Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation of housewives to take part in recitation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang, seen from two aspects of motivation, namely intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research data collection used observation, interview and documentation methods. The subjects in this research were the recitation congregation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. The qualitative approach used was to collect data about the motivation of housewives to attend recitation regularly at Darrurahmah Ta’lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang, while descriptive research was used to interpret the results of research that the author had conducted with informants regarding the motivation of housewives to attend recitation regularly. at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The data analysis process in this research was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. This research found that there are two aspects that encourage housewives to take part in recitation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, namely intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. There are two intrinsic indicators, namely achievement and progress in life level, and there are two extrinsic indicators, namely relationships between people and environmental conditions. However, there are no indicators of recognition for the intrinsic aspect and indicators of reward for the extrinsic aspect of housewives attending recitation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. The results of this research are in line with the two-factor motivation theory proposed by Herzberg, namely the intrinsic aspect consisting of indicators of achievement, recognition and progress in life level. Extrinsic aspects consist of indicators of relationships between people, rewards, and environmental conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between study time management and learning outcomes of class XI students in the Package C program at SPNF SKB Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. The population and sample of the study amounted to 50 class XI Package C students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. The results showed that study time management was in the high category, while learning outcomes were in the good category. The results of the correlation test showed a significant positive relationship with a moderate level (r = 0.403; p < 0.05). This indicates that the better the study time management, the better the student learning outcomes, although it is not the only influencing factor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan kelompok tani dalam memberdayakan masyarakat petani padi di Desa Rasuan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 13 informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kelompok tani dalam pemberdayaan petani padi telah terlihat pada tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, peningkatan kapasitas petani, serta penyediaan sarana produksi. Kelompok tani berperan sebagai wadah pembelajaran, kerja sama, dan penguatan kapasitas anggota dalam mengelola usaha tani padi. Selain itu, kelompok tani juga membantu petani dalam memperoleh akses terhadap sarana produksi seperti benih, pupuk, pestisida, dan alat pertanian. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan pemberdayaan belum berjalan optimal karena evaluasi kegiatan masih bersifat sederhana dan belum terstruktur secara sistematis, serta partisipasi anggota dalam peningkatan kapasitas belum merata. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan pada aspek evaluasi dan peningkatan partisipasi anggota agar proses pemberdayaan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
