Abstract

Today's humans are inseparable from the ability of a digital object including the world of education. Therefore, to keep up with the times, the knowledge and abilities of the people along with the support of government policies will be a factor in determining the extent of the ability to realize progress in digital literacy in Papua. This research is retrospective by using a qualitative approach to analyze the results of a study. The results of the study show that in realizing the advancement of digital literacy in education in Papua requires knowledge of human resources from the community as well as government policy support, knowledge is obtained from gradual learning education which must be realized with the support of government policies, but existing policies are not implemented optimally many obstacles and problems from within and outside the government. This is an obstacle in realizing the advancement of digital literacy in the world of education in Papua and Papua is considered to have not been able to fully realize digital literacy.

Abstract

Pembangunan desa bertajuk desa wisata, menjadi upaya pemerintah dalam tujuannya untuk mengembangkan sistem pariwisata desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera. Selain obyek wisata perbatasan Indonesia- Papua New Guinea, Distrik Muara Tami, Kota Jayapura memiliki beragam obyek wisata yang tersebar di kampung-kampung di perbatasan Indonesia-Papua New Guinea berupa kolam air panas, pantai dengan gelombang air laut yang tinggi, telaga pemancingan, konservasi penyu, dan destinasi lainnya. Namun, pengelolaan kawasan tersebut belum maksimal dengan fakta bahwa belum adanya aktivitas pariwisata yang mampu menarik wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung ke daerah tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf sadar wisata melalui penyuluhan serta pendampingan berupa pelatihan untuk membentuk masyarakat sadar wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah observasi, perencanaan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi akhir pencapaian. Kegiatan PkM diikuti oleh 25 peserta yang diwakili dari setiap kampung dengan kisaran umur sekitar 20-40 tahun. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat melalui pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata di wilayah Distrik Muara Tami. Meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui kemampuan pengelolaan wisata desa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berupa website untuk memasarkan destinasi dan menyusun pesan komunikasi wisata sebagai promosi obyek wisata.

Abstract

Indonesia has abundant natural wealth including tourism potential, most people in Indonesia whose regions have tourism potential have not been able to develop their tourism potential independently. Without realizing it, the current laws and regulations regarding tourism can be used as guidelines in developing tourism. This research is the basis for forming a guideline that can be used by the community to develop tourism potential independently. The research method used is systematic interpretation and legal reasoning by interpreting existing laws and regulations and then drawing conclusions about these regulations. The research results show that Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning tourism can be developed and used as a basic guideline in developing the tourism potential of a region independently by the community.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data that researchers obtained was based on the results of observations and interviews with informants. The results of the research show that the factors causing social religious conflict in Keerom Regency are social jealousy between indigenous communities towards immigrants in Papua (economic disparities, welfare, employment opportunities, etc.), regional election events, black campaigns containing SARA, egocentrism & personal/group aggressiveness in religion and religion. Differences in cultural value orientations and individual and group interests. Meanwhile, FKUB's steps for resolving conflict in Keerom Regency, namely FKUB, are strengthening consolidation and communication between various parties, including FORKOPIMDA, religious leaders, community leaders and traditional leaders, opening space for dialogue, deliberation and mediation to accommodate aspirations from various elements of society. Arbitration (settlement of problems outside of court). Meanwhile, efforts to maintain inter-religious harmony carried out by FKUB include increasing the intensity of socialization, dialogue & deliberation activities involving various elements of society in the district. Keerom. Carrying out socialization of peaceful campaigns in General Elections, Regional Head Elections which are vulnerable to the use of SARA issues in politics. Carrying out conflict resolution training for religious leaders and members of the FKUB, religious moderation socialization program for the community in Keerom district, maintaining routine meetings between religious leaders, community leaders & traditional leaders and encouraging continuous support from the Keerom Regional Government in efforts to maintain harmony between religious communities

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan perlindungan hukum bagi pelaku usaha kecil masyarakat lokal di Distrik Abepura adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan pengetahuan mengenai perlindungan hukum yang diberikan pemerintah berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otsus dan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan adalah partisipatif bentuk kegiatan ini adalah Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (Faces Group Disaission-PGD) Pelatihan dan Penyuluhan.
