Abstract

Restaurant is an interesting business, because of the high profits. The high competition between culinary businesses can encourage businesses to reach consumer satisfaction, in order to get their loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the consumer satisfaction and loyalty at Langensari Restaurant. Accidental sampling was used to take 76 consumers as the research sample. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used to analyze the data. The study result shows that consumers visiting Langensari Restaurant were very satisfied with the score of 93,57 percent. It means that the restaurant performance in the form of products, fixed prices, places, and services were fulfill the consumers expectation. Price and place affected customer satisfaction, while product and service did not affect customer satisfaction. Satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. The higher the level of cunsomer satisfaction, the higher the loyalty. Products, prices, services, and places also indirectly influence loyalty. Restaurants should improve the performance in terms of products, prices, services, and places. They need to be improve the flavor, price affordability, and toilet cleanliness.

Abstract

E-Atlas of Plant Anatomy Photography Family Arcaceae is a learning resource that helps students in their learning process. The purpose of this study is to make e-Atlas an effective learning resource on Class XI Plant Tissue material in Senior High School / MA. Product development begins with the preparation of preserved specimens and fresh specimens on the underside of leaves by paraffin sectioning method. I then developed the E-Atlas design using the Canva application and further developed it into electronics using Anyflip. Research and Development (R&D) was chosen as the research design. R & D is a 40D development model that has four stages, namely, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results showed that the e-Atlas of plant anatomy photography of the family Arecaceae as a learning resource was declared valid by expert validators with a validity level of 4.1. It can be concluded that the e-Atlas of anatomical photography of plants of the family Arecaceae is valid.

Abstract

Keaktifan memiliki peran krusial dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, yang dimana pembelajaran dapat dikatakan berhasil apabila siswa dapat terlibat aktif dalam setiap prosesnya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui demonstrasi, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya penggunaan media papan hitung pintar ini keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran semakin meningkat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini media pembelajaran papan hitung dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa, hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan benda konkret.

Abstract

Physical tests are an important part of forming high-achieving athletes and are the main element in a coach's training program. This study aims to: (1) Produce a physical fitness test based on Vald Performance with the Nordbord tool for football school athletes at Askot PSSI West Jakarta; (2) Determine the feasibility and response to the use of Vald Performance with the Nordbord tool by athletes; and (3) Analyze the results of athletes' physical abilities using the test. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The test development process involves validation tests and feasibility tests by experts in the field of sports technology. The Nordbord tool is used to measure the strength and imbalance of the hamstring muscles in various positions, which are important indicators of athlete performance. The results of the study show that the Vald Performance-based fitness test with the Nordbord tool received good validation from experts and positive responses from users. This test is considered effective and practical for identifying the level of strength and potential for hamstring muscle injury in football athletes. In addition, the test results provide accurate quantitative data to evaluate the physical condition of athletes individually, making it easier for coaches to design more specific and targeted training programs. The use of the Nordbord tool also shows great potential in improving the quality of athlete coaching in the soccer school environment. This study contributes to the development of technology-based physical fitness testing methods that can be widely applied to other sports.

Abstract

Course Review Horay ialah model pembelajaran yang bisa memberikan bantuan pada siswa dalam memiliki pemahaman atas konsep geometri secara baik dikarenakan model ini digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian pemahaman siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu guna mendapatkan informasi pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay terhadap pemahaman konsep geometri untuk siswa kelas V di SDN Karadenan 01. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan yakni penelitian eksperimen. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini Quasi Eksperimental Design dan desain penelitiannya Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Teknik Pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yakni Simple Random Sampling. Hasil data penelitian ini bisa diamati melalui uji Mann Whitney yang memperlihatkan nilai Asymp. Sig 0,001 < 0,05 atas dasar tersebut keputusan H0 ditolak serta H1 diterima. Data ini diperkuat melalui rerata skor pemahaman konsep geometri untuk kelas eksperimen sejumlah 78,55 serta rerata skor pemahaman konsep geometri kelas kontrol sejumlah 63,45. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat diputuskan bahwasanya model pembelajaran Course Review Horay memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan atas pemahaman konsep geometri siswa kelas V SDN Karadenan 01.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of digital marketing after the Covid-19 pandemic, both for companies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and those not affected by the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the world change and many companies have had to adapt quickly to stay afloat. Digital marketing is considered to be an effective and appropriate solution to manage this problem. Digital marketing is the process of promoting products or services through digital media such as the internet, smartphones, and other technologies. The basic concept of digital marketing is to use technology to reach a wider audience and increase interaction with customers. This article describes some digital marketing methods that can be used by companies such as e-commerce, social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising. This article concludes that by implementing digital marketing, companies can increase visibility, increase website traffic, and increase sales as well as the obstacles that accompany it.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan analisis terhadap dinamika IP3 pada perambatan gelombang kalsium persamaan Li-Rinzel dengan membandingkan gating variable (h) dan fraksi aktivasi reseptor IP3 (q) secara matematis dan komputasi. Analisis secara matematis dilakukan dengan membandingkan beberapa persamaan yang digunakan oleh Stimberg dkk. serta Nadkarni dan Jung. Adapun analisis secara komputasi dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan astrocyte model Li-Rinzel. Pemodelan ini dibuat menggunakan simulator Brian2. Hasil analisis dari kedua metode menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel q (fraksi aktivasi reseptor IP3) sesuai dengan gating variable (h). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode analisis yang digunakan telah sesuai, dimana keduanya menunjukkan hasil yang setara.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia di SDN SN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin antara lain siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan kurang dilibatkan dalam pembelajaran, siswa sebatas membaca teks bacaan lalu melihat contoh dalam buku teks kemudian berganti dengan pokok bahasan yang baru sehingga sulit mengemukan ide-ide. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisis aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindkaan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas V SDN SN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin. Data diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai kriteria baik, dan meningkat sampai siklus II sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai kriteria cukup aktif, dan meningkat sampai siklus II sangat aktif. Ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada pada siklus I mencapai 65%, dan meningkat sampai siklus II 90%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan penggunaan kombinasi model pembelajaran CIRC, NHT dan TPS terjadi peningkatan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Delay in submitting annual financial reports is still a phenomenon in companies going public. The large number of audit report lag phenomena makes companies need to find ways to shorten it. This study aims to determine the effect of internal audit function, audit committee, and external auditor quality on audit report lag before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study applies a causal associative design through a quantitative approach. The population includes consumer services sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2022, from which the samples of 132 observable data from 22 companies are selected through purposive sampling. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis utilizing SPSS 26.0 exhibit that the internal audit function and audit committee have no effect on audit report lag, both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while the external auditor quality has a significant effect on audit report lag during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problems associated with the attendance system used by PT X. Currently, the attendance system uses RFID technology which has several problems, such as USB cables that are often loose, problems with internet connections, and the vulnerability of the system to fraud. Therefore, it is necessary to update the existing attendance system. The proposed solution is the development of an Android-based attendance application that uses Quick Response Code (QR Code) technology and geolocation. QR Code is a 2-dimensional bar code that has a larger data storage capacity compared to barcodes. Geolocation is used to limit the area of use of the attendance feature which can only submit attendance if the user is in the PT X area. This research consists of 2 stages, namely the application development stage and the application implementation analysis stage. The application development stage uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method by implementing a prototype model. In the analysis stage, this research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The analysis was conducted using the USE Questionnaire model. The results of the usability analysis of the internship attendance application get a score of 87.74% so that based on the USE rating the application is categorized as very feasible.
