Abstract

Abstract Learning situations that are usually done face-to-face and in class now have to be done from home and done through the media, as a result of the pandemic. The problem faced by partners is that lecturers at STIE MBI still have minimal skills in making learning videos, so the solution offered is to provide training in making learning videos that are relatively easy to train through the Canva application. The service implementation method used is training using an introduction, training, evaluation and feedback approach. The results of community service carried out showed that participants had a good understanding of the elements interesting learning videos, increased skills in using ICT in the learning process, and mastery in using the Canva platform as a medium for making learning videos. The success of the implementation of the activities was also shown by the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the training activities, seen from the active involvement of the participants in asking questions, discussing, and practicing. Abstrak Situasi belajar yang biasanya dilakukan melalui tatap muka dan dilakukan dikelas kini harus dilakukan dari rumah masing masing dan dilakukan melalui media, sebagai dampak hadirnya pandemi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yakni para dosen di STIE MBI, masih memiliki kemampuan yang minim dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran, sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran yang relatif mudah dilatihkan yakni melalui aplikasi Canva. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengenalan, pelatihan, evaluasi serta pemberian umpan balik. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan peserta mendapatkan pemahaman yang baik terkait dengan unsur-unsur video pembelajaran yang menarik, peningkatan keterampilan dalam pemanfaataan TIK dalam proses pembelajaran, dan penguasaan dalam memanfaatkan platform Canva sebagai media dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan juga ditunjukkan antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, dilihat dari keterlibatan secara aktif oleh peserta dalam bertanya, berdiskusi, dan praktik.

Abstract

The goal of this studies is to systematically evaluate and synthesize the present literature concerning transformational leadership and virtual management in current corporations. This look at pursuits to become aware of dominant themes, methodological developments, theoretical trends, and unresolved studies gaps inthe current literature to provide a complete understanding of how those leadership paradigms make contributions to organizational sustainability and effectiveness. The method employed is a qualitative-descriptive Systematic Literature assessment (SLR) technique presenting thematic analysis and qualitative synthesis strategies. The population sample of this look at accommodates a dedicated literature dataset including peer-reviewed journal articles, convention complaints, instructional evaluations, and conceptual research posted as much as 2026, which especially cognizance on management transformation, digital abilities, and enterprise 4.zero environments. The outcomes exhibit that digital and transformational leadership are an increasing number of interconnected strategic requirements that at once aid enterprise model innovation, organizational agility, and revolutionary paintings conduct. but, the synthesis also well-knownshows tremendous conceptual fragmentation, a lack of standardized operational metrics, and an urgent need for longitudinal research regarding follower reviews in virtual work systems.
