Abstract

Learning in early childhood education is carried out with the concept of playing while learning. Learning is packaged in such a way that it can provide an atmosphere of active, innovative, creative, effective, fun, happy and meaningful learning. In this case the teacher designs learning with the aim of providing stimulation and helping develop potential as optimally as possible. Because at this age according to experts call it the golden age (golden age). This research is generally aimed at planning, implementing, evaluating the level of success, and supporting inhibiting factors in managing the development of kinesthetic intelligence programs through outbound games at PAUD Fathurrohim Balekambang Nagrak, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this study is a non-experimental method with a case study approach that aims to obtain an overview of the development of kinesthetic intelligence for early childhood through outbound games with the research location at PAUD Fathurrohim Balekambang Nagrak, Sukabumi Regency. The findings from this study are that the planning of developing a kinesthetic intelligence program through outbound games includes learning objectives, learning materials, learning processes, and learning evaluations that are very different from learning activities in PAUD. In addition, there is a characteristic of learning activities at Fathurrohim Early Childhood which is found in the learning objectives which focus more on the aspects of physical motor development and development of moral behavior and life skills. Implementation of the development of kinesthetic intelligence programs through outbound games in addition to understanding the concept of early childhood also understands learning activities through outbound games.

Abstract

Empat kompetensi yang harus dipunyai bagi guru PAUD sesuai Permendiknas Nomor 58 Tahun 2009, yang menjadi fokus penelitian untuk ditingkatkan adalah kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru PAUD karena dua kompetensi lain sudah terpenuh oleh kebanyakan guru PAUD di Indonesia. Kompetensi profesional lebih banyak ditumbuhkembangkan dengan cara mengikuti pendidikan akademis S-1 di bidang yang berkaitan erat dengan pendidikan anak usia dini. Adapun kompetensi pedagogik selain mengikuti pendidikan akademik perlu pula dilakukan dengan berbagai pelatihan-pelatihan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD bisa terus berkembang maju sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan keilmuan pendidikan anak usia dini. Kompetensi pedagogik bagi pendidik PAUD sesuai dengan Permendiknas Nomor 58 Tahun 2009, satu diantaranya adalah kemampuan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap proses belajar mengajar dan hasil pendidikan, pengasuhan, dan perlindungan. Maka dengan demikian, guru PAUD harus mampu melakukan penilaian secara keseluruhan mulai dari pemilihan cara penilaian sampai mendokumentasikan hasil penilaian tersebut dengan baik dan profesional guna kepentingan pendidikan anak usia dini. Dokumentasi hasil penilaian ini akan menjadi feedback bagi penyusunan program belajar mengajar anak didik lainnya atau dalam program individual education plan bagi anak-anak didik yang berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

The quality of Indonesian education based on UNESCO data in Global Education Monitoring (GEM) 2016, education in Indonesia ranks 10th out of 14 developing countries. This shows that the quality of school principals is also low, because school principals play a very important role in influencing the quality of education The purpose of this study is to determine the Personality Competence of school principals in Islamic Education from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. This research is a library research, with qualitative analysis descriptive method. Researchers describe the Principal's Personality Competence in Islamic Education, then analyze it in detail and in depth with the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'an. That is the book Tanwir Miqbas Min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir al Qur'an al Azim, Tafsir Al Qurtubi, Tafsir Alkassaf. The results of the research on the Competence of the Principal in the Perspective of the Qur'an are as follows: Personality competence in Islam: (1) The traits of a believer: khusyu´ and keep his prayer; abstain from (actions and words) that are useless; pay zakat; and those who keep their genitals; people who keep their trusts and promises. (2) Principal Personality: Able to be a role model; Able to lead; Leading in activities towards the best people; Establishing school policies/regulations in accordance with Islamic teachings; Leading in order to exalt the religion of Allah; Leading in Amar makruf nahi munkar; Able to establish regulations for obedience; Responsible; Resolving problems in accordance with Islamic teachings; Discipline

Abstract

Kajian ini berkaitan dengan penurunan kualitas lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh perilaku manusia yang tidak memperhatikan pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development) atau pembangunan yang berwawasan lingkungan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui upaya pendidikan lembaga formal, yaitu mengintegrasikan IPS dengan pertanian dan hortikultura. Dengan menerapkan program bertani dan berkebun di sekolah, setiap siswa dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan karakter hijau. Dalam proses pembelajaran IPS masih lebih mengarah pada efisiensi pengetahuan, sehingga perilaku siswa di sekolah masih tentang lingkungan sekolah, seperti membuang sampah sembarangan, mengumpulkan dan merusak tanaman, serta membiarkan air tidak terbuka setelah dicuci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengembangkan perilaku hijau pada program pertanian dan hortikultura pada IPS di SD Islam Fathiya Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 3 tindakan atau 3 siklus. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan kinerja guru dalam proses belajar untuk mengembangkan green behavior melalui program farming and gardening

Abstract

One effort to improve the quality of preschool education is to ensure that existing facilities and infrastructure at preschool education facilities are adequate, of good quality and appropriate for children's development, as well as ready-to-use facilities and infrastructure. . Therefore, to improve the quality of preschool education, good management of facilities and infrastructure is needed. The focus of research at Ananda Kindergarten includes the process of managing facilities and infrastructure, including planning needs for facilities and infrastructure, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, inventory of facilities and infrastructure, preservation of facilities and infrastructure, relocation of facilities and infrastructure. and monitoring facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and recording techniques related to the management of Ananda Kindergarten facilities and infrastructure. The data obtained during the research process was analyzed through stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data uses the source triangle, technical triangle and time triangle. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out; (1) Planning is carried out using a needs analysis method that takes into account all proposals from educators, teaching staff and student guardians and is carried out in meetings every two years. (2) Facilities and infrastructure can be obtained through the disbursement of BOP (Education Operational Support) funds for early childhood education. (3) Inventory is recorded for each entry of facilities and infrastructure, however, in the recording process, little attention is paid to the procedure for recording it in the inventory book. (4). There is no list of names of warehouses and facilities, but Ananda Kindergarten's facilities and infrastructure meet PAUD specifications and equipment. (5). Maintenance is carried out by educators and teaching staff. (6). Installation and dismantling of infrastructure carried out at PAUD Ananda consisted of filling the swimming pool and removing the rotating bowl. (7). Supervision of Ananda Kindergarten facilities and infrastructure is carried out by all parties such as educators, teaching staff and parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dalam era Metaverse. Fokus utama adalah untuk memahami bagaimana AR dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa, memperluas batas-batas ruang kelas konvensional, dan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih imersif, dinamis, dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan studi literatur mendalam untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang konsep AR, pemanfaatannya dalam pendidikan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis AR sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dalam era Metaverse menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan. Integrasi AR memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan konten pembelajaran dalam lingkungan 3D yang menarik dan realistis, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, retensi informasi, dan eksplorasi konsep-konsep abstrak dengan cara yang lebih visual dan konkret. Selain itu, personalisasi pembelajaran berdasarkan gaya belajar individu juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan relevansi dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, penggunaan AR dalam pendidikan dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan, mendalam, dan adaptif, sesuai dengan tuntutan metaverse yang menekankan pada eksplorasi, kolaborasi, dan kreativitas dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Background: Religious education plays a strategic role in shaping students' character based on religious values in the midst of globalization challenges. Purpose: This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic Education in instilling religious values in students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Sukabumi. Methods: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained through purposive and snowball sampling methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out descriptively. Results: Findings show that the implementation of religious values is well executed through daily activities and special programs such as Qur'an Learning Centers, joint prayer, and religious talent development. The assessment is carried out systematically through attitude evaluation, behavioral monitoring, and religious practices in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum. Conclusion: This study concludes that a systematic approach to religious education in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Sukabumi is effective in instilling religious values.

Abstract

The quality of learning in madrasahs must continually be improved in response to increasingly complex educational demands. This study aims to describe the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in improving the quality of learning at MAN 1 Kota Sukabumi. The research method used is qualitative with a field research approach. The research instruments consisted of interview guides, observation sheets, and documentation. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and the school committee; direct field observations; and document analysis. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that SBM was implemented through the involvement of all school stakeholders in decision-making, improving teacher competence through training, optimizing learning facilities, and active parental involvement in supporting the learning process. The conclusion of this study shows that SBM plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of learning when implemented in a participatory and sustainable manner. Key Words: School-Based Management, Learning Quality, School Participation Abstrak (Indonesia): Mutu pembelajaran di madrasah perlu terus ditingkatkan seiring tuntutan pendidikan yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MAN 1 Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan field research. Instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, guru, dan komite, observasi langsung di lapangan, serta studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi MBS dilakukan melalui pelibatan semua unsur madrasah dalam pengambilan keputusan, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan, optimalisasi sarana pembelajaran, serta keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa MBS berperan signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran apabila dilaksanakan secara partisipatif dan berkelanjutan.
