Abstract

AbstractThe pandemic of Severe Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) that also known as COVID19 has brought a lot of losses, in terms of morbidity due to exposure to the virus and mortality, and the spread are so fast including at Bekasi Regency. The triangle of disaster management is the existence of government regulation, community participation and business involvement. The participation of health community representing the business involvement. To accelerate the response for this pandemic, the government makes policies and rules ranging from laws, regulations from Ministry of Health of Republic Indonesia to standard operating procedures that imposed by hospital and public health center. This research took data at Bekasi Regency West Java with qualitative data collection methods and an analytical descriptive research design. The data collection methods were in the form of in-depth interviews form stakeholders including confirm COVID-19 patients who had discharged form RSSM Hospital. The respondents from hospital were hospital director, nurses, and hospital administrators. The respondents from public health centre were surveillance officers. The patients with coronavirus including post-hospitalization and those who underwent self-isolation were confirmed by medical record from hospital. The result showed that monitoring of self-isolation cases was only for new cases found by the public health center, or we called Puskesmas but not post-hospitalized patients who were sent home to continue treatment at home.Keywords: Community participation; Discharge planning; Health policy; Role of health workers; Self-isolation

Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) is a government program that aims to ensure that all people can be healthy, productive, and prosperous. Compliance with paying contributions on time every month is the obligation of every JKN participant. The more participants who are in arrears of contributions can result in a large burden of health costs borne by BPJS for operations and the return of benefits to beneficiary participants. This can result in a deficit in the BPJS budget and the cross-subsidy scheme or the cooperation principle of the JKN program not working. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between age, education and income with adherence to paying JKN contributions for independent participants in Bekasi Regency. This type of quantitative research uses an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The variables in the study include the independent variables (age, education, income) and the dependent variable (compliance with paying JKN contributions). The population includes all people who live in Bekasi Regency. The total sample studied was 210 subjects. Determination of the sample using the rule of thumb method with purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis using the Spearman rank test showed that compliance with paying JKN contributions had a significant relationship with age (r=0.212; p=0.002), education (r=0.214; p=0.003), and income (r=0.156; p=0.023). Age, education, and income have been shown to have a statistically significant positive correlation with compliance with paying JKN contributions for  independent  participants  in  Bekasi  Regency.  The population includes all people who live in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

The clinic as one of the health services that plays an important role. Every health institution must be able to prepare the right strategy to attract patient interest, the quality of service is important in influencing patient interest. Based on the quality of health services is strongly influenced by the process of providing health services by health workers. This is because clinical health services have not been able to provide the services that patients really expect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on return visits of outpatients at Mitra Sehat KD. Waringin Clinic 2022. This research is a type of quantitative research with analytic observational design with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 92 people with a purposive sampling technique. The data source in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents through research questionnaires. Data were analyzed by chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the research were carried out using the chi-square test and logistic regression with a significance level of p (Sig) <0.05. The results obtained showed that the variable quality of service was related to return visits of outpatients at Mitra Sehat KD. Waringin Clinic. While the results of the logistic regression test showed that the factors of reliability, assurance and responsiveness had an effect on patient visits at Mitra Sehat KD. Waringin Clinic Year 2022. The conclusion from this study is that reliability most influences the return visit of outpatients. The suggestion in this study is to hold a training program in accordance with the needs of health workers to improve the competence and skills of workers so that effective services can be provided and provide opportunities for health workers, especially nurses, to continue their education to a higher level so that they can be more skilled in imparting their knowledge.

Abstract

Amanah Bunda Medika Clinic is a private clinic in Bekasi Regency, West Java, which provides health services such as midwifery, general polyclinic, and dental polyclinic. Based on interviews conducted with clinic owners, they have not yet conduct patient satisfaction survey. Therefore, it is important to consider collecting data regarding the perceptions of patients and their families, to find out how the public views the quality of health services provided by the Amanah Bunda Medika Clinic, especially in relation to the digital era in the health service sector. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of socioeconomic and demographic factors on patient perceptions of health service quality at Amanah Bunda Medika Clinic in the digital era. The method used is mixed methods. Quantitative research was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The subjects of this research are Amanah Bunda Medika Clinic patients. Qualitative research was carried out through in-depth interviews with the healthcare provider of Amanah Bunda Medika Clinic. The results of bivariate analysis showed that the factors of profession and family income did not have a significant relationship with the patient's perception of health service quality with p-value > 0.05, while the factors of age, gender and level of education were significantly related to the patient's perception of health service quality with p-value < 0.05. In the multivariate analysis stage, the most influential factor is age, with odd ratio value of 4.203, which means the older the respondent, the bigger the chance of having a very good perception of health service quality, while the factors of gender and education level had a negative relationship with odd ratio value less than 1, which means that women have a lower perception of health service quality than men, and patients with higher education have lower perception of health service quality than patients with primary – secondary education. The results of interviews with the healthcare provider indicated that patients were unfamiliar with the concept of patient perception surveys, and this could be overcome by socializing the benefits of surveys to improve service quality.

Abstract

Klinik Mitra Sehat KD. Waringin ditemukan permasalahan belum tersusunnya dokumen-dokumen klinik dengan baik sebagai arah persiapan akreditasi klinik pratama. Tujuan mempersiapakan klinik dalam menghadapi akreditasi. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu memberikan workshop persiapan akreditasi klinik pratama dan monitoring evaluasi (assessment) dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test kepada pihak Klinik Mitra Sehat KD. Waringin yang terdiri dari pemilik klinik, pimpinan, pegawai administrasi klinik, serta tenaga medis yang berpraktik di klinik. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebelum dilakukan workshop dari 18 responden memiliki hasil pre test pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan data khususnya pada penyusunan dokumen akreditasi klinik, tata naskah penulisan dokumen dan pengendalian dokumen di Klinik Mitra Sehat KD. Waringin dalam kategori cukup 57,2 %, sesudah dilakukan workshop persiapan akreditasi klinik pratama maka hasil post test dari 18 responden terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan atau pemahaman sebanyak 94,2%. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan atau pemahaman sebesar 36,9%. Hasil dari adalah peningkatan dalam penyusunan dokumen akreditasi Klinik, Tata naskah penulisan dokumen dan pengendalian dokumen

Abstract

ABSTRAKKejadian bencana di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 menurut data BNPB sebanyak 3.522 bencana alam yang berpotensi mengakibatkan adanya pengungsi.Pengungsian merupakan tempat berkumpulnya manusia dalam jumlah banyak namun seringkali tidak dapat didukung dengan fasilitas yang memadai dalam jangka waktu cepat karena situasi darurat bencana. Kumpulan manusia dari berbagai wilayah dengan berbagai latar belakang riwayat penyakit serta hadirnya para pekerja penanggulangan bencana dari berbagai daerah dapat meningkatkan resiko penyebaran penyakit. Untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit dan penyebaran infeksi maka perlu ditingkatkan edukasi atau pemahaman tentang langkah  pencegahannya.Dari hasil penelitian pengabdi diketahui bahwa belum semua relawan (non medis) memahami tentang manajemen pencegahan penyakit dan pencegahan infeksi. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya pelatihan sejenis yang diadakan secara gratis. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dari para relawan penanggulangan (non medis) dan  meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap penularan penyakit dan infeksi bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain . Pada Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan metode diskusi dan seminar yang dilaksankan secara hybrid. Pada akhir kegiatan dilaksanakan evaluasi terhadap pemahaman manajemen PPI Dari hasil pre-test sebanyak 36 orang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 63 dan sebanyak 60 orang rata-rata mendapatkan nilai 48.Setelah mengikuti workshop hasil post-test peserta sebanyak 18 orang yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 58 dan 78 orang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 82. Kata kunci: .penyakit menular; petugas di bencana; pencegahan infeksi. ABSTRACTAccording of BNPB data, there are 3.522 natural disaster ini Indonesia during 2022. The natural disasters resulting “disaster survival” which have to  stayed in shelter. The large number of disaster survival in one place without supported with adequate facilities in a short time due to a disaster emergency situation. Many people from various regions with various background and disease histories including the presence of disaster management worker can increase the risk of spreading disease.To prevent spreading disease and infection all people in disaster site has to understand how to do that, and it can be initiated by the disaster management officer. From the results of the volunteers’s research known that not all volunteers (non-medical) have the understanding for disease and infection prevention management.During this time there is an absence of similar training which is held free of charge. The purpose of this event is to increase the understanding about the prevention and awareness of disease transmission and infection the non-medical volunteer for disaster management. To finding out about how the training going well, there are pre-test and post-test and certificate to all participants. The result of this community service activity is the understanding the participant are increase about the prevention and awareness of disease transmission and infection in disaster area. The pre-test result shown that 36 respondent approximately 63 point and 60 respondent got 48 points, but at the end of training the result shown 78 respondents got 82 points and 18 respondents got 58 point. Keywords: communicable diseases; disaster; disaster officer; infection prevention

Abstract

Angka kematian ibu yang masih tinggi serta adanya angka kematian anak dapat ditekan dengan upaya perbaikan pencatatan dan pelaporan di Posyandu sehingga bisa mendeteksi dini risiko kejadian yang mengarah kepada AKI. Kader merupakan pengelola Posyandu yang mempunyai kompetensi dasar untuk melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam mengumpulkan data kesehatan ibu dan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan edukasi untuk peningkatkan pengetahuan dengan diawali pretest dan diakhiri posttest untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari pertama. Selanjutnya pada hari kedua dilaksanakan pemaparan materi dan praktik membuat google form untuk mengumpulkan data KIA. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini terjadi peningkatan skor nilai rata-rata pengetahuan kader dari 30 (pretest) menjadi 73 (posttest). Untuk praktik membuat google form didapatkan hasil 90% kader mengerti dan bisa membuat google form, menyebarkan link dan melihat data yang sudah diisi. Kesimpulan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dengan metode edukasi dan para kader mengerti cara membuat google form.

Abstract

Keselamatan pasien adalah suatu sistem yang menjamin proses pelayanan pasien lebih aman, yang meliputi penilaian risiko, identifikasi dan pengelolaan hal yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan timbulnya risiko. Kejadian tidak diharapkan dalam pelayanan kesehatan bisa mengakibatkan cedera pada pasien, dapat berupa cedera ringan, cedera sedang, cedera berat, bahkan kematian. Kader kesehatan merupakan mitra petugas kesehatan yang memiliki kontribusi dalam suatu wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, para kader kesehatan harus memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dalam pelayanan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah yang terkait dengan keselamatan pasien.  Sebagai solusi permasalahan, maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diadakan untuk kader kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cikarang, meliputi topik pelatihan mengenali faktor bahaya dan faktor risiko di tempat kerja, serta menciptakan budaya aman saat melayani masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil skor pre-test dan post-test, serta tingginya antusiasme kader saat mengikuti pelatihan, maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dinilai cukup berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan kader untuk mengenali faktor bahaya dan faktor risiko, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya kejadian tidak diharapkan saat melayani masyarakat.

Abstract

Puskesmas Cikarang yang memiliki wilayah kerja pada tiga desa Siaga Bencana yaitu Desa Cikarang, Desa Karang Baru dan Desa Karang Bahagia dan perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan kapasitas kader sebagai bagian dari Pembangunan pada sektor kesehatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan melatih kader puskesmas Cikarang. Pelatihan ini dilakukan selama dua hari yang meliputi upaya peningkatan kapasitas 20 orang Kader kesehatan yang berasal dari tiga desa siaga dengan materi kader kesehatan tanggung bencana dan bantuan hidup dasar. Hasil dari pengabdian ini dari 19 kader mendapatkan nilai ? 50 untuk pre-test “kader kesehatan Tangguh bencana dan hanya satu orang mendapatkan nilai 60, setelah mendapatkan pelatihan hasi post-test menjadi 3 orang mendapatkan nilai 100, sebanyak 15 kader mendapatkan nilai 90 serta 2 orang dengan nilai 80. Untuk materi bantuan hidup dasar pada saat pre-test terdapat ? 50 adalah 1 orang dan sebanyak 19 kader lagi mendapatkan nilai di bawah nilai 40, namun setelah mendapatkan materi bahkan mengikuti Latihan praktek 6 kader mendapatkan nilai 80, 11 kader mendapatkan nilai 90 dan 3 kader mendapatkan nilai 100.
