Abstract

Mountain climbing is a popular activity among the Indonesian community. In the current digital era, websites can serve as an effective platform to facilitate communication and collaboration among mountain climbers. This research aims to design and develop a website for the Indonesian mountain climbing community using PHP, HTML, and CSS programming languages, with a case study on Mount Gede Pangrango. The research methodology includes needs analysis, website design, and implementation. The waterfall method is employed in the system development, and testing is conducted using black box testing and usability methods. In the implementation phase, coding and page design are carried out according to the pre-established design, including color selection, typography, and layout settings. This research results in a website designed and built to facilitate climbers planning to ascend Mount Gede Pangrango. After several trials, the website received overwhelmingly positive responses from respondents, with an average rating of 90%. This result indicates that the website effectively assists users in obtaining information about climbing Mount Gede Pangrango.

Abstract

This research applies the A* algorithm in the 3D Third Person Shooter (TPS) game "Garuda's Valor" with a historical theme. The focus is on optimizing character navigation and movement responsiveness for an immersive gameplay experience. The method includes designing the A* algorithm, testing responsiveness, and assessing its impact on game appeal and user satisfaction. The study also integrates historical elements of the Bojong Kokosan battle to provide valuable educational experiences. Challenges include complex terrain and dynamic obstacles, aiming to create a realistic and engaging environment. This project explores the balance between historical accuracy and engaging gameplay, and analyzes the algorithm's efficiency. "Garuda's Valor" sets a new standard in educational games, combining fun and learning through advanced artificial intelligence.

Abstract

The need for effective, accurate and precise understanding of information will provide optimization of the decision-making process, increase knowledge and quality of life. Understanding information in relation to the document summarization process, if done manually, sometimes takes quite a long time. Text summarization techniques which are useful as document summarizers have been developed and applied to various things such as summarizing important documents, news texts or customer feedback. In this article, text summarization using the text rank method and transformer modeling integrated with text to speech techniques is developed in the Bukudio application, which is an application that provides audio versions of book documents in the application database. Based on the test results, the evaluation process was carried out using the Rouge method and gave the best results in calculating the Rouge 1 overlap monogram resulting in 0.523 for the F1 Score value, 0.434 for the precision value and 0.659 for the recall value. This research will be developed using other methods so that not only files in PDF document format can be processed, but other EPUB (Electronic Publication) files.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) that maps the locations of Polling Stations (TPS) for general elections in Parungkuda District. Through literature review, field observations, and interviews with relevant stakeholders, geographical data such as TPS locations and district boundaries were collected and analyzed. In this research, a web-based information system was developed using Mapbox technology to display interactive mapping of the TPS. The outcome is a system that facilitates the public in finding TPS locations and obtaining information on the number of voters and presidential candidates in each TPS. This research has benefits in terms of mapping and accessing TPS-related information, and it is recommended for further development to be widely used in general elections within Parungkuda District. This GIS can improve the efficiency of the election process and provide ease of access for voters to find the appropriate TPS based on their residence.

Abstract

The Indonesian railway system is currently experiencing a lot of developments in terms of technology. The Indonesian railway system has been integrated with technology 4.0, where all transaction processes, whether payment, ordering tickets or monitoring trains, can be monitored via electronic media. Of course, this technology must be supported by adequate infrastructure, one of which is the railroad crossing. In Indonesia, several railroad lines have been constructed, and many portal or crossbar railroads have also been constructed. The railroad gate is part of the railway system which has a very important role, especially in regulating the safety of train travel. The rail gateway has been a problem and a source of accidents in recent years. This is because there are no security facilities at any rail portals, causing drivers to continue to break traffic laws. The making of this automatic railroad doorstop uses the Prototype method, namely a simulation that uses Arduino UNO R3, servo motors, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors and other components that can support the manufacture of this railroad doorstop prototype. The prototype of this automatic train doorstop is equipped with many sensors that works automatically according to what is ordered, so that its use can be easily controlled and implemented in real life. This automatic railroad crossing system is expected to optimize the task of the railroad crossing guard by providing automation for the process of opening and closing the railway door and providing additional warning information for the community around the railway door location so as to reduce the potential for accidents caused by drivers or people who break traffic laws.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat saat ini mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan serta memberi kemudahan serta efisiensi pada berbagai aspek. Penerapan teknologi salah satunya di bidang finansial, yaitu dengan semakin banyak layanan keuangan digital yang memberi kemudahan bagi transaksi keuangan. Salah satu jenis keuangan digital yang banyak digunakan di masyarakat adalah aplikasi Dana. Dana menyediakan layanan yang dapat digunakan penggunanya serta sering memberikan informasi produk melalui akun media sosial Instagram. Feedback serta komentar tentang aplikasi didapatkan dari pengguna. Dengan menerapkan pemodelan Bidirectional Encoder Representations From Transformers (BERT) dari IndoBert pada proses analisa sentimen dari komentar pengguna Aplikasi DANA di Instagram pada penelitian ini , diharapkan dapat memberi informasi dan memudahkan dalam memahami opini dari pengguna, mendeteksi masalah dan keluhan, serta menjadikan wawasan bagi pengguna terhadap aplikasi Dana. Dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian tentang analisa sentimen komentar dari pengguna aplikasi Dana dilakukan . Data yang digunakan didapat dari komentar akun Instagram Dana. Data tersebut terbagi menjadi 2 kategori yaitu positif dan negatif berdasarkan pelabelan otomatis oleh transformer. Dari hasil pemodelan dengan metode pre-trained Bidirectional Encoder Representations From Transformers (BERT) dari IndoBert, diperoleh hasil accuracy 98% dari data latih serta validasi accuracy sebesar 93% dengan hyperparameter yaitu batch size 32 dan epoch pelatihan 10 dengan proporsi data latih dan data uji 70:30. Pemodelan kemudian dilakukan proses deployment menggunakan streamlit, agar dapat diintegrasikan ke sistem atau aplikasi berbasis web.

Abstract

Pendakian gunung merupakan kegiatan yang populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam era digital saat ini, website dapat menjadi platform yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara pendaki gunung. Dengan kemudahan akses dan komunikasi melalui platform online, para pecinta alam dapat dengan cepat berbagi pengalaman, memberikan tips, mengorganisir kegiatan pendakian secara lebih terkoordinasi, memperkuat serta memperluas jejaring komunitas pendaki gunung di Indonesia. Dengan mempertimbangkan alasan tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan konsep yang kuat dan memutuskan untuk membuat sebuah website sistem informasi pendakian salah satu gunung di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah website untuk komunitas pendaki gunung Indonesia menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML dan CSS, dengan studi kasus pada Gunung Gede Pangrango. Metodologi penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan website, dan implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dalam pengembangan sistemnya, sedangkan untuk pengujian dari sistem yang telah dikembangkan tersebut menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan usability. Dalam implementasi ini, dilakukan pengkodean dan desain halaman yang sesuai dengan perancangan sebelumnya, termasuk pemilihan warna, tipografi, dan pengaturan layout. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website yang dirancang dan dibangun agar dapat mempermudah para pendaki yang akan melakukan pendakian ke Gunung Gede Pangrango. Website ini menyediakan tentang informasi basecamp, jalur pendakian, biaya simaksi, dan informasi terbaru seputar pendakian Gunung Gede Pangrango. Website ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat ikatan antar pendaki, memfasilitasi pertukaran pengetahuan, serta meningkatkan partisipasi dalam kegiatan pendakian gunung.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Cigombong is a high school located on Watesjaya Street, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, West Java, which currently still follows the KURTILAS curriculum. The student attendance system in SMAN 1 Cigombong for the English and German Language Minors is still using a manual attendance book where students sign the attendance form. This method has weaknesses such as the ease of losing or damaging the attendance book, as well as the potential for students to manipulate the attendance records. Therefore, the author proposes the implementation of a face recognition attendance system to assist in the attendance data recording process, simplify attendance tracking for teachers, and facilitate the school's management information system. The development method used for the attendance system is the waterfall method, which involves analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. In face recognition, the author utilizes face landmarks to store students' facial data in a database. Meanwhile, in the data collection process, several methods are used, including interviews, observations, and literature reviews.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the user experience in learning English on the Hanna Hersop online course website by proposing the addition of a picture guessing game feature equipped with object detection. Hanna Hersop is an English Course and Training Institute (LKP), providing English language learning materials offline and online. The research results show that adding the image guessing game feature with object detection significantly improves the users' learning experience. The object detection function in the picture guessing game not only provides additional challenges in learning, but also provides a more interesting interactive experience. This picture guessing game utilizes M15.js as a JavaScript machine learning library which provides access to ML algorithms in the browser built on Tensorflow.js and JavaScript, CSS, HTML as a framework for designing picture guessing games on websites. The results of this research provide valuable insights for developers and organizers of online English courses, as well as contributing to further understanding of how digital technologies, in particular object detection, can be used effectively to improve the quality of learning. that way course participants can gain additional benefits in understanding and practicing English, creating an innovative and effective learning environment. The integration of object detection in the picture guessing game feature is an innovative solution in creating a more interesting and effective learning environment

Abstract

In the era of rapid development in media information, the utilization of websites as sources of information has gained widespread significance across various sectors. However, with the increasing use of websites, attention to security aspects has become crucial. The urgency to analyze its vulnerabilities has proven essential in efforts to detect potential threats in the future and ensure the continuity of confidentiality, consistency, accuracy, data validity, and information availability—known as the CIA Principles (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)—forming the fundamental basis for safeguarding information security. The website of Public High School 1 Surade presents both general and sensitive data related to school and student information. The findings of this research are expected to make a significant contribution in raising awareness about website security, offering valuable guidance to educational institutions and the government. The aim is to strengthen the security of their websites, with the hope of reducing potential cyber threats in Indonesia. This research is anticipated to serve as a foundation for more effective preventive measures and stricter information security policies.
