Abstract

Based on initial observations showing low student learning outcomes, classroom action research was conducted on class IV students at SDN 2 Kalangsari. The average score on student test results in social studies learning is still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set by the school, namely 75. In the 2022–2023 school year, the aim of this research is to improve social studies learning. learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Kalangsari, Tasikmalaya City by implementing the Peer Lessons learning strategy. Classroom action research is this type of research. The research subjects were 12 male and 6 female students in class IV of SD Negeri 2 Kalangsari, Tasikmalaya City in the even semester of the 2022–2023 academic year. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, with 2 meetings in each cycle. Tests and observations are the methods used in data collection. As many as 75% of students who took part in the learning process met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), namely 75. This increase in social studies learning outcomes is a sign of research success. Research findings show that implementing peer lessons learning strategies improves social studies learning outcomes. After the first cycle of action, 7 students (38.89%) did not complete, while 11 students (61.11%) achieved completion. After cycle II activities, there were 3 students (16.67%) and 15 students (83.33%) who had not completed their studies. Based on the research findings, it can be said that the researcher has a clear understanding of the classroom environment. Therefore, researchers and class teachers work together to develop action plans that can improve social studies learning outcomes for class IV students.

Abstract

Intra-campus student organizations are one way for students to develop their abilities outside the classroom, but sometimes there is a gender imbalance in the implementation of organizational leadership. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze gender issues and leadership of intra-campus student organizations in Tasikmalaya City universities. The research method used is quantitative with survey method. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The results of this study indicate that 56% of respondents believe that good support and facilities from student organizations can help someone to develop themselves in a better direction and 40% of respondents agree that in determining organizational leaders, it should be seen based on ability not based on gender stereotypes. But aside from this, there are obstacles and challenges that occur for women to become leaders, namely due to internal factors, these factors include women prioritizing feelings, not having the confidence to become a leader, and more burdens and responsibilities compared to men. From the results of the research that has been obtained, researchers can conclude that in reality gender and leadership issues in intra-campus student organizations in Tasikmalaya City are still minimal women who become leaders and still dominate men who become leaders, this is due to the obstacles and challenges that occur to women. But aside from this, the ideology of the respondents has begun to modernize, which means that their perspective has begun to be egalitarian and reject the idea that one must be more dominant

Abstract

Literasi Lingkungan adalah bentuk kesadaran, sikap, pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan khususnya dalam konteks lingkungan, pemahaman literasi lingkungan yang baik akan menentukan bagaimana kepedulian masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman literasi lingkungan pada anggota kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Roay Lestari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket penelitian. Hasil  dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Roay Lestari cukup paham terkait literasi lingkungan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dari perolehan persentase pemahaman dengan rata-rata sebesar 67,5% yang artinya berada pada kategori "Cukup Paham". Dapat dikatakan demikian, karena pemahaman anggota KWT Roay Lestari pada literasi lingkungan menunjukkan cukup paham pada pertanyaan-pertanyaan pengukuran tingkat pemahaman literasi lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, yakni anggota KWT Roay Lestari telah memiliki pemahaman literasi ingkungan yang cukup.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of lecturers and students regarding the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program in higher education institutions in Tasikmalaya. Using a quantitative approach, this research employed a survey method involving 152 students and 40 lecturers from several universities in Tasikmalaya. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale to measure understanding, clarity of information, alignment of the program with Learning Outcome Standards, and the program's impact on student competencies. The results showed that the majority of respondents, both lecturers and students, had a good understanding of the MBKM concept and considered the information provided by their institutions to be sufficiently clear. A total of 82.9% of students stated that the program aligned with their future plans, while 84.6% of lecturers believed that the MBKM program positively contributed to improving student competencies. However, a small group of respondents expressed doubts regarding the clarity of information and the program’s alignment. This study provides deep insights into the perceptions of MBKM implementation and offers recommendations for improving the program’s quality to more effectively support student development.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah yang menjadi isu permasalah lingkungan diberbagai daerah akibat adanya kenaikan jumlah penduduk. Fokus utama dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah adalah partisipasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dan proses pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena sesuatu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ahwa partisipasi masyarakat RW 07 dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui program bank sampah Oh Darling menunjukkan kontribusi signifikan dari berbagai aspek. Partisipasi tenaga terlihat dalam pemilahan, penyetoran, dan pengangkutan sampah. Selain itu, keterampilan mendaur ulang dan partisipasi pikiran melalui musyawarah juga berperan dalam keberlanjutan program. Program ini tidak hanya berfokus pada pengelolaan sampah, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan, yang berdampak positif pada lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek 26 siswa kelas IV, terdiri atas 15 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan yang ditentukan melalui total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Tes digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, observasi untuk melihat peningkatan selama proses pembelajaran, angket untuk mengetahui respons siswa terhadap penerapan model, serta dokumentasi sebagai bukti pelaksanaan penelitian. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Pada siklus I terdapat 12 siswa (46,3%) yang mencapai ketuntasan dengan rata-rata nilai 69,5, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 24 siswa (92,4%) dengan rata-rata nilai 86. Dengan demikian, penerapan model Snowball Throwing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan penelitian sebesar 80%. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Snowball Throwing, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Problema lower literacy rates in Sub Cipawitra Mangkubumi District of Tasikmalaya impact on unemployment. Unemployment is a problem that requires a special close attention. The unemployment rate in over productive (aged 15 years and above) will have an impact on the increasing number of criminal, immoral, and illegal. The purpose of community service is the creation of a model of community empowerment in the field of sewing business, increased knowledge, skills and attitudes in entrepreneurship. In collaboration with community service Courses and Training Institute (CGC) Anugrah Pratama and Forums Community Activity Center (CLC) Tasikmalaya. Method of implementation of community service uses two stages, among others: the preparation phase and implementation phase. During the implementation phase includes four stages include: identification of skills learned, the implementation phase, the assessment phase, and the follow-up phase. The results of community service activities can create new entrepreneurs in the sewing business.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat merupakan suatu hal yang amat penting dilakukan, dengan adanya Pemberdayaan Masyarkart diharapkan masyrakat mengalami perubahan didalam kehidupannya baik dari segi materil maupun non materil. Pemberdayaan masyarkat juga dapat memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan guna membekali masyarakat untuk digunakan atau dimanfaatkan didalam kehidupannya,Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dan hasil pemberdayaan masyarkat Desa Linggajati Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu anggota kelompok batik ecoprint. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh ketika pengumpulan informasi dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penggunaan analisis deskriptif kualitatif karena data yang diperoleh berupa uraian narasi bukan berbentuk nomerik. Proses analisis melewati triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui keterampilan batik ecoprint di Desa Linggajati Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya melalui beberapa tahap yaitu: tahap penyiapaan, tahap assesment, tahap perencanaan, tahap formula rencana aksi, tahap implementasi program, tahap evaluasi, tahap terminasi. Adapun hasil dari program ini yaitu terjadinya perubahan aktivitas masyarakat setelah mengurus urusan rumah tangga, setelah mengikuti program ini masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan membatik ecoprint.
