Abstract

officers' limitations in their analysis of data at the population and civil registry service in Bandung. The majority of these issues are brought on by the apparatus's lack of knowledge and skill as well as the sparse availability of computers. The sub-district office does not have adequate data storage, and data management and display are not supported by technology. Implementation strategy using coaching and training. The instruction offered takes the form of fundamental knowledge on how to show district population data using Smart PLS. Its operations include instruction and support for using the Smart PLS application in the Cipadung Village to present and process data. To determine how well the trainees understood how to use the Smart PLS program, interviews and questionnaires were administered as part of the service. The customer assistance team provides clear and comprehensive explanations of the data display. The use of this Smart PLS software aids Kelurahan staff in comprehending and processing data. It is beneficial to sub-district authorities in their work with the taught apps.

Abstract

Perdagangan maritim merupakan pilar utama ekonomi global, dengan lebih dari 90% perdagangan internasional dilakukan melalui jalur laut. Industri ini menghadapi tantangan seperti digitalisasi, keberlanjutan, dan perubahan geopolitik, sementara menawarkan peluang untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari prinsip-prinsip perdagangan maritim dan dampak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi global, menyelidiki hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi global dan perdagangan maritim, serta untuk menemukan elemen yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dan keberlanjutan pada berbagai sektor. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan tinjauan literatur sistematis berdasarkan pendekatan PRISMA. Kata kunci seperti perdagangan maritim, ekonomi global, dan jaringan maritim digunakan untuk menganalisis 25 jurnal yang dipilih. VOSviewer digunakan untuk mengolah data untuk memetakan tren penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah, investasi dalam infrastruktur pelabuhan, dan digitalisasi mendorong perdagangan maritim menjadi lebih efisien. Selain itu, masalah keberlanjutan seperti dekarbonisasi menjadi perhatian utama penelitian baru-baru ini. Negara-negara dengan banyak laut, seperti Singapura dan China, mengalami pertumbuhan ekonomi yang luar biasa. Kesimpulan, meskipun perdagangan maritim membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi global, tetapi membutuhkan kebijakan dan pendekatan yang berkelanjutan untuk mendukung kemajuan teknologi. Untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan dan meningkatkan efisiensi logistik semua pemangku kepentingan harus bekerja sama, investasi dalam infrastruktur pelabuhan dan teknologi hijau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dinamika arus kas dalam industri pelayaran Indonesia dengan fokus pada faktor biaya operasional, aliran pendapatan, dan strategi investasi. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur sistematis dan analisis data empiris dari perusahaan pelayaran, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana struktur biaya operasional dan pola pendapatan mempengaruhi kesehatan arus kas serta kelangsungan bisnis pelayaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi biaya operasional, diversifikasi pendapatan, dan penerapan strategi investasi berbasis analisis keuangan sangat menentukan stabilitas arus kas. Perusahaan yang mampu mengintegrasikan strategi keuangan secara adaptif terbukti memiliki ketahanan lebih baik terhadap perubahan pasar dan tantangan global. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara pengelolaan arus kas, inovasi efisiensi biaya, dan penguatan strategi investasi menjadi kunci utama bagi keberlanjutan dan daya saing industri pelayaran nasional.

Abstract

The professionalism of educators in the management of kindergarten education is a fundamental factor in guaranteeing the quality of early childhood education services. This study aims to analyze the concepts, dimensions, and challenges of kindergarten teacher professionalism through a literature review of relevant national and international journals, books, and research reports. The findings of the review indicate that the professionalism of kindergarten teachers is proven to be highly determinant of the quality of early childhood learning and is influenced by pedagogical competence, academic supervision, and school principal management. Suboptimal supervision and weak evaluation of training are the main obstacles to improving teacher performance. Competence development is proven to have a positive impact, but it is not yet evenly distributed due to limitations in facilities, experience, and access to learning. Furthermore, internal and external factors such as motivation, administrative burden, and working conditions significantly affect the teachers' sustained professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of special freight transportation in supporting local industry development in Kendari City. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving 15 informants from special terminal managers, local industry players, local government, and freight transport entrepreneurs. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the existence of special terminals (TERSUS), supported by adequate road infrastructure and the application of modern technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), significantly accelerates the distribution process, reduces logistics costs, and increases the competitiveness of local products. Local government policies that support infrastructure and efficient operational cost management also contribute to the success of the special freight transportation system. The main constraints found include uneven road conditions and technological limitations on the transport fleet. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the relationship between specialized freight transportation and local industry development in medium-sized cities, and provides recommendations for the development of more sustainable transportation policies and technologies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of shipping market organizations in improving the competitiveness of maritime transportation in Kendari City, with a focus on adaptive strategies implemented to address the challenges of globalization and environmental regulations. The research approach uses a qualitative case study method, with data collection through semi-structured interviews with key players in the shipping market and analysis of supporting documents. Data were analyzed using thematic techniques to identify patterns and strategic themes contributing to enhanced competitiveness. Key findings indicate that coordination among market actors through regular forums, adoption of digital technology in fleet management, and adaptation to carbon emission regulations are effective key strategies. Additionally, this study highlights the importance of infrastructure development and human resource capacity as enablers of these strategies' success. The research results expand the literature by providing a contextual perspective on the adaptation of shipping market organizations in developing medium-sized ports. In conclusion, shipping market organizations in Kendari play a significant role in managing market dynamics and supporting the sustainability of maritime transportation. This study suggests strengthening coordination mechanisms and accelerating digitalization as future development priorities. Recommendations for future research include the use of broader quantitative methods to objectively measure the impact of the strategy.
