Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbentuk video animasi pada pembelajaran keterampilan berbasis potensi lokal siswa Paket C yang dilihat dari kevalidan dan kepraktisannya. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 (lima) tahap (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation), namun penelitian ini dilakukan 4 (empat) tahapan saja yakni sampai pada impletantation. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran berbentuk video animasi menunjukkan persentase sebesar 77,5% dengan kategori valid untuk ahli Bahasa Indonesia, kemudian validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 100% yang artinya sangat baik dan valid, selanjutnya hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 97,5% yang artinya juga sangat baik dan valid, dari tiga validator diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 91,66% yang artinya produk valid. Selanjutnya hasil uji coba produk untuk one to one diperoleh skor sebesar 98,33%, artinya produk sangat praktis, kemudian hasil uji coba small group memperoleh skor 99%, artinya sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan berada pada kategori valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan oleh siswa Paket C dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran khususnya pada pembelajaran keterampilan berbasis potensi lokal. Development of Local Potential-Based Animation Video Media in Learning Skills for Equivalent Education Package C Students Palembang City Abstract: The aim of this research is to develop learning media in the form of animated videos for learning skills based on the local potential of Package C students as seen from their validity and practicality. The type of this research is development research with the ADDIE development model with 5 (five) stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), but this research was carried out in only 4 (four) stages, namely up to implementation. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of developing learning media in the form of animated videos show a percentage of 77.5% with a valid category for Indonesian language experts, then material expert validation gets a score of 100%, which means very good and valid, then media expert validation results get a score of 97.5% which means it is also very good and valid, from the three validators an average score of 91.66% was obtained, which means the product is valid. Furthermore, the product trial results for one to one obtained a score of 98.33%, meaning the product was very practical, then the small group trial results obtained a score of 99%, meaning it was very practical. Based on these results, it can be said that the product produced is in the valid category and is very practical for use by Package C students to support the learning process, especially in learning skills based on local potential.
