Abstract

ABSTRACT In 2014, Kunti Bhakti LSM contributed a role to improve women's representation in the legislative position. However, the level of representation of women in the legislature of Tabanan Regency in Legislative Elections in 2014 did not reach 30%. The purpose of this thesis is to know how the obstacles of Kunti Bhakti LSM in improving women representation in the legislative position of Tabanan Regency in 2014. The theories that used in this research are liberal Feminist theory and Postfeminist theory. The researcher used qualitative method. Based on the result of the reseach, there is non-governmental organization in the legislative election of 2014 that contributed a role to improve women's representation in the legislative position of Tabanan Regency, namely Kunti Bhakti LSM. The efforts that have been made by Kunti Bhakti LSM is to have become a KPU relation and provided the capacity building for women legislative candidates. However, these efforts were experiencing some obstacles, the first is the internal factors derived from the Kunti Bhakti LSM that is still difficult to awaken women to take a part of the political. The second comes from external factors in which the obstacles of political parties where political parties tend to nominate men than women, because there is still a patriarchal culture in Tabanan regency, the cost candidates, the lack of women's understanding of politics, the potential women and the difficulty in getting permission from the family. Abstract

The sustainability of the localization business in the Sanur area is an interesting thing in this study by explaining the power of the political elite in the existence of the localization business "Danau Tempe". The theory that the JURNAL WIauthor uses is Barbara Harris White's shadow state theory and Joel S. Migdal's local strongman theory. This result is to explain the power of the political elite in the existence of the localization business of "Danau Tempe." Second, the involvement of the political elite in the localization business of "Danau Tempe". Third, political elites who play a dual role are transformed into a shadow state, namely the founder and supervisor of the United Sanur Youth Association. Abstract

This study aims to determine factors that can explain Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba's support for Koster-Ace in the Bali Governor Election 2018. Furthermore, the research is framed using Rational Choice theory of James S. Coleman and Social Capital theory from Robert D. Putnam. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with primary and secondary data, because it describes factors that led to provision of support by Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba in the Bali Governor Election 2018. The results of this study are: first, there is a rational choice from Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba who has calculated profits and losses to achieve the desired goals in supporting Koster-Ace. Second, social capital in the form of longstanding friendships between Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba and Tjok Ace is another factor in providing support in the Bali Governor Election 2018. Abstract

This study seeks to find out how the role of Sanur Bersatu Transport in the emergence of online transportation pararem in Sanur area. This study uses Castells' theory of identity politics and Caporaso's political economy theory with qualitative research. The results of this study are in interviews with resource persons, authors find namely the role of Sanur Bersatu Transport in the emergence of pararem. The existence of online transportation in the community makes conventional transportation less attractive and feels excluded. Departing from this, Sanur Bersatu Transport also bring up a policy in their environment that is intended for online transportation. The pararem is intended for the benefit of the Sanur community, especially for Sanur residents who work as conventional transportation drivers and are members of the Sanur Bersatu Transport. The existence of pararem regarding online transportation in the Sanur area is an application of Identity Politics and Political Economy. Abstract

This study examines the rejection and resistance movements carried out by religious-based groups against the application of halal tourism in Sembalun Lawang Village, East Lombok in the period 2018 to 2021. The theory used in this study is the resistance theory of James C. Scott and the theory of Islamic populism Vedi R. Hadiz. The results of this study indicate that the form of hidden transcripts carried out by pro-tourism groups and contra-tourism groups both depart from sentiment towards other groups, which then creates gossip and becomes an internal discourse in each group. Then Saturnalia, which became a connecting factor for the emergence of conflict, was the 2018 earthquake. Then the public transcript of the two groups was in the form of open conflict, destruction and closing of tourism destinations. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between PKS and Bambang Santoso with mass mobilization through Mudjiono in the Legislative Election 2019. This study uses the Modular Parties theory by Novaes to see brokers as free agents who can mobilize their voter linkages because they receive more profitable proposals. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using primary data and secondary data because the topic is complex and closely related to social interaction. The results of this study are: first, when there is a conflict within the PKS, the relationship that exists between the PKS and Mudjiono is no longer mutually beneficial, so Mudjiono chooses to leave and has a detrimental impact on the PKS. Second, Mudjiono's relationship with Bambang Santoso is mutually beneficial because Bambang Santoso gets votes from Mudjiono's voter network, while for Mudjiono, the closer he is to power, the stronger his position as a broker. Abstract

This study describe the role of the state shifted to privatization in Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Hospital in 2016-2020. This problem is related to the role of the state as someone in charge of health insurance. This study uses theory of Privatization according to Savas, which focuses on reducing the role of the state and increasing the role of the private sector. The method and type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the role of the state as a health service provider has been implemented by BPJS Kesehatan. BLUD regulation has changed from a traditional to semi-private, however the changed has not been able to carried out by the Hospital because they still need APBD funds from the government. There’s also a problem with the availability of medicine in the hospital and the patient of BPJS Kesehatan must buy medicine outside the hospital. Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Pkpu No. 6 of 2020 in the Implementation of the 2020 Regional Head Election (Case Study: KPU Badung Regency)". The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of PKPU No. 6 of 2020 on the implementation of the 2020 Badung district election. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with Implementation Theory according to Merilee S. Grindle that the success of a public policy implementation according to Grindle, which consists of Content of Policy and Context of Policy. The results showed the implementation of PKPU No. 6 of 2020 had a lot of influence on the political climate, especially in Badung Regency. The implementation of PKPU No. 6 of 2020 according to Merilee S. Grindle's theory in the 2020 elections in Badung Regency has been implemented in accordance with the objectives of running democracy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The Narcotics Law in Indonesia is currently in a position to discuss the revised discourse, which in the process requires various institutional supports. In the process, there are various kinds of regulations that are needed to realize the revision of the law itself, one of which is the role of the executive and legislature in making and discussing the text of the law so that it is necessary to create a thorough integrity of the relevant agencies. Not only that, in the drafting or process of discussing laws, elements of society from various backgrounds have their own roles in the discussion of laws, as is the case in the RDP agenda or hearings held by the DPR RI for certain commissions.. Abstract

Tribal equations are often used by legislative candidates to advance at the election as a campaign strategy to be a chance of victory. As a frame,the theory that author used in this research is Sociological Theory by Chicago Madhhab. The research methodology in this research is using descriptive quantitative research method. The findings of the research obtained were the highest number of cross-tabulation of respondent's tribe with the respondent's choice of 59 Caniago clan selected Gusmal and Yulfadri Nurdin, and the second highest of 50 Malay tribesmen chose Gusmal and Yulfadri Nurdin, where Gusmal was with Caniago and Yulfadri Nurdin has Malay tribe. Based on data, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of primordialism bonds on the behavior of voters choosing a beginner at pilkada simultaneously in Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency, West Sumatera in 2015.
