Abstract

Abstract: The demand for halal products continues to increase along with the growth of the Muslim population in the world, and Indonesia is no exception. High interest in halal products in Kapedi Village, Bluto Sub-District, and Sumenep Regency is also shown by Gen Z. This study aims to analyze the effect of literacy, halal awareness, and religiosity on purchasing decisions for halal-labeled products among Gen Z in Kapedi Village, Bluto. The survey method with a quantitative approach was chosen in this study. Respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of Gen Z who had purchased halal products, with a total of 103 respondents. The results showed that literacy, halal awareness, and religiosity have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for halal-labeled products, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study have implications that the level of literacy, halal awareness, and religiosity has an important role for Gez Z to improve purchasing decisions for halal products. This finding strengthens the view that the younger generation, despite being exposed to a consumptive culture and global lifestyle, is still influenced by religiosity and awareness of halal factors in choosing halal products. Abstract

The plastic waste problem in Dabuan Village is caused by a lack of public awareness and the lack of an effective management system, so an innovative and sustainable solution is needed. This service aims to provide alternative waste management through the production of recycle-based paving blocks with the KUPAR cycle approach (To Know, To Understand, To Plan, To Action, To Reflection). The methods used include observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), technical training, and evaluation and monitoring. The results of the service showed that the community experienced an increase in skills in sorting, chopping, mixing, and molding plastic-based paving blocks, and some groups began to produce paving blocks independently. The implications of this activity not only reduce plastic waste but also open up economic opportunities for the community through the production and marketing of paving blocks. The sustainability of this program requires support from the village government as well as collaboration with various stakeholders so that this recycling innovation can develop into a sustainable environmental and economic solution. Keywords: plastic waste, paving blocks, recycling, community empowerment   Abstrak: Permasalahan sampah plastik di Desa Dabuan disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan minimnya sistem pengelolaan yang efektif, sehingga diperlukan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif pengelolaan sampah melalui produksi paving block berbasis daur ulang dengan pendekatan siklus KUPAR (To Know, To Understand, To Plan, To Action, To Reflection). Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan teknis, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dalam memilah, mencacah, mencampur, dan mencetak paving block berbahan dasar plastik, serta beberapa kelompok mulai memproduksi paving block secara mandiri. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini tidak hanya mengurangi limbah plastik, tetapi juga membuka peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat melalui produksi dan pemasaran paving block. Keberlanjutan program ini memerlukan dukungan dari pemerintah desa serta kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan agar inovasi daur ulang ini dapat berkembang menjadi solusi lingkungan dan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study analyzes the coping strategies employed by farmers in Rombiya Barat Village, Ganding, to maintain household economic stability during the dry season from an Islamic economic perspective. Employing a qualitative approach, this research utilizes in-depth interviews with selected farmers through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using a thematic approach to identify key survival strategies. The findings reveal three primary coping strategies: active strategies, passive strategies, and networking strategies. From an Islamic economic perspective, business diversification that adheres to the principles of halal and thayyib plays a crucial role in sustaining farmers’ economic resilience. Furthermore, the study highlights that food security among farmers is significantly influenced by socioeconomic conditions, natural resource management, and the practical implementation of Islamic economic principles. This research contributes to the understanding of Islamic economic-based rural resilience and offers policy insights for enhancing sustainable agricultural development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas fitur Affiliate pada aplikasi Shopee dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Pesatnya perkembangan platform e-commerce telah memunculkan model bisnis baru termasuk pemasaran afiliasi yang memungkinkan individu mendapatkan komisi dengan mempromosikan produk melalui tautan unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme program Shopee Affiliate dan mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa program Shopee Affiliate beroperasi di bawah konsep ujrah (upah) dalam transaksi Islam. Hubungan antara afiliator dan merchant memenuhi persyaratan transaksi yang sah dalam hukum Islam, termasuk kejelasan pihak yang berakad, adanya persetujuan (ijab-qabul), kompensasi yang ditentukan, dan manfaat yang sah. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Affiliate Shopee diperbolehkan (mubah) menurut hukum Islam karena mematuhi prinsip-prinsip kompensasi yang adil untuk jasa yang diberikan, mekanisme transaksi yang transparan, dan melibatkan produk-produk yang diperbolehkan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar para afiliator memastikan konten promosi mereka tetap etis dan menghindari menampilkan produk-produk yang dilarang. Abstract

Perdebatan tentang status hukum jual beli binatang buas dalam fikih Islam menggambarkan kompleksitas dan keluwesan metodologi istinbat hukum yang dikembangkan oleh para imam mazhab. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pandangan Imam Malik dan Imam Syafi'i tentang jual beli binatang buas, mengidentifikasi dalil-dalil yang digunakan, mengeksplorasi perbedaan metodologi istinbat, serta mengkaji relevansinya dalam konteks kontemporer. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis tekstual dan komparatif, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Imam Malik menghukumi makruh jual beli binatang buas berdasarkan prinsip bahwa segala ciptaan Allah memiliki potensi manfaat, dengan pengecualian khusus untuk anjing. Sementara itu, Imam Syafi'i menghukumi haram berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa binatang buas tidak memiliki manfaat yang diakui syariat dan setara dengan nilai tukar. Perbedaan pandangan ini berakar pada metodologi istinbat yang berbeda: Imam Malik lebih mengedepankan amal penduduk Madinah dan maslahah mursalah, sementara Imam Syafi'i menekankan interpretasi tekstual nash dan implementasi qiyas yang sistematis. Meski berbeda, kedua pendapat memiliki titik temu dalam pengecualian terhadap anjing pemburu, penjaga ternak, dan penjaga tanaman. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Service Quality and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the formation of the Image of BMT NU East Java as a sharia microfinance institution. Grounded in SERVQUAL theory (Parasuraman et al., 1988), CARTER model for Islamic banking (Othman & Owen, 2001), and Carroll's CSR framework (1991), the research addresses challenges in building positive institutional image for sustainable growth. This quantitative study uses a field approach with incidental sampling techniques on 100 respondents from among Islamic boarding school students who are customers of BMT NU East Java. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis tests through SPSS Statistics 26. The findings reveal that both service quality and corporate social responsibility demonstrate statistically significant positive influences on institutional image formation. Service quality emerges as a critical determinant in shaping customer perceptions, while CSR programs contribute substantially to building trust and credibility. The combined effect of these variables explains the vast majority of institutional image variance, indicating their strategic importance for BMT sustainability and growth. Practically, findings suggest BMT managers should prioritize Islamic finance service training and implement community-focused CSR programs to enhance institutional reputation and competitive positioning in the Islamic microfinance sector.

Abstract

Bali faces challenges in implementing halal product assurance because the majority of its population is non-Muslim, and there is an increasing demand for halal tourism. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of halal food development in Bali in the context of religion, regulation, and local culture. The method is a socio-legal approach with interview techniques, observation, and legal document analysis. The findings show that the interaction between religious norms, state policies, and local culture affects the availability of halal food. The novelty of this study lies in the contextual approach to halal governance in non-Muslim majority areas. Recommendations include increasing halal literacy, supporting MSMEs, and strengthening locally-based halal supply chains.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang dituju dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan di resto Tok Patok Guluk-Guluk, Sumenep, serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan dari perspektif ekonomi syariah. Proses rekrutmen menggunakan metode internal dan eksternal, di mana metode internal dilakukan dengan pemberitahuan kepada karyawan lama terkait posisi yang tersedia, sedangkan metode eksternal dilakukan melalui media sosial, pamflet, dan informasi kepada mahasiswa magang. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan jabatan, seleksi administrasi, wawancara, hingga konfirmasi kandidat melalui komunikasi daring. Dari perspektif ekonomi syariah, proses ini menunjukkan penerapan prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan amanah dalam pemilihan karyawan, dengan memberikan peluang yang adil kepada semua kandidat berdasarkan meritokrasi. Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of circular economy principles in pesantren through a case study of the waste management system of PP. Annuqayah Lubangsa. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with 15 key informants, and document analysis. The results showed that PP. Annuqayah Lubangsa has successfully developed a sustainable waste management system through the Jatian Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). The circular economy model implemented includes systematic waste segregation into plastic, paper, organic, and residue categories, followed by value-added processing that generates a monthly income of IDR 3 to 3.5 million. The research identified three key success factors: community-based management involving santri in the entire process, integration of Islamic ecological ethics, and development of innovative products such as plastic paving blocks. This research contributes to the understanding of how religious educational institutions can simultaneously address waste management challenges, create economic value and support environmental sustainability, and offers a replicable model for similar institutions. Research limitations include the focus on a single case study and the use of qualitative metrics for economic impact assessment.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis tentang mekanisme akad istishna yang diterapkan oleh Batik Safira di Desa Pakandangan Barat, Kec. Bluto, Kab. Sumenep, serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, pekerja, dan pelanggan Batik Safira. Selain itu, observasi langsung terhadap proses produksi dan dokumentasi juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif. Hasil Penelitian – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akad istishna pada Batik Safira melibatkan beberapa tahapan penting, seperti pemesanan dan spesifikasi produk, penetapan harga dan pembayaran, waktu penyelesaian dan penyerahan barang. Implementasi yang baik dari akad ini terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, karena pelanggan merasa lebih terlibat dalam proses produksi dan dapat memperoleh produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan masukan penting terhadap pengembangan usaha batik di Desa Pakandangan Barat, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha lainnya dalam menerapkan akad istishna untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan daya saing produk. Keterbatasan – Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan di Batik Safira, Sumenep, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi untuk industri batik secara luas. Selain itu, pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, sehingga tidak memberikan pengukuran numerik terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan. Implikasi Praktis – Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengusaha batik dalam menerapkan akad istishna untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penggunaan akad istishna akan memberikan kejelasan dalam tahap pemesanan, pembayaran, dan waktu produksi dapat menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha batik.
