Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to examine and elucidate how consumer behavior is impacted by financial literacy, lifestyle, and electronic money. Case Study of Management Students at the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020-2022. A sample of one hundred respondents was selected using random sampling methods from the Slovin formula for this study. This study used multiple linear regression analysis as a quantitative data analysis tool. Partial hypothesis testing is done using the data. The study's findings indicate that, to a lesser extent, the Lifestyle variable and the Financial Literacy variable have a significant impact on the purchase behavior of students enrolled in the Management study program at the Islamic University of Malang. Malang, the Lifestyle variable has a significant influence on the Consumptive Behavior of Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Islamic University of Malang, and Electronic Money has a significant influence on the Consumptive Behavior of Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Malang. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Product Price and Packaging on the Buying Interest of Home Industry Consumers in Home Industry Food Industry consumers in Ketanggung Village, Sudimoro District, Pacitan Regency. The sample used in this study was 65 respondents obtained from the Malhotra formula. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously Price and Product Packaging have an effect on the buying Interest of Home Consumers in the Food Industry in Ketanggung Village, the Price variable has a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Home Consumers in the Food Industry in Ketanggung Village, and Product Packaging has a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Home Consumers in the Food Industry in Ketanggung Village. Keywords: Price, Product Packaging, Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract Current industrial development is very dependent on company efficiency and utilizing developments in digital technology for business growth and development. These business developments can also be accessed by the public via the website provided. Quantitative analysis methods are modern business and scientific research. Quantitative research methods use quantitative methods that utilize information, namely research methods that are based on positivistic (concrete data), research data in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool. Social Media and Celebrity Endorsers have a simultaneous influence on student product purchasing decisions. Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. Abstract

Abstract Shopee Food is an application that provides food delivery services with a wide selection of food and drinks online using only a smartphone. The purpose of this study was to determine whether promotions, product reviews, and payment methods influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee Food application. This type of research is explanatory research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were users of the Shopee Food application in Malang City. The number of samples used was 96 respondents who were determined using the Lameshow formula. The results showed that promotion has a positive effect and has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product reviews have a positive effect and have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And the Payment Method has a negative effect and has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Product Review, Payment Method, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In order to escalate customers’ purchase decision, utilizing the appropriate digital marketing strategy as well as maintaining the product’s quality could affect consumers’ purchase decision. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and product quality on consumers' purchase decisions on Hey Jack Original Coffee products in Merjosari village, Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang City. 100 respondents were chose as the sample using Malhotra formula with a purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is also used to anaylize the data. The result showed that the effort on utilizing the digital marketing strategy and maintaining the produc quality done by Hey Jack Original Coffee positively and significantly affects its consumers’ purchase decision. Furthermore, suggestion for other businesses is to put more focus on the use of social media in promoting their products in the form of digital marketing and always maintain the quality of their products to avoid disappointing the buyers. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategy and consumer satisfaction on McDonald's consumer loyalty in Malang City. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sampling was carried out on McDonald's fast food consumers in Malang City using the Malhotra formula so that the sample obtained in this study was 50 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. To obtain data, this research used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that marketing strategy and consumer satisfaction have a significant positive effect simultaneously on McDonald's consumer loyalty in Malang City. Furthermore, marketing strategy and consumer satisfaction partially have a significant positive effect on McDonald's consumer loyalty in Malang City. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of promotion, price and service quality on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable for Indihome customers in Malang City (empirical study at the Blimbing housing complex, Malang City). The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variables and their influence between one variable and another variable, and the data source used is primary data by distributing Linkert scale questionnaires to Indihome customers in Malang City. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 100 respondents. The results of this research are that the promotion, price and service quality variables have a direct influence on consumer trust, the promotion, price and service quality variables have a direct influence on purchasing decisions, the consumer trust variable directly influences purchasing decisions, and the promotion, price and service quality variables have no influence. directly on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as the main factor, the intervening variable. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions and Customer Trust

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "The Influence of Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Tasya Farasya Approved Logo Claims on the Decision to Purchase Skintific Products in Generation Z in Sidoarjo District". The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research sample was taken using a multistage random sampling technique, which is a sampling method in which the population in a large area is divided into several smaller areas with clear boundaries. The sample calculation uses the Lemeshow formula, namely with a total sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the results of the t test (partial) on brand trust, brand image and social media influencers partially influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the research results show that the results of the F test (simultaneous) on brand trust, brand image and social media influencers simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keyword : Brand Trust, Brand Image, Social Media Influencers and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of talent management and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of production employees, with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results indicate that talent management and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, both variables also show a significant impact on employee performance. The regression model used explains 69.3% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 30.7% is explained by other variables outside this study. Keywords: Talent Management, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of price, influencer marketing and TikTok live streaming on the purchase decision of Avoskin's local skincare products. This study was conducted on the community of Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang city. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents obtained through the Hair formula, with a sample withdrawal method using purposive sampling. The results of this study show that: (1) Together, price, influencer marketing and TikTok live streamig have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Avoskin's local skincare products. (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Avoskin local skincare products. (3) Influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Avoskin's local skincare products. (4) TikTok live streaming has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Avoskin's local skincare products. Keywords: Price, Influencer Marketing, TikTok Live Streaming, Purchase Decision
