introducing one of the processed moringa leaves that can be useful to prevent stunting, namely moringa leaf pudding. The result of this activity is that young women have an interest in processing moringa leaves to prevent stunting.

Abstract

The incidence of non-injury incidents at Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul is still the highest case every year, this is still several non-injury incident cases of 45.5% in 2022, this case is because there are still nurses or health workers who have not fully implemented patient safety properly. Patient safety in hospitals is the main foundation for creating safe, comfortable services for the creation of healing for patients, which we hope will affect patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of patient safety and patient satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with 150 inpatient respondents. The measuring tool used is a questionnaire application of patient safety and patient satisfaction. The statistical test used is the Kendall Tau test. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the application of patient safety on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital with a close relationship in the sufficient category indicated by a coefficient (r) of 0.345 with a p-value: 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is an application relationship between patient safety on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul.

Abstract

Beyond Use Date (BUD) is the deadline for the use of drugs after they have been formulated or after the main cover has been opened. Meanwhile, the expiration date (ED) is the deadline for the use of drugs after they are produced by pharmaceutical factories and before the cover is opened. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge to the people of Mangir Tengah Hamlet, Sendangsari, Bantul about the importance of proper drug storage. BUD determines how effectively the drug is used. This community service activity was carried out in March 2024 by the Alma Ata University Thematic KKN team in the hamlet of Mangir Tengah, Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul. The methods used were lectures, leaflet distribution, and pre-post-test methods in the form of questionnaires. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was shown that there was an increase in knowledge for 21 respondents after the intervention was given. In comparison, 4 others experienced a decrease in knowledge and 10 respondents had stag knowledge. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference in the level of community knowledge before and after the intervention was given, which was shown by a p-value of 0.003. This educational activity concluded that the knowledge of the people of Central Mangir Hamlet has increased and was useful.

Abstract

Background: Maintaining hospital quality is the most important thing to consider in hospital service indicators. Patient satisfaction is one of the important factors in maintaining hospital quality. This study aimed to analyzed the associated between hospital administration with patient satisfaction.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients. Intervention: good hospital administration. Comparison: poor hospital administration. Outcome: patients’ satisfaction. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles are “Hospital Administration” OR “Good Administration” OR “Hospital Services” AND “Patient Satisfaction” OR “Satisfaction” AND “Multivariate”. Articles included are full-text English from 2009 to 2021. Articles were selected using a PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 7 cross-sectional study articles from Asia (China), Europe (Germany), and Africa (Ethiophia) were reviewed in the meta-analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that good hospital administration has the possibility to increase patient satisfaction 3.58 times compared with poor hospital administration (aOR= 3.58; 95% CI= 2.36 to 5.42; p<0.001) and the results were statistically significant.Conclusion: Hospital administration associated with patients statisfaction.Keywords: hospital, hospital administration, patient statisfaction, inpatients.Correspondence: Siti Maesaroh. This study aimed to analyzed the strength of the relationship between hospital administration with quality of services.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients. Intervention: good hospital administration. Comparison: poor hospital administration. Outcome: quality of services. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Abstract

Rumah Sakit dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta adalah rumah sakit milik TNI AD Kota Yogyakarta yang berwujud Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU), yang dinaungi oleh TNI AD. Misi Rumah Sakit DKT dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta yaitu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang prima bagi anggota TNI AD, PNS, dan Keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur bangunan ruang isolasi, linen, dapur dan toilet yang sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2016 dan nomor 14 Tahun 2021 di Rumah Sakit dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif observasional serta wawancara secara mendetail kepada narasumber yaitu 2 perawat diruangan isolasi dan 1 penanggungjawab diruangan linen dengan menggunakan kuesioner tentang persyaratan teknis bangunan dan prasarana Rumah Sakit yang dikeluarkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.24 Tahun 2016 Tentang Persyaratan Teknis Bangunan dan Prasarana Rumah Sakit di Unit Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan untuk nalisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa yang sudah memenuhi standar struktur bangunan adalah (100%) pada ruang linen bersih dan ruang isolasi (70%), pada dapur kecil/pantry (100%). Yang belum memenuhi standar struktur bangunan adalah ruang ruang ICU hanya (60%) dan toilet yang sudah memenuhi standar adalah linen dan pantry sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2016.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan yang mempengaruhi otak dan menyebabkan timbulnya pikiran emosi, persepsi, gerakan dan prilaku yang terganggu ditandai dengan halusinasi. Anggota keluarga yang menderita skizofrenia tidak hanya menyebabkan ketergantungan saja pada keluarga, akan tetapi berdampak pada stres keluarga yang merawat dan mengurus semua kebutuhan pasien skizofrenia, sehingga dukungan sosial dari keluarga sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesembuhan pasien, jika keluarga mengalami stres maka dukungan sosial yang diberikan keluarga terhadap pasien akan kurang efektif.. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2 Kabupaten Sleman. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan deskriptif analitik menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 80 pasien yang mengalami skizofrenia yang ada di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 67 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dukungan sosial dan kuesioner tingkat stres Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Kendall Tau. Hasil: Dukungan sosial termasuk kategori sedang mayoritas 33 responden (49,3). Tingkat stres yang dialami keluarga termasuk dalam kategori sedang mayoritas 39 responden (58,2). Hasil analisis dengan uji Kendall Tau menunjukan tidak ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia (0,292 > 0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2 Kabupaten Sleman

Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, the turnover prevalence rate was significantly high, recorded at 20.8% in 2019. The high turnover intention will have an impact on the high incidence of nurse transfer in the hospital so that it will become an obstacle for the hospital in providing health services to patients.Turnover typically begins with turnover intention, which can be influenced by organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The nurse turnover rate at Wonosari Regional Hospital remains within the normal range and has decreased over the past three years. However, preliminary study interviews with five inpatient nurses revealed that 3 out of the five nurses might consider seeking alternative employment and leaving the hospital if a better opportunity presented itself. Objectives: This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on nurse turnover intention at Wonosari Regional Hospital in 2024. Methods: This study is a quantitative study carried out by utilizing a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of inpatient nurses at Wonosari Regional Hospital, with a sample size of 131 nurses selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected employing questionnaires and analyzed using logistic regression techniques.Results: The result of the study revealed a significant effect  of organizational commitment on the turnover intentions of nurses at Wonosari Regional Hospital, with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly influenced turnover intentions, with a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05. Conclusions: There is an influence between organizational commitment to nurse turnover intention. There is an influence between nurse job satisfaction to nurse turnover intention.
