Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka menitikberatkan kebebasan dalam pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aktif. Namun, penerapan kurikulum ini terkadang belum optimal dalam membentuk pembelajaran aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam membentuk pembelajaran aktif pada anak usia dini di RA Nurul Huda Cicangkanggirang, Kec. Sindangkerta, Kab. Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan partisipan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru pamong, dan wakil bidang kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Langkah-langkah analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka terdiri dari tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran aktif. Hambatan yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaannya antara lain proses adaptasi terhadap kurikulum baru, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pihak sekolah untuk mempersiapkan infrastruktur yang memadai dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam rangka implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka untuk membentuk pembelajaran aktif yang optimal.

Abstract

Introduction: This research describes the relationship between Psychological well-being and work-life balance in early adults who work in Babelan District Methods: This research uses quantitative methods, which use studies of correlation tests. The population that the researchers used for the research was the early adults who work in babelan district. Sampling using is convenience sampling technique. This study has 100 respondents that will be used by researchers. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Psychological well-being scale and the modified Work life balance scale. Results: According to Pearson correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient value is 0.782, this value refers to the positive influence between Psychological well-being and Work-life balance.  The positive value indicates that the higher the value of Psychological well-being, the higher the Work-life balance, and vice versa, the lower the Work-life balance, the lower the Psychological well-being. The correlation test results have a value of 0.782 or can be interpreted as 78.2%, this value explains that Psychological well-being as an independent variable has a relationship with Work-life balance as the dependent variable of 78.2%, and the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in the study. Conclusion and suggestion: Stating the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The higher the level of Psychological well-being, the higher the Work-life balance, and the lower the level of Work-life balance, the lower the Psychological well-being.

Abstract

In Digital Era, The use of social media is increasing. Nowdays, an individual with positive self-esteem will present himself more often on social media. For Example, the people using Instagram. In fact, If the people receive appreciation in the form of positive comments, the individual becomes more valuable and their self-esteem increases. Therefore, Instagram users try to present themselves as well as possible to get positive feedback from other people. The purpose this research is to describe the self-esteem of Instagram users in terms of the demographic profile which includes the area of residence and gender of the respondent. After being able to describe the self-esteem variable, the implication of this research is that through Instagram, users can share useful content so that they can increase self-esteem. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this research show that the self-esteem of Instagram users is in the high category in both the city and district.
