Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas layanan pendidikan di SMA Negeri 12 Sinjai berdasarkan lima dimensi Servqual: bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif evaluatif, data dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan angket terhadap 66 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas layanan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Dimensi keandalan, jaminan, dan empati menjadi keunggulan utama melalui implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka serta pendekatan guru yang humanis. Pemanfaatan WhatsApp efektif meningkatkan daya tanggap layanan informasi secara real-time. Namun, terdapat tantangan pada dimensi bukti fisik seperti keterbatasan ruang komputer, area parkir, dan kedisiplinan waktu guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penataan ulang sarana prasarana dan penguatan manajemen disiplin untuk mempertahankan mutu layanan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan bersifat kontekstual dan bergantung pada sinergi antara kompetensi pedagogik serta ketersediaan fasilitas penunjang. This study analyzes the educational service quality at SMA Negeri 12 Sinjai based on five Servqual dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Using a descriptive qualitative evaluative approach, data were gathered through observsation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires from 66 students. The findings indicate that the service quality is categorized as excellent. Reliability, assurance, and empathy emerge as primary strengths, driven by the Merdeka Curriculum implementation and humanistic teaching approaches. Furthermore, the use of WhatsApp effectively enhances real-time responsiveness. However, challenges persist in the tangible dimension, specifically regarding limited computer labs, parking areas, and teacher time discipline. This research recommends infrastructure reorganization and strengthened discipline management to maintain service standards. The results emphasize that educational service quality is highly contextual, depending on the synergy between pedagogical competence and supporting facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru di SD Negeri 46 Songing, Kabupaten Sinjai. Masalah utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya indikasi rendahnya kedisiplinan dan profesionalisme guru akibat kurangnya dorongan manajerial di wilayah terpencil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan empat strategi utama: pemberian penghargaan (reward), fasilitasi pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat), penciptaan kondisi kerja yang menyenangkan, serta pembinaan hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Motivasi kerja guru bersumber dari faktor intrinsik, yaitu visi untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kreatif dan mencetak generasi berkualitas. Namun, efektivitas strategi ini terhambat oleh keberagaman karakter guru, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, rendahnya dukungan masyarakat, serta kendala akses internet. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya kepemimpinan adaptif dan sinergi antara sekolah dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk mengatasi hambatan fasilitas demi optimalisasi kinerja pendidik.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan melalui Program Sekolah Penggerak menuntut manajemen kurikulum yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen kurikulum di SD Negeri 109 Cappagalung melalui perspektif fungsional POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen kurikulum terlaksana secara sistematis dan optimal. Pada tahap Planning, sekolah menyusun KOSP secara partisipatif. Tahap Organizing menerapkan prinsip shared leadership dan team-based management berbasis fase perkembangan siswa. Tahap Actuating diwujudkan melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan integrasi teknologi digital yang masif. Tahap Controlling dilakukan melalui evaluasi rutin berkala dengan pendekatan formatif dan sumatif sebagai basis perbaikan berkelanjutan (feedback loop). Keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini didorong oleh sinergi kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, budaya kolaboratif guru dalam komunitas belajar, serta pemanfaatan teknologi yang terencana. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran praktik terbaik (best practice) tata kelola kurikulum bagi institusi pendidikan dasar dalam ekosistem Sekolah Penggerak

Abstract

This study aims to describe how digital literacy contributes to improving the learning outcomes of Generation Alpha students at SDN 46 Songing. Generation Alpha (born around 2010 onwards) has grown up in a technology-rich environment; however, familiarity with digital devices does not necessarily indicate adequate digital literacy. In this study, digital literacy is defined as students’ ability to access, evaluate, and use digital information critically and responsibly. The research employed a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, structured interviews, and document analysis, including students’ academic score records, involving the principal, teachers, and students as informants. Data were analyzed inductively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with credibility ensured through technique and source triangulation. The findings show that digital literacy was implemented through digital presentations (PowerPoint/Canva), audio-visual media (Smart TV/YouTube), and educational quizzes/games (Quizizz, Baamboozle). These practices increased student engagement, supported concept visualization, and positively influenced learning outcomes, although implementation was constrained by limited infrastructure and the need for teacher training.

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is a fundamental element of teacher professionalism, particularly in efforts to improve the quality of learning in schools. In the context of 21st-century education, teachers are required to design student-centered, reflective, and adaptive learning environments oriented toward improving learning outcomes. This article aims to review various studies regarding the development of teachers' pedagogical competence through reflective practices and the implementation of lesson study. The method used is a systematic literature review, with articles sourced from Google Scholar, SINTA, DOAJ, and Garuda databases published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that reflection strengthens a teacher's ability to evaluate the teaching process, while lesson study provides a collaborative space to develop effective learning strategies. The primary findings demonstrate that the integration of both not only enhances the quality of lesson planning and implementation but also has implications for increasing student learning motivation, strengthening professional collaboration culture, and fostering sustainable pedagogical innovation. This study confirms that reflection and lesson study are powerful strategies for supporting the development of teachers' pedagogical competence and need to be implemented systematically in both formal education and professional teacher development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai sebagai sekolah Pusat Keunggulan. Fokus kajian meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan kunci kepala sekolah dan wakasek kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Perencanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui In House Training (IHT) dengan melibatkan industri untuk sinkronisasi kompetensi; 2) Pengorganisasian mencakup delegasi wewenang yang jelas dalam pembagian tugas dan jadwal blok; 3) Pelaksanaan menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan Project Based Learning (PjBL); 4) Evaluasi rutin melibatkan mitra industri untuk penjaminan mutu. Sinergi sekolah dan dunia kerja menjadi kunci keberhasilan transisi kurikulum, meskipun tantangan adaptasi teknologi pada guru senior tetap ada. Penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi digital pendidik secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan vokasi.

Abstract

This study examined the managerial innovations of the madrasah principal at MIS Miftahul Hasanah Muhammadiyah Songing to improve learning quality. Using a qualitative–descriptive design, data were gathered through interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis with source triangulation. The findings showed that managerial innovations were realised through collaborative work planning, effective communication, discipline modelling, and teacher capacity-building via Teachers’ Working Groups (KKG), training, facility provision, and follow-up supervisory coaching. However, challenges remained in optimizing instructional delivery and resource use, particularly due to limited ICT support. The study concluded that effective managerial leadership is crucial for aligning goals, enhancing teacher competence, and improving the learning environment. Sustaining gains requires more consistent implementation alongside targeted infrastructure support.

Abstract

The low literacy skills of Indonesian students present a national education challenge, which the government has responded to through the School Literacy Movement (GLS). This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the GLS implementation at Al Izzah Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Makassar using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research employs a qualitative case study method with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) Context: The program is highly relevant to the needs of students and the school’s vision; (2) Input: The readiness of resources is adequate, supported by innovative literacy facilities and integrated funding; (3) Process: The implementation is consistent with a 15-minute daily reading routine, although challenges such as the dominance of gadgets among students remain; (4) Product: The program effectively increases reading interest, fosters independent reading habits, and supports academic achievement. In conclusion, the GLS at Al Izzah Integrated Islamic Elementary School has been effective in creating a conducive literacy ecosystem. It is recommended to update the book collection and strengthen teacher mentoring to address student boredom

Abstract

This study examines the integration of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) into curriculum management in education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. It aims to map how TPACK is implemented at both classroom and curriculum levels, its impact on teaching quality and learning outcomes, and the remaining research gaps. Articles were sourced from Google Scholar (2020–2025) using keywords related to TPACK, its integration, and curriculum management, then selected based on relevance, peer‑reviewed status, and methodological quality. The findings show that TPACK is generally implemented through lesson plan/module design, the selection of digital media aligned with objectives and content, and student‑centered interactive learning activities. TPACK integration is reported to enhance engagement, learning outcomes, and higher‑order thinking skills, and to support scope and sequence mapping and technology‑based curriculum development. However, limited infrastructure, teacher training, policy support, and the scarcity of longitudinal studies in developing‑country contexts remain key obstacles, underscoring the need for further research and stronger TPACK‑based curriculum policies.
