The problem faced by partners is that lecturers at STIE MBI still have minimal skills in making learning videos, so the solution offered is to provide training in making learning videos that are relatively easy to train through the Canva application. The service implementation method used is training using an introduction, training, evaluation and feedback approach. The results of community service carried out showed that participants had a good understanding of the elements interesting learning videos, increased skills in using ICT in the learning process, and mastery in using the Canva platform as a medium for making learning videos. The success of the implementation of the activities was also shown by the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the training activities, seen from the active involvement of the participants in asking questions, discussing, and practicing.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of information quality and service quality on customer satisfaction, with customer experience serving as a mediating variable within the context of artificial intelligence (AI)-based digital services. As Jakarta continues to evolve as a digital economic hub, the integration of AI into customer interactions has become crucial, yet it presents challenges regarding information accuracy and user trust. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method conducted among 350 university students in Jakarta who are active users of AI-driven digital platforms. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that both information quality and service quality have a significant positive influence on customer experience. Empirical results confirm that customer experience acts as a significant mediator in the relationship between the independent variables and customer satisfaction. The research model yielded an R-square value of 0.64 for customer satisfaction, demonstrating strong predictive power. These results emphasize that providing accurate information and responsive service is essential for creating a satisfying digital experience in the AI era. Practical implications suggest that digital service providers must prioritize the quality of automated system interactions to build sustainable relationships with consumers.

Abstract

The insufficient feedback in business correspondence education at the higher education level necessitates innovation in adaptive and responsive learning resources. This study seeks to create and evaluate the efficacy of an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven correspondence learning assistant (CORLA) to enhance students' correspondence abilities. The study employs a research and development (R&D) methodology by utilizing the Dick and Carey model, which has ten phases of instructional development. The participants in the study were students enrolled in Digital Office Administration Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Data were gathered by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and assessments (pre-test and post-test), and evaluated by three experts in materials, learning design, and media. The findings indicated that CORLA demonstrates a significant degree of feasibility, practicality, and efficacy. CORLA's advanced features encompass AI-driven automatic feedback, letter composition simulation, learning progress monitoring, discussion forums, and an intuitive user interface (UI). This study advances the creation of an effective and practical AI-based learning media model tailored to the requirements of teaching business correspondence abilities in higher education.
