Abstract

The shift in Indonesia’s national curriculum demands a stronger emphasis on character education aligned with the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. The Independent Curriculum, initiated by Nadiem Makarim, offers flexibility and student-centered learning, aiming to nurture students’ potential and interests while fostering character development. This study aims to: (1) Identify the implementation of Independent Curriculum management in SMAIT schools across Cicalengka District; (2) Describe the formation of Pancasila Student Profile character traits among students; and (3) Analyze the influence of curriculum management on character development. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto method was employed. The sample consisted of 30 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25, including validity and reliability testing, simple linear regression, and t-test. The findings show: (1) Independent Curriculum management is categorized as high, with an average score of 3.42; (2) Character formation of students aligns with Pancasila values, also in the high category with an average score of 3.45; and (3) Curriculum management has a significant influence of 41% on character development, with a t-value of 4.408 > t-table 1.65 and significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. It is concluded that the management of the Independent Curriculum has a positive and significant effect on the formation of students' Pancasila-based character traits.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the honest character of students based on the thoughts of Al Ghazali and Said Hawa. This research approach is quantitative with the descriptive method of comparative technique using a questionnaire instrument, study documentation, and observation. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and reliability and validity test analysis techniques. Based on the results of quantitative research through reliability and validity tests, we obtained that the honest character data of students were in the reasonably honest category. There was a need for more profound, honest character development in the oral and determination aspects.

Abstract

Pengelolaan lembaga dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik, di antaranya dalam bidang pemasaran sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui kualitas yang ditawarkan dari jasa pendidikan. Penelitian ini, bersifat deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kabupaten Bandung dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 94 orang yang ditarik sampelnya dari 2 madrasah; MAN 1 Kabupaten Bandung dan Man 2 Kabupaten Bandung. Kemudian teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji analisis persial perindikator, uji prasyarat (uji normalutas dan liniearitas), serta uji korelasi. Secara keseluruhan implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan berbasis media social terdapat korelasi atau hubungan dengan peningkatan peserta didik, hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,761. Terdapat pada kekuatan yang tinggi, karna termasuk pada interval antara 0,61 – 0,80. Hasil uji pengaruh diperoleh diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,579 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Manajemen Pemasaran Berbasis Media Sosial hubungannya dengan Peningkatan Peserta Didik adalh sebesar 57.9%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media sosial bukan sekadar alat komunikasi, tetapi juga merupakan instrumen strategis dalam pemasaran pendidikan yang efektif, murah, dan berdampak luas.

Abstract

The library's progress is very dependent on the quality of human resources. This article aims to describe the competence of librarians at Islamic religious universities throughout the city of Bandung, digital-based library management at Islamic religious universities throughout the city of Bandung, and the relationship between the competence of librarians and digital-based libraries management at Islamic Religious Colleges in the City of Bandung. The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational method using a quantitative approach. This study used a saturated sampling method were all 31 samples. From the results of the study, it was concluded that: (a) The competence of librarians is included in the excellent category because it is in the interval range of 2.60 – 3.39 with a value of 3.34 (enough category); (b) Digital-based library management is included in the good category because it is in the interval range of 2.60 – 3.39 with a value of 3.25 (enough category); and (c) The relationship between librarian competence and digital-based library management has a relationship of 0.796, with the coefficient value falling into the 0.06 - 0.799 category, which means that there is a strong relationship. In addition to the professional competence of librarians, to realize digital library management, they need technological literacy. The implementation of a digital library can be a means of supporting the progress of the quality of graduates in the global era.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many transformations and adjustments to our daily activities, including the learning process. Counseling guidance service is a supporting element in the learning process. Teenagers, especially students during the Covid-19 pandemic, face many psychological problems, which result in the need for assistance to help alleviate their problems. One of the forms of assistance is by providing guidance and counseling services. This study aims to understand and identify the management of guidance and counseling services based on cybercounseling in the new normal. The research applies a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and the type of research is library research. The technique for collecting data is to study various reference sources or literature studies related to cybercounseling. The study results stated that the management process for guidance and counseling services based on cybercounseling was the same as the face-to-face counseling process, only that it was necessary to pay attention to the preparation of the equipment used. The advantage of this service is that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime based on mutual agreement. In comparison, the weakness is that students who have never attended counseling before have difficulties developing and predicting appropriate intervention techniques.
