Based on basic health research data in 2019,the stunting rate in Indonesia reached 27.6%. WHOs' The WHO targeted stunting rate should be under 20%. In 2019, Tegal city had 830 children aged 0-5 years with stunting, and for the Margadana regency, there were 80 toddlers. This study aimed to determine the correlation of responsive feeding behavior and the incidence of stunting. This study was an observational study with a case-control design, with a ratio of 1:1. The population of this research was mothers who have toddlers aged 6-36 months. The sample was 28 respondents divided into two groups. Subjects who entered the stunting group had a PB/U z-score-2 SD,and subjects in the normal group had a PB/U-2SDz-score to 2SD. Data collection through interviews was to assess Knowledge,Attitudes, and Responsive Feeding Behavior and analyze the correlation with stunting and assessing the amount of risk for each variable. The data analyzed using Chi-Square on the study results show a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and responsive feeding behavior with stunting. Based on the risk factor for lack of knowledge, the risk is 6.2 times greater for children experiencing stunting and unfavorable attitudes, 6.6 times greater risk for stunting children. At the same time, good behavior has a lower risk of 0.15 children experiencing stunting. It is hoped that toddlers' mothers can improve responsive feeding knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors so that toddlers' nutritional needs will be even better.

Abstract

Today many women do not know when is the right time to start getting pregnant and cannot be pregnant again. The situation is too 4 (young, old, close and many) to be an internal factor of the mother which affects the complications of pregnancy and childbirth which have an impact on AKI and AKB. This research was based on the declaration of a KB village in RW 10 Margadana Village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the KB Village program in RW 10 Margadana Village. This research is qualitative using descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interview techniques in accordance with interview guidelines. The results of interviews were recorded and made field notes with a research model using a model on Public Policy Implementation developed by George C. Edward III. The results of the research showed that from four indicators of the program, two of them have been achieved well, namely disposition and bureaucracy structure, this was because in the implementation of the program of Kampung KB, the program executor and the target were already maximum. Yet the indicators of resources have not met the requirements because of the inadequate facilities. Among the obstacles in the implementation of Kampung KB program were communication from the local government cannot unite related agencies, namely the population and health services, insufficient budgets and the lack of participation and awareness of the community in RW 10 Margadana village. The researcher recommended suggestions: the posts of Kampung KB are to be made specifically for activities related to family planning,, and in the socialization, the BKKBN (National Population and Family Planning Board) Lampung should motivate the community to participate in the implementation of Kampung KB program in RW 10 Margadana Village.

Abstract

In Indonesia, covid-19 through middle December 2020, there are over 600 thousand confirmed cases with a death toll over 16 thousand. Some of Indonesia's covid-19 pandemic efforts include prevention measures with the application of health protocols such as walking distance, washing your hands with soap and wearing a mask, vaccinating covid-19, and 3t (tests, calls, follow-up). The purpose of this research is to determine behavioural differences of health protocol at mothers breast-feeding that have been and have not been given from the covid19 vaccination. The study was conducted online through Google form in the Margadana city of Tegal, with the subjects of this study are 42 breastfeeding mothers with purposive sampling techniques. This research was quantitative which used observational with the cross sectional approach. The statistical test used by Mc Nemar to identify the difference in behavior implementing health protocols to breastfeeding mothers who have been vaccinated and who have not been vaccinated covid-19. The finding shows there was a behavioral difference in the application of the 3M health protocol on the mothers breast-feeding who had been vaccinated and had not been vaccinated covid-19 with exact sig values. It is expected that the city's government will be even more firm to sanction communities that violate the health protocol in countermeasure covid-19.
