Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada pengembangan media video animasi berbasis Doratoon untuk materi ekosistem di kelas V SDN 09 Mattekko. Tujuan penelitian mencakup prosedur pengembangan, validitas, dan kepraktisan media tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengadopsi model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) sebagai landasan metodologinya. Proses pengembangan dimulai dengan tahap analisis untuk memahami kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa kelas V SDN 09 Mattekko terkait materi ekosistem. Tahap ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video animasi ini telah memenuhi kriteria validitas yang tinggi, dengan nilai validasi ahli media mencapai 97%, termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Validasi materi dan bahasa juga mencapai nilai 79,5%, yang tetap dalam kategori valid. Uji praktikalitas dilakukan terhadap guru kelas V SDN 09 Mattekko dan 17 peserta didik. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai praktikalitas yang sangat tinggi, dengan guru memberikan nilai 98,2% dan peserta didik memberikan nilai 94,8%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media video animasi ini sangat praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, baik dari perspektif guru maupun peserta didik. Dengan nilai validitas dan praktikalitas yang tinggi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi berbasis Doratoon ini layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Diharapkan bahwa produk ini dapat memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi ekosistem dan membantu peserta didik untuk memahaminya dengan baik. Implikasi positif dari penggunaan media ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di kelas V SDN 09 Mattekko dan menjadi sumber daya yang berharga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep ekosistem.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kompetensi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) guru dalam pembelajaran di SDN 071 Paraanta, serta menentukan faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung kompetensi TIK guru dalam pembelajaran di SDN 071 Paraanta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang menggambarkan kompetensi TIK guru dalam pembelajaran serta faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung kompetensi TIK guru. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru di SDN 071 Paraanta, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi TIK guru di SDN 071 Paraanta belum bisa dikatakan baik karena adanya keterbatasan fasilitas dan infrastruktur, ketersediaan jaringan yang sulit, aliran listrik di desa, dan masih adanya guru yang belum bisa mengoperasikan peralatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Faktor-faktor yang menghambat kompetensi TIK guru dalam pembelajaran meliputi tingkat ketersediaan akses internet di sekolah dan kesulitan pasokan listrik. Selain itu, faktor pendukung kompetensi TIK guru dalam pembelajaran meliputi pelatihan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang dapat diakses bahkan tanpa menggunakan jaringan.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Indonesia requires teachers not only to understand policy principles but also to apply them effectively in classroom practice. However, many teachers face challenges in enacting differentiated instruction, indicating a gap between conceptual understanding and practical readiness. This study aimed to develop, validate, and evaluate a life skills-based module to enhance teacher competence in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The study followed the ADDIE model, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, employing a research and development design with a mixed-method approach. Data were collected at SMPIT Ibnu Sina Palopo from 12 participating teachers through questionnaires, expert validation sheets, teacher response instruments, pre-test and post-tests, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively and through gain scores, while qualitative data were examined thematically. The results indicated that teachers possessed adequate conceptual understanding of the curriculum but limited readiness to apply differentiated learning strategies. The developed module was rated highly valid by content, language, and design experts and assessed as practical by teachers during pilot implementation. Effectiveness testing showed significant improvement in teacher competence after using the module, supported by qualitative evidence of increased confidence and adaptability. In conclusion, the life skills-based module successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and classroom practice, confirming the importance of embedding personal, social, academic, and vocational competencies into teacher professional development. The study contributes to curriculum innovation and teacher training by offering a structured, practice-oriented resource that supports the successful enactment of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Indonesian secondary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the management of the Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP), or Subject Teacher Working Group, for productive teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Palopo. The objectives are to describe the structure and mechanisms of MGMP, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and develop strategies to improve its effectiveness. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using G.R. Terry’s management theory and principles of Islamic educational management. The findings show that MGMP management is relatively effective through functions such as planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Supporting factors include school support, teacher commitment, coordination, and involvement of business and industry, while inhibiting factors consist of limited teacher availability, heavy teaching loads, changing learning outcomes, and inadequate facilities and training. Improvement strategies involve flexible scheduling, digital forums, crossschool collaboration, teacher capacity building, and policy support. This research emphasizes that the success of MGMP depends not only on formal management effectiveness but also on values like syūrā (deliberation), ta‘āwun (collaboration), and itqān (professionalism).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the utilization of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS)-based Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) at the UIN Palopo Library using the Human–Organization–Technology Fit (HOT-Fit Model) approach. The focus of the study is directed at analyzing the suitability between human, organizational, and technological aspects in supporting the successful implementation of the system and the benefits generated for users and institutions. This study uses a quantitative method with an evaluative survey design. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 100 OPAC user respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the level of system utilization for each variable. The results of the study indicate that (1) the utilization of SliMS-based OPAC based on the technological aspect is in the good category with an average value of 3.49, indicating adequate system, information, and service quality, while (2) the human aspect has an average value of 3.50, indicating relatively good system usage and satisfaction, although not yet optimal in the system usability indicator. (3) The organizational aspect is in the good category with an average value of 3.51, but it still requires strengthening socialization and training. (4) The compatibility between human-technology and technology-organization is completely optimal, while human-organization is not optimal.
